Professional and great customer service. Everyone working here has an upbeat personality and really makes you feel like you are a member of their family. I have been coming here for a couple years after my family dentist of 40 years retired. I could not be more satisfied with the quality and level of care I receive. State of the art technology and attention to detail. Love this dental office.

The staff is super friendly and they are always mindful of my time, I never spend more than a few minutes waiting. The facility is clean and modern.I had a cleaning today and the hygienist was amazing. Always checking to make sure I was comfortable, kept the conversation going and answered the million and one questions I had about whitening now that I got my braces off. She even went looking to find me a sample of the specific toothpaste she reccomend for me.I dont live in the area but Im happy to make the drive, it is hard to find a dental office that really goes out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant experience.

I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but I do not mind going to Coyote Hills Family Dentistry. The staff is always very friendly and happy to help, whether on the phone or in person and they genuinely care about your wellbeing. Wendy is my hygienist and has been for some time. Hopefully for as long as I have teeth, which will be forever if I keep coming here. I had a fairly long period of time where I did not go to the dentist (student with no money or insurance - grad student/over 24), but the office was super nice when I came in to get myself back in shape. Now that Im a regular my teeth are in great shape.The office also has all kinds of technology with instant x-rays that can anticipate any potential cavities early in the process. I also have an online profile and receive a couple of text messages to remind me of my appointments. The office is nice (looks much nicer inside than out), clean, and very spacious. Even the rooms with dental chairs have plenty of space and have televisions.To show how much I like this office I drive from Irvine for my appointments. I wont go anywhere else because I cant do any better.

I LOVE Dr. Hatae!!! He is GREAT! My Children love him too! The office staff is amazing and friendly and the dental hygienists are wonderful too! I never liked the dentist...and now I LOVE it! I recently was seen by Dr. Hernandez and he is AMAZING too! I was having an issue with a crown which he adjusted during my appointment. The following week he called me to follow up and see how I was doing and confirm adjustment worked! BEST DENTISTS EVER!!!!

I have been coming here for years now. The waiting room is very welcoming with an aquarium that looks like a picture frame. Keurig coffee maker and small fridge full of waters. The rooms are very comfortable with multiple monitors showing X Rays and or movies if you are having a procedure done. The staff are all great and very fry. I would highly recommend this office!

This office is fantastic. They were so kind to me and my family. They made my young sons very comfortable with their visits. They left saying how nice the dentist was and they were not afraid. The use of digital X-rays was also a preferred treatment. Coyote Hills is awesome! I have been going here for about 6 years after my previous dentist retired. Dianne was my hygienist at the previous dentist and I followed her and the rest of the staff to Coyote Hills. Dianne and the whole staff are extremely friendly and great to deal with. The office is very modern and they have all kinds of different technology. They show you your X-rays on a giant flat screen right in the exam room so they can show you and exhaling everything that is going on. Like the rest of the staff, Both Dr. Hate and Dr. Hernandez are very friendly and do a great job explaining everything to make you feel comfortable. I have recommended Coyote Hills to a number of people and everyone has nothing but great things to say about their experience.

Hatae family dental is one of the best dental offices Ive been to! I live in Colorado and when I am in town I schedule all my dental work here! Dr Hernandez is so amazing, kind and gentle! I didnt used to like going to the dentist but Dr Hernandez has changed that! The Hatae family dental office has great staff! They are very kind and attentive to you, as soon as you walk in they greet you with the lovely front office staff. When they take X-rays of your teeth they are so nice sometimes other places just shove the piece of plastic in your mouth but at Hatae dental they are so much nicer and dont hurt you. Coyote Hills Family Dentistry is a warm environment that I am glad I came across. The office is clean and high tech but not so much that its intimidating. The staff is friendly and kind making you feel right at home from the start. When you step foot in the office your greated with a smile, which is a nice change compared to some places I have been. The ambience is lovely. Help yourself to warm coffee or cold water or both! The overall experience is nothing but pleasurable. I was never talked into things I didnt need and the Dr. spoke to me in plain English. He gave me options and recommendations as oppose to orders of what to do. My experience yesterday, like always, is pleasant and uplifting. Star does an A+ job cleaning my teeth thoroughly and gently. I remarked to her that the office atmosphere is pleasant, with great music at just the right volume not to impede conversation, and the sound of the girls laughing--you can tell the office staff gets along well and have a great rapport. The office is immaculate as well. I didnt see Dr Hatae yesterday, but he is extremely kind and keeps up with the latest techniques in dentistry. Fantastic dental office! All of the staff members are incredibly nice and make you feel welcome. Dr. Hatae was extremely thoroughly and went through all of my x-rays in detail as a first time client. He spent at least 30+ minutes with me! Ive never had a dentist that was that thorough and friendly. He also cracked the case on some issues I never knew I had! Katie was the sweetest dental hygienist.I also love that they make you personalized whitening kits and give you free items (lunch box & water bottle).Definitely going to continuing coming for my 6 month check ups.

I was a patient of another dentist since I was nine years old and had been going to him for over 30 years and when he retired, I was just lost as to where to go for my dental care. I started going to Dr. Chris Hatae a few months ago as a patient. Now I brought my husband and two kids. the office staff is absolutely awesome. ALL of them are so friendly, helpful, and considerate to us. I have never been to such a great well organized and comfortable office. They were awesome with my little ones since it was their first time. The doctor even came back to ask me about my jaw discomfort since I came in for that initially. that really caught me off gaurd that he remembered and gave me more tips on how to improve the situation. Dr. Hatae and his staff have always been so nice to me. I have been going there since the beginning of his practice in Fullerton. I recently had dental implant surgery. They have worked with the specialist to give me excellent care and it was way easier than I anticipated.

When my dentist retired I was reluctant to see a new dentist, because lets face it, going to the dentist is not something most people look forward to. Changing to Dr. Hataes office was nothing to worry about. Every person I have come in contact with has been extremely nice to me, and very personable. After years of bad experiences limited to in-network dentists (value HMO), a change in insurance finally allowed me to choose my own dentist. Imagine my relief to finally have a dental check-up with friendly staff, a clean office, no wait time, no painful gum-stabbing - and a dentist who genuinely takes time to explain things! Ive only been twice (6-month checkups) but as long as I am in Fullerton, I will keep going to see Dr. Hatae.

Wonderful, professional service. The most current technology combined with a caring staff. I had a crown completed in two hours from start to finish. I did not believe it was possible. No impression of the tooth, no temporary crown. Amazing!New review: August 3, 2016I recently had 4 veneers on my front top teeth that were done by Dr. Hatae. He is a true artist and a perfectionist. The veneers were completed in a few office visits without any discomfort. A whitening kit which I used at home was included. I am 66 years old. There were 6 fillings that were in my 4 front teeth. The teeth and the fillings looked terrible. They gum lines were at different heights. The fillings were broken and uneven. There were big spaces at the gum, between the top of the teeth and the gums. Dr. Hatae evened out the gum lines, filled in the tops of the teeth next to the gums on 8 teeth, and flawlessly color matched the veneers to the teeth next to them. My teeth and my smile are just beautiful for the first time in my life! Thank you, Dr. Hatae

I have been a registered nurse for many years. One of the advantages of the profession is knowing who the best physicians are. If Dr. Hatae was a surgeon, he would be my top choice. A fellow nurse who I have the utmost respect for steered me to him. He is truly one of the best dentists in the industry. I chose to follow him from Covina to Fullerton when he moved his practice. The extra drive is well worth it. The first impression when you enter the lobby is that it’s clean, comfortable and well cared for. The staff at the front desk are very pleasant and helpful. We love the clean and updated office, but have always loved the experience here at Hatae Family Dental. This is not your typical dentist and dental experience. I have Delta Dental with SCAN for no cost. I also pay for Delta because Scan will not let ME choose my dentist.I do this because I had been with this group of wonderful people before SCAN. They have always been the defination of honesty and quality care. I have never felt pushed to do any work that was not needed or wanted. They give good advice and work with me to decide what is in my best interest.They all are very kind and laugh at my silly jokes.Surfice to say, it is always a pleasure to go to the dentist. Absolutely the best dentist I have been to. Dr hatae is very knowledgable but also his staff is very nice and efficient. I never dread going to the dentist. Great experience every time

I have been coming to this family dentist practice before Dr. Hatae took it over and it ultimately formed into Coyote Hills Family Dentistry. It was always a pleasant experience because of the Hygienists and the front desk crew, but under Dr. Hatae and Dr. Hernandez it is a top notch operation. A great mix of new technology and more advanced knowledge leads to a better game plan to keep the patients teeth healthy in the long run. I recently got Invisalign and was concerned I was developing a cavity. With no appointment and the practice swamped before their holiday break they were able to squeeze me in so Dr. Hernandez could take a look. I’m super thankful I did too as he was able to verify my concerns early and do a light procedure to fix a couple spots that would’ve definitely required a more intensive procedure in the future.As a side note I hate Invisalign as I haven’t gotten a cavity since maybe before high school and I’m now 40.

4 out of 5 stars...cant say I LOVE the dentist...:-)The people at Hataefamilydental are very nice and professional. The Hygienist are gentle and on time. Both dentists are kind and knowledgeable. I had a temporary crown fall off and went back the next day first thing in the morning. The Dr. was running a little late to the receptionist gave me a Starbucks gift card and asked if I wanted to run and get a cup of coffee instead of sitting and waiting. I have been going to this office for over 10 years. I have recommended many of my friends and colleagues to them, all of which were as amazed as I am each time I go there. I visit regularly for teeth cleaning, and the whole staff is just amazing. From the front desk to the dentist, and everything in between- they always provide amazing service. Katy, Stephanie and Star are amazing hydenists, and Julie and Paty at the front desk bend over backwards to make your experience top notch everytime. Dr. Hatai explains everything with you in detail, so you know exactly whats going on. They have everything upgraded to digital, so its right there in front of you. There are many new staff members, and I dont remember all of their names, but they are all happy, friendly people. Go see them! You wont be disappointed!
