Horrible experience. I told them Id pickup between 12 and 1 and when I get there at 12:10 there is no one there and when I call the number on the door he tells me I wont be back till 1. After waiting an hour I rent the van to go to home depot 4 miles away then to my house 5 miles away then back to uhaul for a total of 15-16 miles. I return it to the spot he tells me to and put in more gas than they gave me. When I get the invoice he puts i took the van out with 40 miles less than what I actually took it out at. Thankfully having already been frustrated with them I took the precaution of walking the van and taking a photo of the mileage 1 minute after I checked it out with a time stamp showing this. If you rent from this shop be very cautious and take photos of everything before you leave. Had to call uhaul just now to dispute it and they said to give it 3 days to process.

The older man there was awesome. Easy to work with & Nice to talk too and great personality. He will be getting more business from me in the future.

What a crazy owner! I came to pick up my pickup truck that I have a reservation 24 hours a head, truck and trailer not was ready and he asked me to leave the place and lock for different store! Do for you favor and go to a different location!

Everything is good except for how they handled the charges. I made it clear I didnt want to use the dolly. I had it returned before I even left and I was still charged. Now I have to open up a charge dispute. This is silly behavior.

The man running it was so rude to me and mother. And was rude to the other 4 people that walked in with us. This is after my truck was not ready at 8am like we reseeded it we had to wait 2 and half hours for our truck.

Charged for items that were clearly included in the trailer and any attempt to contact this location are useless. Will not respond, call back, and its clear there is no regard for any type of customer service.

The guy running this location has a very small town mind set (not usually a bad thing)... But hes running a large company franchise. The reason for 3 instead of 4 is that I had to check all connections (physical and mechanical) before driving off, again before I started to pack to make sure I felt safe. (again, something you should probably do anyway) I just havent ever felt like I needed to. Overall, good service.

I only rented a 10 truck for a few hours. I went in, got the truck, used the truck, then returned the truck. Super easy, barely an inconvenience.

Bill who runs this Uhaul location is the only reason why I continue to rent Uhaul. I often have trouble with mobile pick up and I constantly have to pick up vans sometimes at the last minute but no matter Bill has me covered and I can always count on him. Id give it 10 stars if possible.I hate giving reviews so just know this a real review. Quality service!

Tried calling them for some local work, but ended up in some dang call center and wasnt informed till 5minutes into call when she asked my zip code, after verifying my name.Waste of time. Called from this google page, but cant reach this business from it. Bad move Uhaul, Corporate, who ever.On to a better local business.I did stop by the place, but he only rents out trucks, so am on way to big center on u s 380. Biz owner is ok, Uhaul diverting his number, not.

The guys at this place know how to treat a customer well. I needed a van to pick up some new furniture, and they made sure the previous renter was back in time and the vehicle was cleaned before I drove off the lot with it. I called them worried I might be returning the van a bit late, and they said it was no problem and they would wait for me. What service, and at this price you cant beat it. 5 million stars!

Worst Uhaul experience. They charged us for an extra day and a dolly they didnt even have! They said to drop the trailer off after they closed, which we did with picture confirmation. I had to reach out to corporate to get a refund, pretty ridiculous situation.

Its small but have everything you need suitable for you and good price, nice guide and security place.

The girl Chandler here is awful. She called and yelled at me because she didnt have a truck for a reservation and I was currently using one that matched. She said she needed it in the next 15 minutes even though I was scheduled to use it.I rented a trailer, showed up to get it, and she said we sent a text that the pickup location had changed. I am yet to receive the text but had to drive 25 minutes out of the way to go get the trailer.Avoid these people.

I rented a trailer from these folks to pick up my New Triumph down the street at BMW Motorcycles Of North Texas and they were awesome totally friendly.

Decent price on their Uhaul equipment. Truck I took was having some minor engine trouble, had 140k plus miles on it. They tried to charge me for gas and would have had I not taken a picture of the gas gauge before I left their parking lot.

Worst customer service. Was told when reservation was made that we could pick up the trailer at 9:00am. Was called the day before and told 10:00am which was a huge inconvenience but was left no choice. Showed up at 10:00am, waited until 10:20 and there was still no one there to open the store!!
