I was recommended to this place and they quoted me a price to install rear shocks and felt their price was high considering I already knew what the dealer charges and I went down the road about a mile and lucky 7 tire center charged me half of their quoted price that they get off some dumb book that they have… no thanks…….. by the way you’re sales guy gave me an estimate of $137 and not $115 as you the owner were not present when he gave me the estimate, also I never said you operated out of a garage but your technicians we’re working on a car where the customers park, it was not the best as far as parking and exiting the parking and other shops also pay for insurance and rent on their business and also the job at the other shop did not take one hour they had them installed in less than 30 minutes, meaning they knew more on how long it would take rather than using A book for such and easy job, so ya one hour is not what it should take for that job if you have the tools and so called experience it was 4 bolts so nice try!

They fit my truck into their schedule today. Told me they would have it done and even though it was 2:10 pm when I paid and they close at 2, they held their word. The job was done professionally, no dirt or grease left behind, and everybody on site was extremely polite. The technician who performed my install even applied my hubcentric spacers to the wheels despite me forgetting to mention it at the shop during drop off. 5 STARS! Definitely going back here!

Service was quick (they got it done before the end of the day). We also asked them to look into the non-functioning AC. They were able to pop in a minor part for the AC so now it works. The engine light issue and AC cost a total of $400+. Not bad considering the dealership charges oh so much.They are very busy and its no wonder. They just tell it like it is and they do not overcharge you.

Whenever I call ahead of time to see about the price of a service he gives me a really good price, but when my husband takes the car in an hour later he tries to way over charge him. Tries to seem really friendly on the phone but once you get there and he will try to take advantage of you.

I always get my tires there without hesitation, no questions asked. The installers take my care there the minute I get there and get to work, no nonsense, and always with a smile.Fort those on a budget during these hard economic times, they also have great used tires. I saw some almost new used tires there when I was went this last Saturday, so if you are in a crunch, go used. The prices on the new tires are always the best, and they make recommendations based on your budget.I recommended that my dad take his Land Rover over there for a wheel alignment.Abner

Very honest and great place for tires. I came in thinking I needed three tires for my luxury SUV. The workers took a look at my tires found that all I truly needed was one patch. They could have charged me well over $300. Instead $25 for repair. That is unheard of in todays business world they are awesome I will not buy tires from anyone else.

I had a really great experience at Eberhardts. I went in for an oil change and they were super friendly and genuine, answering all my questions even though they were busy. They let me know of a few things that were going to need work on my car soon, but didnt pressure me to purchase the services from them that day, or at all! They just wanted me to know what I should be looking out for, for my own safety. I left feeling very well taken care of - and they even let me play my guitar and jam a bit in their office while I waited. An overall great experience, and I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend this place! The staff...the entire staff...is knowledge and friendly which is a rarity these days. A nice comfy lounge to wait in, clean facility, fridge stocked with drinks for sale, although I wish they had Dr. Pepper lol. Horrible customer service. Owner didn’t address my situation or even apologize. They ordered me tires and never called to tell me that they arrived. Upon me calling, I was told by Dan to come on down and upon arrival, they were the wrong tires. Previous 50k tires lasted 30k with no explanation. The owner overheard my situation but didn’t even give me the courtesy of a solution. Not even eye contact. Will not do business there again.

You cant beat Eberhardts. They worked on my 02 Tahoe doing major maintenance and tires. Although I didnt price compare everything they did they came in over a $1,000 less than I had expected. Dan, the manager, is very honest and a nice person. Their shop is very organized and clean.

Came here to get new tires, and alignment 8/14/14. I was notified that I had a tire sensor that was out. I paid to have it replaced and as I was driving away I noticed that the tire sensor light had come on. It was Saturday and the shop had just closed so I decided to just wait to come back. Later the following week my father was tragically killed and needless to say I completely forgot to go back. After recently purchasing a new truck last week (new GMC Denali) I am getting ready to sell my old truck and was told I should get that fixed before I sell the vehicle. After making a special trip (this place is not close to my house) I was told that the sensor would not be replaced and that I would be charged AGAIN if I wanted the job done AGAIN. The manager I spoke with was Dan Brown. My advice after wasting money is, If you want the job done right go somewhere else!!
