I booked a sitter for 5:00 to 9:00 PM on a weeknight, but was late in arriving home from work. I contacted the sitter, told her I was on the way, and advised that she would be paid for the time waiting. She left anyway, even after agreeing to wait.When I go to the trouble and expense of booking childcare through a service that supplies a person whom I don’t know to watch my children, I expect to have zero misunderstandings of any kind. A person who can’t understand “I’m on the way- just sit tight” also can’t be trusted to properly care for my children. I would rate zero stars if possible.Lucky for me, this was only supposed to be a casual night out. If I had somewhere to be, I would have been screwed.

Each tutor we have had has been great for our daughter with dyslexia. We have always had great communication with any schedule changes. We have really enjoyed our experience.

Sanjiv and his staff were able to help us on a very short notice. A few days after a 2-hour session with their tutor, my daughter increased her SAT score by 100, which allowed her to get the scholarship she needed. What a great investment!

I used College Nannies, Sitters, and Tutors for my two very busy children while I worked from home. It was a little unconventional, and I was skeptical at first, but the assistance gave me much needed relief. We had one nanny and a couple of fill-ins; all three ladies were professional, well mannered, intellectual, good with children, and were able to step right in with little instruction. My children, who are attached to my hip, adapted well and looked forward to our nanny coming. The nannies were able to assist with meal preparation, elementary homework, and taxiing my children to their activities. Additionally, the customer service from the owners and administrative staff was exceptional. They are very organized and able to navigate quickly with unforeseen schedule changes. I highly recommend College Nannies, Sitters, and Tutors (Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen); they are on my BFF list!

Our family loves the service! It is so convenient with the app and yet we get such personalized service from Sanjiv. All the sitters we have used have been wonderful and our kids have loved them. Its so hard to leave your babies but these guys make it just a bit easier.

My 3rd grade daughter needed a little extra help with math. She was losing confidence in her ability and dreading math. Whenever I tried to help her with the new common core math, we both ended up frustrated. We then across College Nannies and Tutors.The director sat down with us for the initial consult so he could better understand our situation and explain what they offer. They do one-on-one tutoring mainly middle school thru high school all subjects and also focus on test prep like ACT/SAT. As the name states, they also offer nanny services. Pics and bios are displayed in the waiting room area. He asked what personality type would be the best match for my daughter and suggested his tutor, Micah. My daughter LOVED Micah! Such a sweet disposition and cheered my daughter on the whole time. We were even able to come in on a Sunday afternoon which worked great with our busy schedules! My daughter was so excited about what she learned, she went to school and showed off to her teacher the next day. Great overall experience!

We love this service. Sanjiv and his staff are very professional and hands on with their clients. Although we have booked different sitters for our toddler son, they all have the consistent professionalism with family friend spirit in which my son has taken well.We are so glad to have found this service for our on-demand sitter needs. This has been a godsend for us.

They are an excellent service if you are in a pinch or looking for full time care.
