The guy working named Ray was rude beyond measures in our interaction and Im not sure why because he seemed nice to every other patron he served. I had an international shipping need and he bluntly told me to go in the corner and fill out the customs form and pack and tape the box myself. The tape thats attached to the boxes are extremely flimsy and I asked if I can please borrow some tape but he insisted no and said Id have to pay for that.. needless to say I wont be coming back to this location.

Even though it’s not the closest post office to me, I go here almost exclusively. The staff is professional & friendly.

Management does not care if the employees ask customers inappropriate sexual questions. I have had an employee ask me if I “had a boyfriend” and ask “whos your daddy.” I informed management multiple times and nothing has been done about it. If you are a single female, I highly recommend going elsewhere, unless you want to be asked inappropriate questions while simply trying to pick up your mail.

Tiny office, their employees at the window are friendly & being helpful. Can be a long line during lunch time. Our mail carrier has been great. He follows my written instructions to put packages at certain place so pedestrians wont be able to see them.

Employees are very friendly and helpful. My baby was crying and they helped me fast so I could leave and tend to him. Thank you guys for that. He was very tired because we had had a long day.

I went to this post office because all of the others around Cal State Fullerton had reviews of horrible employees and long lines. Not this one! Had a fabulous middle-aged man help me in a cheery manner to buy stamps and send a small package across the country with ease. Parking was easy enough, went around 2 pm and there were plenty of spots. Loved the warmth and friendliness of this post office, would recommend that anyone go to this one as opposed to the others in Fullerton!

They were happy to carefully process my wedding invitations.

A return item was dropped off at this post office July 19. The tracking number shows it is still there as of August 6, 2019. The do not answer their phone and the general P.O. number is only automated. Impossible to talk to a human being.

Employees are very friendly but some of them are not professional enough!!

The clerk at this location helped me choose the right postage for some mail I didnt know how to send, and helped me while making jokes and having a good time. While I was there, I overheard him help other customers save money on postage.

They constantly do not deliver important mail from the dmv. I hate the U.S.postal system!

Excellent customer service!

They always seem to have a problem processing vacation holds. Event though I set a vacation hold using the post office website and received a conformation of the hold the post office delivered mail to my address before my return date. This problem has occurred twice in the past few years.

The usual - long waits, but knowledable staff.
