I live inside a condo complex. Most packages are left in front of the door which is common sense. The driver apparently left my package in front of my garage on the other side of the house on the main road. I’m upset because I don’t see my package anywhere and I needed the item for a formal event that’s today. It’s hard to find those colors. The garage is on the main road of the apartment complex where there are people walking through and it’s not a safe place to put it. Anyone can just grab it since it’s on the open road. DO NOT PUT MY PACKAGE ON THE MAIN ROAD! Where is my package? The driver did not put any effort or thought into putting my package in a safe place. I order all the time and I never have anyone leave it carelessly in front of my garage where it is unsafe. We do not have a lot that goes up to the garage. They basically left it on the main road of the entrance way into our parking lot. Many cars and people are going back and fourth constantly. Also it’s not a safe place to put it if someone needs to back out of our garage. There’s a chance it would get run over or even cause an injury. Please look into who did this and tell them it’s not okay.
They delivered my packages but my bf was here all day long waiting on his packages and they said they attempted delivery but never did we were both home working all day, also a few of my packages that I got last week were tampered with as if someone at fedex was trying to steal the item I will update this to better score if they redeliver his items today!!
No line when I arrived slightly after 5:30pm to pickup a package of todays failed delivery attempt. Someone before me had several large packages. That took a while before getting to me. Id guess 5 minutes or more. There was one clerk and she moved as if it was a slow day perhaps she was very tired. My failed delivery package was there as my text told me it would be.I liked the FedEx text notification setup. It went smoothly much more convenient than several years ago getting deliveries.

Avoid fed ex if your schedule is important. Once again fed ex has delayed a shipment after wasting my time sitting around for the shipment. A signature is required so I need to rearrange my schedule so they can figure out how to accurately make a delivery schedule. This is not the first time they do this. Not a fan of fed ex. I’ll use other services from now even if I have to pay more.

My shipment was scheduled to be shipped by end of day and they delayed it at 1:00pm saying it’s still in the facility. As my only day off from work driving up from San Diego to Orange country expecting my shipment, it was a waste of my time and gas. I went to the facility to try to help them lessen the load of delivering the package, but they won’t even get the package for me. FedEx is a shipping company that is supposed to have all their package organized by route and package size so I don’t understand how they can’t get the package for me; I even have my ID. Then I have to drive back to San Diego and wait for them to ship the stuff to my address so I can drive back up there tomorrow night after work from San Diego to pick up the package.
This is the absolute WORST shipping center. They are responsible for the deliveries to the North Orange County Area and they seem to LOVE never delivering my packages. For 3-5 days at a time the package will be out for delivery, then it will say no attempt was made then they will try and deliver it again. This cycle goes on forever and it is absolutely unacceptable. as one of the largest shipping companies in the world you would think they would be more organized and know how to properly deliver a package.
Had an overnight that took a week to get. And i had to go pick it up myself because as so many people say here, they LOVE not even attempting to deliver your package
Long story short- ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.Friday night as of now, my package arrived this facility last Monday and was scheduled for Wednesday delivery. Been there personally THRICE but they never hand you your package and will send you back promising the next day delivery. Customer Rep seems to have the same tracking knowledge that we do, dont waste your time or energy calling them. They ask you to contact the shipper, the facility in turn would ask you to contact the customer rep. So, all you can do is wait. This facility of FedEx is beyond hope and I would give negative stars if I could.
Handling is key to secure no damages are made on electronics especially when being delivered. Luckily my package just had dents on the corners. My product was fine but still I worried. Overall, I am pleased they were able to have package for pick up.
Management will only allow 5 items to be shipped at this location. A joke. Making up their own rules and Corps know nothing about it. His named is Phil. Customer service is not as welcome as other location. They also dont carry business card on the location. A print store that doesnt have business card? Another embarrassment to fedex. Dont come here if you ship alot with FedEx or have a FedEx account.

I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic but I have been waiting for a package that I was told to arrive on Aug. 3rd and It has been delayed every day since then. I have a claim open which someone only called to verify that it was the correct number they had and they would keep in contact. No one has called me. I have spoken with two supervisors now and now I have a second package that is stuck there. When I asked to speak with someone at the Fullerton shipping center,I was told they closed at 5pm and the website clearly shows they are open until 8pm.I have no choice in shipping company because I ordered from someone and that is who they use. I just keep getting the run around. I am now waiting for an email to be sent to Managers in hopes that someone will call me back. Im not holding my breath.
Put a hold to pick up item. When I got there I waited forever to be helped only to be told my item was out for delivery. This location was far from my home. Poor quality phone service did not give or make case number. Very inconvenient and frustrating.

If I could give fedex a -100000 star I would . I ordered my package to be delivered on Saturday at my business .. late after noon I decided to check the status of the package and it said “ customer not available or business closed “ . My shop was open from 8 am to 7 pm, I even skipped lunch to wait for this package .. useless driver either got lazy or couldn’t make his route or was simply an idiot and tried to deliver it to the wrong unit # !!!
Horrific. Lost my package it is almost 4 weeks late. I call help center and they just give me the run around. Even though I keep explaining the package is an emergency. Guess my 260 dollar package is gone. Horrible I will never use fedex again. This is worse then usps. Never thought that would be possible.

I come here for prints and have been so happy with the quality. I have so many of the workers to thank. They were always so kind, patient, helpful, and friendly. Brian was especially so helpful to me with my printouts. He helped me out a lot. I appreciate the staff here! Im super happy with how my work came out.

No door tag left on door when attempts are made. Not even a knock. I clearly left kind instructions to please leave in front of door meaning if no one is there then just leave it there. Was supposed to be receiving my macbook pro today to find out i have a package full of fedex shipping supplies in it. I knew it was fishy when my package was in fullerton on friday and i didnt get my package in anaheim until tuesday. It was obviously an inside job and kind of ridiculous this happens and theres no phone number to contact them besides customer service
I’ve been waiting for my package since Monday 9/21 and I keep getting a message saying attempt not made reschedule for next day. Today is 9/24 and again it’s been rescheduled. It’s my crib. I’m pregnant and can’t pick it up at a local store since my husband works 16 hours. I called to complain and they hung up on me😡😡

Any time a package I am getting delivered comes through the Fullerton FedEx facility, I want to scream because every SINGLE one of my packages that has come through this facility has resulted in being AT LEAST 4 days delayed. There is no reasoning behind the delay, and half the time it doesnt even give a new delivery date, it just says PENDING. I cannot comprehend this and I have no idea what to do. Some of these packages are food meal kits and the delay has resulted in the food going bad which results in the company shipping out a new package only to have the exact same thing happen. Get it together, FedEx. This is absolute terrible service.
They keep delaying a package day by day. It’s now the 9th day and everyday the tracking says on vehicle for delivery. Guess what by 5pm everyday it says the next day. Spoke to Fedex opened a claim and nothing is being done. Would not recommend using Fedex at all. At least not in Fullerton.Update - it’s been 2 weeks. Still no sight.
This is the worst fedex shipment center. this locations warehouse staff and delivery drivers lose packages all the time, do not return calls or respond to ticket numbers thru the fedex system and dont even attempt deliveries based on their own whims. terrible service, no professionalism.

I read a review by Terri Bowen and its EXACTLY WHAT I AM GOING THROUGH. I was supposed to receive a package on August 4th but it has been stagnant since then. I called and they just told me the current status which I already F(@$&(@#ING KNOW. I even filed a claim as well and Ive heard nothing.
Been dealing with them for almost 2 weeks now about 2 packages they have not delivered. They have had 2 packages that needed to be delivered to me since the 8th of this month. They have had them on and off trucks for nearly a week and as of the 14th they dont have any scans for the whereabouts of these packages. Take some responsibility!
Packages have been saying Schedule Delivery Pending for the past few days with no updated scans. Im gonna go see them face to face tommorrow before they have a chance to drive off. They tell me they have no idea where its at but the Fedex Trace Team Rep had then told me its been sitting on their truck since this Sunday. Its bull. I highly suggest if you want your package to show up face to face. You will get what you need.

I live at Sunshine Gardens Apts on 8162!4th St in Buena Park . The driver(s) that services my area ( By the Fullerton Airport) is(are) lazy and irresponsible and apparently doesn’t know how to read addresses); They continuously miss delivers my packages to the Apt complex next door at 8152 4th St. ( The neighbors have been kind enough to bring the packages to my address multiple times) and even one time they delivered a package in front of my garage door in the back alley ( I was advised by a neighbor) Needless to say The package had been taken by someone when I lo went to get it! Apparently the driver didn’t have the time nor the desire to look for my Apt.
This location is the worst! I lost count how many of my purchases were delayed from a week to a month to getting lost. I called the retail site to complain numerous times already because Fedex agent on the phone couldn’t help other than repeating what’s stated on tracking (on Fedex Fullerton location or on Fedex truck). I think the manager and people working there are seriously lazy and irresponsible. There’s no excuse not to keep up with delivery. I don’t mind a day or two delay but routinely delay a week to a month? UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!

Ive picked up items from this distribution center twice, and the staff themselves are very friendly and helpful, but I am frustrated with the shipment side of the facility.I live literally down the street from this place. No more than five minutes away. Why have I had to pick up things from there on more than one occasion to get delivery on the day that FedEx themselves said delivery was happening?Again, normally I wouldve ignored this, but today I got bit AGAIN by this. I have a shipment that was out for delivery at 7:52 this morning. Estimated delivery was between 10-12:40. That time came and went. I thought about calling in, and showing up to the distribution center to pick up, but since it said I would get delivery by end of day, I told myself Relax, pause, youll get it. They said estimate in that window but are committing to delivery today.So I sit and wait. And wait. Until a few minutes before the distribution center closes and I get a notification that my delivery has been cancelled and wont be attempted again until Wednesday (4 days later.......).So I call in, and ask once again if I can pick up. Nope, I cant. Theyre closing at 5 PM because of the holiday, and my delivery that they arent delivering will be out trundling about Fullerton until 8 PM today. However, they say that since this is a delivery exception, I can have it delivered Tuesday (despite the website saying Wednesday).Honestly. It doesnt matter, because I dont trust it anymore. Its difficult as a consumer to understand how living five minutes down the road can result in a package being delayed by 4 days, especially when they get the recipient hyped to receive their package by saying its out for delivery before 8 AM that day. I am avoiding going to this location ever again now because the 4 times that i have shipped something Overnight from this location it has never gotten there on time. Yet they charge my account overnight & it is always going to another city in OC - not even going to another state! Each time I have called to complain, the excuse is always due to the Covid 19 they cannot guarantee it will get there overnight. They have credited my account twice but I dont want the credit, I want my pkg to get there on time! I have never had that happen with any other FedEx location - even now with the Covid-19. Its the closest Fedex to my house but I have chosen to drive to any other location because at least I know I will have no issue with my pkgs arriving on time.

A little hidden jewel this is. Its a good place for a the small business owners to ship out whatever they may need. Mainly for business owners since its in the dead center of corporate Fullerton/Anaheim area. Its fast and usually not too many people. Parking is tricky and small though.

Stole my package disrespected me on the phone. Said it was left on doorstep. Nothing here. I waited all day for delivery. Updated tracking every few minutes. Didnt even knock on door or ring doorbell. $600 down the drain. Never again. Punk kids working Fedex stealing from customers.

Staff are very friendly but when I came in after work to drop off some packages for work an employee told me the ground shipping leave at 5pm everyday and that the packages will be shipping on Monday the 15th. I looked at my phone for the time and it was like 4:56pm. I thought to myself like its not even 5pm yet. The employee explained that I should stop by at 4:30pm at the latest.
Worst service ever, NEVER makes attempt to knock or make delivery spoke to management in my Apt complex, they have provided over 4 keys to different drivers to gain accesses to building and they seem to just lose them. I work grave yard hours from 6 pm to 6 am i am home to receive items and have lost hours of precious sleep waiting to see if i can see the truck through my window so i can try and get items,,, they refuse to provide any solution to the drivers not having access,
Fed Ex said that there was nobody at my apartment and that they left a door tag.1) My apartment is very small so obviously there’s no way I missed them. I was there the WHOLE TIME.2) They didn’t leave a door tag.3) Put in the notes that the “access door” was locked. We don’t have an access door. Some dumb idiot either went to the wrong address or never showed up.So much for 2 day shipping.

The reason I gave one star for this site is because I had to go there to pick up my packages. The USPS, UPS, DHL, etc, all can deliver my packages not FedEx. They always have excuse. Most popular excuse is they couldnt get into the building. There is a entry phone which will call my mobile phone which can reach me anywhere in the world. I could then let them in but no they dont use it. There is also a notice to contact mgt office if they can not get in they dont do that either. What really burns me is they dont leave a notice. So I have to do all the work. That is why I try really hard to avoid them when ordering on line.
When Calling customer service was hung up on more than three times by the customer service agent FedEx driver was supposed to drop the package off on September 1st never did claimed there was the address was wrong no it wasn’t now today they claimed that they were at my address they did not leave a door tag or nothing I don’t recommend using FedEx at all if you can use other shippers their customer service is worse their drivers lie Your packages come damaged if they do come at all I just don’t recommend this company

I lost my wallet on my Cali trip and my credit card company said I could pick up the card from this FedEx location with a valid ID. When I called this store to let them know that I didnt have my lisence, they worked with me and were extreamly helpful and caring. After providing more information, I was able to get my new card from them with no problems. Thanks for your help!
This is the second time FedEx attempted to deliver a package and just left the tracking slip on the front gate of my apartment complex. Where anyone can take it.I never use the front gate because I park in the back. I wouldnt have known there even was an attempt made had I not gone out to check the mail.FedEx didnt attempt to contact me what so ever, I was home.This is completely poor service

By far the worse delivery service on the market. Driver Delivered item to porch . I was at the porch waiting for my package to start wrapping item for my GF because it was a few days prior to Christmas. Item was not delivered and agents have not yet responded to my claims. Filled a Fraud case on my Credit card in hoping the delivery driver get fired for delivering it to the wrong apt. Failed to communicate, lack of consistency, and never will i recommend this delivery service to anyone!!

My package arrived here in Fullerton, but wasnt scheduled to be delivered till 3 days later. I called to see if I could pick it up myself and the lady told me it was probably sitting in an airplane container and wont be taken out till the day of delivery. An airplane container? Coming from Inglewood? I guess when its shipped 3-day select, they mean it...
On November 12, 2018, the driver from this location - Michael P. - delivered an empty package and lied about it afterwards. It was for an HP Spectre 13 laptop. The seal was broken and only 2 foam pieces were inside. The claim that started on that day, which is now 2 months old, is STILL ongoing and FedEx wont reimburse HP for their delivery mistake. Gino G. is the manager at this location and he is apparently very incompetent and/or uncaring letting this claim drag on for so long. Beware, people, its not just front porch thieves you have to look out for. Suspect your carriers as well. Ive never had an issue like this with USPS or UPS. FedEx = Fail, Shady, Untrustworthy, Irresponsible.

They ALWAYS try delivering to my leasing office instead of my apartment and then just leave when they cant deliver it there with my package! I have signed up for a Fedex account and left a permanent note on the delivery manager telling all drivers at their warehouse to never try delivering to my leasing office and they still do. They are just too lazy to go up to the 3rd floor even on small packages.USPS, UPS, and Amazon Prime Delivery always find my apartment easy but these guys are too lazy or dumb to figure it out. WHAT A JOKE! You call your company a delivery service Fedex? How About closing down your business and open up another amazon warehouse because amateurs off the street have a better chance delivering my packages than you guys do.I tell everyone I buy from online not to ship with Fedex now since I know these clowns are gonna be the ones handling my packages. They cant even delivery a package without screwing it up. They gave no indication when they would stop by, so I guess they expect that we will sit at home for 12 hours and wait for them. Then, without warning, they returned it to the sender, falsely claiming I had refused the package.

Rather have a monkey deliver the package to me. Had to be the WORST experience I have EVER had. First, they were too lazy to ring the gate bell so I could let them in, then they gave the package an exception. Then when I went to complain about the driver, the clerk who took my complaint said and I quote, You know your package isnt the only one we deliver then when I put her in her place, she hung up on me! To add insult to injury, it was perishable, and I am going to notify the company who sent it to me, I dont want the package, let them deal with this incompetence!

I use a post office box at a local place here in San Clemente. They close at 6 pm and I was at the location from 530 until I got this message hoping to grab the package before they closed. I saw when they closed. I was at the store, saw the doors wide open and no fed ex van arrive and received this update.I was skeptical about all the negative reviews, but it appears fedex does seem to lie or misinform. I assume this is due to perhaps either some part of the system I am unaware of or employees being dishonest. Their lack of response to these negative comments leads me to believe they just don’t care, probably because they know they don’t have to care about customer service due to their size, and they are used by amazon and other huge companies and government.The tiny amount that I use their services won’t happen anymore tho, and I used to enjoy their ship centers, but I won’t support a company that completely disregards customer service.

Had an expensive package supposed to be delivered yesterday (Saturday) and was on a truck at 9am. They deliver until 8pm. The idiot driver couldnt do his job in 11 hours and Im sure took off early for the holiday weekend. They dont open again until Tuesday due to the holiday. So now my expensive package, which shouldnt be stored in hot conditions, gets to sit in a truck in the hot summer sun for 3 extra days because of a lazy driver. Thats IF they can even manage to deliver it on Tuesday. FedEx is a pathetic company full of stupid and incompetent people.

Helpful so far.. even when shipping firearms back for factory repairs (1 rifle & 1 shotgun)! IMO, its rare to meet ppl in the shipping business who understand FFL laws! :DFYI: You DONT need an FFL to ship your own firearm back to the manufacturer or to an FFL holder for repairs, gunsmith work, mods, etc. If the repairs/mods are legal where you live & the shop doing the work has an FFL, youre good! Also, have your firearm returned to your home, so long as an adult is there to sign for delivery. If you miss the delivery attempt, follow directions on the delivery attempt notice & wait for the 2nd delivery attempt OR arrange a new delivery time. If you prefer, arrange to pickup your package at your local FedEx hub. *thumbs up*

What a pain FedEx. I have an order of frozen food, it is scheduled for deliverySaturday. At 5am Saturday, tracer info shows it at this Fullerton local FedEx facility and someone there at 7am decides to say future delivery requested for Tuesday. So its supposed to sit there three days until they feel like delivering it in the futuref? Its right there one city away from me and they cant deliver as they are supposed to do on Saturday when it is originally scheduled? I did a screen shot of my account and it has no vacation holds and no future deliver requests from ME so it must be those Fullerton facility losers that requested to do the job some day in the future. The food will spoil. I called in a complaint 7am and have to wait for them to officially open at 9am to see if I can get the delivery. So why are they being paid to deliver if I have to go and get it?
2 Day Package arrives there Friday morning at 7am. Seven hours later I arrive to pick it up and am told I will have to wait until Monday...3 days later for a 2 day package that they have. The policies at this center are terrible.
Second time Fedex does this! They dont deliver the packages and just take off without looking for other options to enter community apartments (lease office for example) or even bother to leave a note!!!

Walmart order from Romeoville, IL to Rancho Santa Margarita, CA....Fed Ex took posession 7/16 and got it all the way to Fullerton, CA without a problem....Within 4 hours on 7/22 Fed Ex, Fullerton, CA damaged the package. Gotta love the abundant TLC from Fed Ex, Fullerton.
