My AC went out Friday 8/27 at night. Called a million places no could come out until middle of week.. Dan was out here at 9:30 am on Saturday 8/28. Very professional. Analyzed and explained the problem. Reasonably $$.

We had a wonderful experience with Jamison about a month ago. We knew our AC wasnt going to last us through another summer and decided to go ahead and replace it in the off season. We were informed that it might be worth it to replace our furnace at the same time for efficiency purposes, so we were given multiple quotes/options to choose from. We ultimately decided to replace both and are so glad we did! The job was done in less than a day and the team was professional and clean. This is the third time weve used Jamison and were always happy with their work.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. The receptionist who scheduled my appointment was very pleasant and a technician was at my house within 2 days when I explained my furnace wasnt working and we had no heat. The technician was very nice and took the time to thoroughly look at my furnace and explain to me the problem, and said he would get back to me with an estimate the same day. But this is where the good service stopped. I heard nothing for days, so I called a week later and was told Jose the tech would get back to me. Nothing. I then placed another call a week later and was told the same thing. Silence. We had to ultimately get another company out here. I wouldnt bother with this company. I have no idea why they never called back and didnt want our business- it was ridiculous and very unprofessional. Get your AC services elsewhere.

I called on a Saturday morning with an A/C issue. Within just a few hours, Dan was dispatched to my house. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. He had my A/C working beautifully again within no time. I highly recommend Jamison (and Dan). I am saving their contact info, and will be calling them again for any A/C or furnace repair/needs.

Excellent! Ive always had a special situation whenever a home repair comes up (had an unfamiliar brand for central air system)...and the Jamison Team helped me out. I had a connection issue with my mini-split ductless system that had me all bent outa shape...but, Jamison came to the rescue. Techs are professional, knowledgeable and eased my concern. My parents had me call a few companies for some quotes on replacing our A/C and heating system. After 3 quotes we decided to go with Jamison. Jose is very knowledgeable and gave us some very fair pricing. He answered all of our questions and we feel very taken care of with our new system. He also threw in a maintenance plan and promised he would be the one to come out and maintenance the system each year! Ryan came out at 7 pm on a Saturday when our A/C was on the blitz on one of the hottest days on record. We were dying. The initial company was supposed to come at 2, and never called or showed up. By 5 I called Ryan back and after a busy day for him, came out and fixed our unit for a great price . He was friendly, honest, and upfront about what was necessary. Ryan Aldaco just installed a heater/AC replacement for us. We contracted with him because of all the good reviews. We were not disappointed. He was professional, friendly, and fully open about what he was doing and what he would provide. We knew the previous installer had not done a very good job. Ryan pointed out the problems/deficiencies and corrected them. He gave complete explanations about what we could expect. The charges were reasonable, and we know he did not charge for some extra services he provided. He even checked our A/C and serviced it without additional charge. I know, Ive paid for multiple free inspections and almost been scammed by so many other HVAC specialists.Luckily for me, I found one provider who did exhibit honesty, attention to detail, and fair pricing. In fact, I know this company is honest and willing to do what it takes to make the customer happy because they experienced the brunt of my initial skepticism, anger and frustration and they still offered to do the job, and they still gave me fair pricing.After speaking with 6-7 poor excuses of HVAC vendors, my wife finally called Jamison for an inspection. We were on the brink of insanity from all the lies and scams we were fed from prior professionals. Jamison missed the initial inspection time because of a miscommunication and misclassification of our issue. My wife and I went off on them like Chef Ramsay at dinner service but the company stayed on the phone and apologized. I was impressed with their fortitude. So we gave them a chance at redemption and boy did they make up for it.Ryan came to our house the next evening. Unlike the other specialists who only looked at our outside unit, Ryan inspected the unit in the attic, ran some tests, tested other things, and generally used more equipment in the 90 minutes he was there than all of the prior vendors combined. He showed he cared and showed effort, it was like getting a glass of ice water in the hell of HVAC repair.We hired him. When Ryan said hed have his men come to our house to begin the project, I was concerned I would lose out on the skill and professionalism without Ryan there. I was proven wrong again. NOPE, Im wrong again.Ryan called me the next morning on a holiday he was planning on taking off. He told me he was coming over and asked if I was home. I hadnt even brushed my teeth. Ryan came, tested everything again, found the problem, and had Alonso and two other gentleman come to fix the problem.....on a holiday. I had cool air on a hot holiday evening thanks to Ryan.So, even though there was a rough start and a hiccup, this company came through in the end and impressed me. If youre reading this review because youre on the fence about choosing this company, look no further and call Ryan. Hes honest, knows what hes talking about, and will give you fair pricing. Ryan does AC Repair in Brea and Fullerton but also travels into the Long Beach Area. He was at our home and found a leak in our AC unit (coil) during a heat wave. He was able to help us out the same day by using a leak seal process, then added freon to our older unit and we were back in business. Great work and great price. Thanks Ryan.
