The entire staff was friendly and easy to get along with. I was able to easily make an appointment that fit my schedule. The exam and procedure were smooth and thorough. Dr. Patel was gentle and did I really good job repairing a broken front tooth I had. His communication made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

Technicians are super sweet and gentle and always pushing me to floss more. Jacquelin chatted with me about good flossing techniques and brushing my wisdom teeth. Dr. Kush always tells me I’ve been good and I never have cavities. Great team and lovely office. Always a treat!

I started going to Fullerton Craft Smiles shortly after my family moved to Fullerton and I honestly couldnt be happier. I received multiple fillings and cleanings from Dr. Patel and his staff and every time they are thorough, honest and always easy to talk to. I called as a new patient, the staff was friendly and helpful over the phone setting up my appointment. They text messaged me to confirm my appointment which was awesome! Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly smile & hello from Sally at their front desk. It wasn’t long until Maria one of the assistants came to take me back for my appointment. Maria took my x-rays then introduced Dr. Patel who was super friendly, put me at ease and explained everything throughout my exam/review of my x-rays. Then I was introduced to Jaclyn their hygienist who cleaned my teeth, explaining good oral hygiene techniques to do at home and recommended flossing more! Their office is clean, spacious with state of the art equipment. Looking forward to my next check up in 6 months!

Fullerton Craft Smiles is hands down the best dental practice Ive ever been to! Dr. Patel has been my dentist since 2012 at his previous practice. When I heard he was opening his own practice, I was very excited!The entire staff at Fullerton Craft Smiles is professional, courteous and kind. They are very clear and informative about the procedures they will perform - walking you through step by step along the way. They are always happy to explain in more detail so you are 100% comfortable and clear with whats going on.Besides their top-notch patient treatment, the office is impeccably clean which makes for a very pleasant visit.I have recommended my peers, my older relatives and friends with children and all have greatly enjoyed going to Fullerton Craft Smiles.

I am not a fan of going to the dentist and have experienced some anxiety going to the dentist, but not here. It is a comfortable atmosphere and the Dentist is understanding and does very good work. This is not only a very elegant and comfortable setting which made me comfortable being there but Sally working at the front desk was great. They give you a tour of the place they talk with you. The Dentist Dr. Patal is awesome. He explained things very thoroughly. He made my anxiety built up from prior bad experiences i had in the past. 5 plus. stars. I recommend this place.

This is a really nice place to go to get your teeth cleaned. Its a little small so that homey feeling instead of that feeling you get when you go to the doctors office. The place seems really clean, the others on staff are really nice, and the doctors know exactly what theyre doing. Plus, I feel great after every visit.

Most welcoming staff ever. Ive missed appointments a couple of times due to work and theyve always been very understanding. Very straightforward treatment, no bs, in-n-out, as all medical office should be. My insurance is changing next year with a higher copay and theyre willing to accommodate if i were to have the treatment delayed til next year. thumbs up!

Ive been here twice- each time Ive had new insurance. Its so easy to get anything done here! Quick service and seriously the nicest people ever. The receptionist knows all about pricing and Id very informative about cost and what your insurance covers. It gives me less anxiety about needing dental work. The only thing that I would change is parking. Its a very small parking lot and spots are kinda awkward to get in/ out of.

I always have the best experience with Dr. Patel and his staff. The whole team is genuine, caring, and friendly. I dont trust anyone else with my dental care because Dr. Patel always provides top-of-line care and is very meticulous with his work. Just got out of this office and I got to say...very impressive! Everyone here was a joy to be around and made me comfortable. I am a very high anxiety nervous person and they did everything to allow me to calm down. I was able to put on the Grateful Dead Radio and listened to Jerry Garcia and the gang jam out while I got my deep cleaning. Overall, A++++++++

Dr. Kush Patel is the best dentist I’ve ever had! He is gentle and always explains what he is doing before and during the procedure that way you always know what’s going on. He and his staff are super duper nice, caring, and provide nothing but excellent service & have positive attitudes and vibes all around! They go above and beyond to work with you whether it be your schedule or insurance or payment plans, etc! This dental office is extremely welcoming! So far I have gotten braces, cleanings, fillings, X-rays, and wisdom teeth removal and all without a single problem!!! Plus, this dental office is SOOO CLEAN!! Not a single spec in sight. I had my dental appointment with Dr. Kush Patel. I appreciated that he was very professional and approachable and spent time with me to explain how all of my teeth were doing. The visit was also very convenient. They fit me in on a Saturday and they take my insurance. Im looking forward to my next visit now that I know I wont be waiting hours in the waiting room like I did at my last dentist!

I would not recommend this place to anybody!! I came here a year and 1/2 ago and I was treated for two upper root canals and I did have a concern for to lower teeth that were bothering me. When the dentist did explain to me that I need 2 root canals upper done and I did tell him that the lower previous root canals were bothering me he just told me that there was nothing wrong. When I agreed to do the two upper teeth 2 w,he was very awful towards me and in the process he dropped a instrument on my face thank God I was wearing sunglasses that didnt poke my eye out.The two root canals that he perform, he left me with issues.l tried going back 5 mouths later to explain that I was having issues with the work he did,he got mad and tryed to fix his mistake(that Im still having issues)then he brush me off.I wrote to them last dec. And the response that I got was a very rude email back from a girl name Sally,saying that I need to call them(I tryed,no answer). From all this,Im taking care of the issues he left me somewhere else and the two bottom teeth that he never ever took care of that he says quote on quote theres nothing wrongeven though I had to get one extracted from bad work done .. In consideration I will not recommend this dentist to anybody.

I never really write a google review but I think I should for this dentist.The family dentist that I go too for an X-ray exam was too expensive but over here was reasonable price. I explained to them my situation on a very short noticed because tonight I’m leaving on vacation and the dentist was able to take me in for a cavity filling. They explained everything thoroughly even took photos before and after and I was able to get a copy.I will be coming back here from now on and going to find me a good ppo dental insurance that can cover implants and crown.My family tells me to come here now because of the price :)Please don’t change your price haha :)

So I was looking for the button to give this place 100 stars but unfortunately google only rates it out of five so five will do. This place is absolutely amazing. I got there and the place is very clean and organized. There is no clutter and the waiting area is very modern with plenty of comfortable seats and magazines. The front desk is very friendly and accommodating. Not only that, but they have an old school arcade game machine where two people can play. So for all those kids that might be scared of the dentist, this should definitely ease their nerves.As for the dentist, Dr. Kush Patel is a true gentleman. He is dressed sharply and very friendly. He explained everything he was doing and was very aware of my comfort level when I was in the chair. He was constantly asking me if I was doing ok and he was very careful when working with my teeth. I also thought that the actual facility in terms of the chair, equipment, even bathroom were very clean and up to date.Even when I was getting my X-rays done, the tech, Carmen, was very friendly and even conversed with me. I thought this was really kind because it takes an effort to be nice and friendly with the patient. So shout out to Carmen too!Overall, this place is the best dentist office in the area period. If anybody knows me, they know that Im not big on dentists, but Craft Smiles and Dr. Patel make me want to take better and more regular care of my teeth. So thank you for the awesome dental experience and I shall be coming back for my six month check up for sure!For anyone in this area, do yourself a favor and get those cavities and yellow teeth checked today! This was overall a very great new dental experience.I called on a Wednesday to see about insurance and Kelly at the front desk was more than helpful and informative about my specific insurance. She offered to set up an appt and I was able to get in the next day!When I came in for my appointment, Kelly was just as friendly in person and the office was very nice and clean. Carmen started me out with x-rays, and she was very enjoyable to talk to. She set me up in the chair and then Dr. Kush Patel came in and did a thorough consultation. I hadnt been to the dentist in quite awhile (oops), but he was very thorough and had good recommendations. Carmen came back into polish my teeth, and I was out of there in less than an hour.I was definitely happy to find a great dentist on my first try back. My only other dental care had been in Northern California growing up, so I wasnt really sure what the process was like for starting with a new dentist, but Fullerton Craft Smiles made it seamless.Dr. Kush Patel and Dr. Krutav Patel are brothers and run the place together.
