I asked for a certain haircut this is the second time I did and they never cut how I want it never going back to fuquay again

Katherine Burton typically cuts hair at the Garner location but was subbing in today in Fuquay. She did an incredible job. She was kind, caring, professional and made me feel like I was her number one priority. Cutting hair can be a simple task but it takes someone really loves what they do to show you their thankful for you getting your haircut at their store.

I am extremely disappointed in my experience with this Barbershop today. I had called and scheduled an appointment for 12:00 p.m today. I arrived at 12:00 p.m., signed in, then sat down and was not acknowledged or called back for 27 minutes. At which point I left because I had no confidence that I was going to get a haircut before I needed to return to work. The fact that no one even acknowledgled me or the fact that it had been 27 minutes past my scheduled appointment time was extremely unprofessional. I expect to sometimes have to wait a few minutes past an appointment time however nearly half an hour during a weekday lunch hour is not acceptable. I have been getting my hair cut at this location since they opened, but I am not sure I will be returning after the lack of service I received today.

Cannot say enough about Sami, came in asking for a high fade and medium beard trim, she treated me like a king. She gets the needs of us bearded guys. I have been old style barber guy for many years, now? Lady Janes. See you soon Sami.

Took my son to get a haircut and his stylist Abby not only did a perfect job she also was very kind and fun with him. I couldnt rave about her and this establishment enough

I was looking for a cut in a pinch and my reservations were only proven true. The lady who cut my hair stopped for random interruptions between 4-5 times during my cut, she forgot what extra services I asked for at the beginning and didn’t even complete them at the end (I wasn’t interesting in asking again after the experience), and then, the dreaded mirror check once I was finished and somewhere else. I wasn’t even shown the back of my head before leaving, and I can see why.This isn’t good. Not good at all.

Asked for a fade and got multiple lines that are not faded. People should be humble enough to let you know when dont know how to do something. Now I just wasted money and will have to go elsewhere to fix it

This was really a great experience. The prices were very reasonable and the haircuts are high quality. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I went early on a Saturday and it was not very busy, which I prefer. Overall, I would highly recommended this establishment and will be returning myself.

I was able to do a Walk-in and get in a chair right away. The service was friendly. The atmosphere reminded me of a cross between an automotive garage and a sports bar. The TV was set to ESPN and I would have appreciated being asked if I wanted to watch something different. However, more importantly, I got the military style cut I wanted. The price was fair for this area and with the tip it was less than $20. (And yes, they followed all COVID precautions).

If you are looking for a good haircut. This is the place. I cant think of a time i have gone and had a bad experience. So glad there is a fuquay-varina location now. I can stop going to the other locations in the area. They cost a little more but the shampoo head message is legit and worth it every time.

An elder hairdresser was not listening to how I wanted my sons hair done, she wanted to do it her way, when I told her I was just going to leave she passed me on to the manager, where the manager began to argue with me... So I left with my sons hair half finished!Very BAD service! My husband and son will not be going there again.
