She has been my agent all this time, and she brings to the table qualities I never knew I would need from an insurance agent. She is kind, responsive, personable, honest, and intelligent, and she is always looking out for me as a client and a *human being*.Years ago I got into an accident the night before Thanksgiving; I didnt know what to do so called her (it was my first accident). She immediately called me back, kept me calm (my car was totaled and I was very shaken), and walked me through everything I needed to know and do. From that moment on, I was sold! She continued to coach me through the following weeks as the details were being sorted, always with my best interest.She checks in with me, lets me know when a cheaper rate is available, is completely transparent, and is just absolutely awesome. I have recommended her to friends more than Ive recommended any other professional from any field.Again, I never knew Id hold an auto insurance agent in such high esteem; Jenee is just a superhero, and after having her as my agent, my standards are HIGH. I cant speak for the other representatives at Tor, though Im sure theyre all great. :] But Im telling you! Jenee. Is. The. Best. And youre just going to have to trust me on this! If theres any way you can request a particular agent, ASK FOR JENEE!!! Youll never regret it!

I had a very disappointed experience with Jenee at TOR Insurances. I choose them based on the Google review. Unfortunately she made me cancelled my current home insurance policy and was unable to transfer to another policy and it gets so complicated. After 20+ exchange of long emails, she advised she was unable to provide me another policy. It got very complicated and at the end it was not possible to do it. I would not recommend TOR.
