Right when you think things cant get any worst with you hair after you cut it yourself BAM....(Manger/Asian lady ) cut my hair, she messed it up more than I did, And I do MEAN MESSED IT UP. It looked a lot better before she cut it.. (NEVER AGAIN)

We also do not recommend the Asian lady, my sister wanted a round cut and she almost chopped a huge chunk off, during the pandemic she’s the only one working and “extra cleaning” (squirted her hands with windex) was $4, she also made her stand up the whole time. My sister was almost a victim of the bob cut, If I could give less than one star I would :)Sorry but she shouldn’t be allowed to use scissors.

Need to update your hours of operation. Salon is closed on Mondays. Google maps states otherwise.

This place used to be great. Would walk in and be welcomed. Now you have to check in online to be seen and even after checking in for 9:15 appt for my son and I, people who showed up after 9:30 were still taken back and I was then told that someone would be back in a few minutes. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Sign says Walk Ins Welcome, Went into store at 3pm, sign says open till 5pm. There were no customers in waiting area and only one lady getting hair cut, and one worker was sitting in back. I was told they wouldnt be able to cut my hair today. I said the sign says youre open till 5, and she said they still wouldnt be able to do hair cut! Very poor customer service!! Why have walk in welcome sign if youre not going to take walk ins? Left there and went one building over to SuperCuts, walked in and one customer was getting hair colored and other employee greeted me and was welcomed back for a haircut in just a few minutes, and I got a great haircut and great customer service! So looks like Ill be going to Supercuts from now on!

I had such an amazing experience today. I was super nervous about cutting off many many inches of my hair. Taking it from long wavy tresses to a shoulder length angled bob but the stylist did a fantastic job. She was very thorough, took her time, asked me good questions and listened to what I wanted. I am very very pleased and have gotten so many compliments on how beautiful it looks!

Brianna was phenomenal. She was very energetic and listened to what I did and did not want done to my hair. She took her time and made sure I was happy with the hair cut. Honestly this is the best my hair has looked in a while! Highly recommend her.

I believe this is the only Cost Cutter that is open which sucks because it’s not as close as I would like. But I love the way Bri took her time to do my hair. So, I definitely plan on coming back.

Liz has been styling my hair for years. It is always easy to get in and I leave every time so happy with her work. I get compliments all the time on my hair style! Highly recommend!

Maria has been doing my hair and making me look FABULOUS for over 7 years. She is truly a hair artist... taking pride in her work (professional always). I love the salon feel... nice atmosphere, always cheerful and upbeat(and clean) I always leaving feeling like a million bucks even though I paid wayyyyyyyyyyy Less. I would give more stars if I could!!!

Appointment was scheduled for 130. Didnt get called back until 215. Then find out they put me down as no preference when I had a particular person there who had been cutting my hair (and my sons) for the last year. Waste of time. Going to find a new regular stylist elsewhere.

I am very disappointed after today. I had my hair cut and colored 8-13-16 and it took over 2 hours. I was not shown the back of my hair while I was there so once I got home and looked it over I was very disappointed in the way it looked. the blonde did not fade into the color and it look like I had a very bad hair cut. I called and spoke with Lorene and asked her if she was working tomorrow so I could get it fixed. I arrived a little before 11 to find out she had called out the night before. I explained to them I wanted my hair fixed and didnt want to go all week with it looking like this. The girl there then contacted the manger and basically she did nothing to help. She said I was never charged for the foils and I would have to wait for Lorene to return so she could fix it. I explained to her my work schedule and that I wouldnt be able to return during the daytime. No one contacted me the night before to let me know the girl wasnt going to be there and so I have wasted my time. They didnt even offer me a participial refund so I could go elsewhere and have it fixed. I WILL NOT REFER ANYONE TO THEN EVER.

Great salon to get good service if you use Elizabeth. She friendly and does a great job.She asks questions and will listen to what you want. Im never disappointed.

I dont care for the manager. She is very rude and doesnt give the greatest cuts. They had a very great and nice lady that worked there. Her name is Heather. She did a great job cutting my hair, coloring it and waxing my eyebrows. Unfortunately they got rid of her. There is another girl there, that has brown and blonde hair with the top right side of her lip pierced. Her name is Lauren, she is super sweet and does a great job on waxing and coloring and cutting hair. I definitely recommend anyone go to her. Do not get your hair cut by the Asian lady, my mom went in and got her hair cut and she gave my mom a Bob cut, my mom was mortified and it looked so bad, apparently this woman does it to a lot of women. I dont recommend the chinese lady or the owner. I would never let them do anything to my hair. I strongly recommend to go see Lauren. She does amazing work and has an upbeat attitude and is such a sweetheart. She is the only woman there that I will let touch my hair or wax my eyebrows, shes funny but serious and she loves my long hair. I miss Heather but Lauren is just as great!

2 visits for 3 kids each time very accommodating for kids. Only they asked the kids more what they wanted than myself, had to step back up and correct the style.

Friendly staff, but service questionable. Only cut one side of son’s hair and wife had to ask for other side to be cut (for first haircut). The clipper settings seem to be off a bit as this is the shortest my hair has ever been and I have used the same setting for past two years. Also, only one customer in shop and tons of hair all over floor still.

DO NOT GO TO THE ASIAN LADY WHO WORKS HERE! HER NAME IS CORAZON or something like that. I asked for a simple haircut and it was so terrible I cried, and I never cry about something so petty like this. She blamed it on my cowlick but I have always had the same haircut (sidebangs with long layers). My hair now has straight bangs above my eyebrows and hair right below my shoulders. I had to go somewhere else to have them fix it.

You get what u pay for...never seems be the same hair dresser...but if u r low on funds...good place to go
