Every time I call the agency, they are friendly, informative and always quick to change or handle whatever I need. They take their time to go over policy changes and best of all, I don’t call a lot, but they always seem like they remember me. Customer services is great!

Stephanie from Allstate trying to force someone on my policy. She stated I had to provide someone elses info to Allstate. This is not Nc law and is predatory. I will be reporting to BBB.
