I have known Ed for 35 years and Sheila for almost 13 years. I have had the opportunity to work with them and OnTarget back in 2006 and on a regular basis since 2012 creating all types of digital marketing graphics and kickoff campaigns.In the 13 years of working with them, I have only known them to operate with full integrity and transparency. From what I have seen, they treat all of their associates with complete respect and are very loyal to them and their needs to help them be successful within the organization.There is a reason why OnTarget has been in business now for over 20+ years with many happy and satisfied clients that can attest to an overwhelmingly positive business relationship.

It’s embarrassing to see the dichotomy in these reviews where they are essentially a 5 or a 1. It appears that someone has “targeted” Ed and his company for more than business reasons.I have personally and professionally known Ed Trachier for well over 10 years and never experienced anything like what they are saying in the negative reviews. I wonder how long some of these “companies” worked with OnTarget and then all of a sudden in Spring of 2019 all these negative reviews start coming in.?Ontarget has been in business a long time.... far more than 10 years. Why the attacks now? Does that seem a bit suspicious?Either way, I strongly support Ed Trachier and know him to be of high integrity. Additionally, I have witnessed a working environment focused on doing a good job, personal and professional improvement and getting results the right way.Knowing Ed, he was and is willing to listen to reason and focus on creating win-win situations in all cases. You don’t build a business and stay in business without delivering results. I believe Ed And his team at OnTarget will continue to stand the test of time

We have been doing business with OnTarget Partners for over 5 years, and have had nothing but exceptional and knowledgeable service provided to not only us, but also the clients we have referred to OnTarget Partners.OnTarget Partners not only takes pride in striving to deliver quality results to their customers, but also strives to deliver exceptional service.

In our experience, this is just a simple amateur shop looking to stand tall without warrant or substance. All that our $15k/month got us was excuse after excuse of why they were not delivering what they promised. Aren’t you being hired to do what we can’t do? The initial sales pitch seemed solid, but that’s all it was. The leadership is very evasive and non-accountable. The references we were given were staged. Our sales rep would share with us the unqualified hires that were making these calls for us, the fraternity house environment and the mass exodus of clients. It would be humorous if we didn’t waste so much of our budget and time on them. OnTarget set us back 18 months with our sales strategies. Lesson learned.

On Target has met and exceeded expectations month in and month out. I would recommend them to other organizations looking for outsourcing some of their marketing and sales needs.

Review: 0-1 starAlthough this company does not have many reviews, does anyone know much about them? I get 2-3 calls per day from them and they cannot take no for an answer. They are very rude and do not seem legitimate. The person who calls me is named Adam but refuses to give his last name and tells me how bad my business must be doing. For a $9b company, I think we are doing ok.Beware…my assistant told me how they use malicious tactics to get through our phone system after hours and constantly lie to our administrators.These guerrilla tactics are very 1980’s and must be a necessary evil based on the minimal market traction they must be getting.
