I have a rental home and was not sure if tenant was goin go to go final cleaning. Frisco Hills was recommended to me, we scheduled but at the last minute I had to cancel as my rental was cleaned. There was no problem in canceling and they were ultra friendly when I did. Customer service was great.

I used FHC for the first time. Ive not had great luck with cleaning companies, but they really did a nice job! Liz and her team were very thorough and conscientious! You could tell she really cared what I thought about the job they did. Everything looked great and the details matter! Well made beds, everything spotless and even folded toilet paper! ;-) Ive found that those little details are an indicator to their level of care. I have signed up to keep using them and look forward to a nice clean house every two weeks!

The Frisco Hills team is hands down the best cleaning service you can find! Originally I had a house keeper that had been with me for over 15 years but had fallen ill and could no longer work. My big fear was trusting strangers in my home and if they would be able to clean once every two weeks as well as my old house keeper who came twice a week. When I first reached out to the company the owner (Carlos), explained all their services. He went over what steps they take in cleaning along with giving you a choice in cleaning supplies they use. Carlos did explain that an initial Deep Clean would be necessary as it had been 6+ weeks since my last house cleaning. If i was happy with the deep clean we would proceed with a by-weekly cleaning. The Deep Clean was well worth the money! Sophia and her team were Amazing! The 3 ladies were thorough and and worked great as a team. I have a 6,500 sq foot home and they got it spotless. Carlos always texts and reminds me the day before they arrive and gives me a target time the ladies will arrive. Sophia and her team are trust worthy and often clean while Im at work or away from the house. You cant say that about every company!!! Frisco Hills has been cleaning my house for almost a year now and I would absolutely recommend them!

They cleaned 3100 sqft + house in 3 1/2 hours! The house is completely cleaned, from floor to windows, bedrooms to bathrooms, kitchen to family room, and base board to shutters. Frisco Hills Cleaning did an amazing job at my house. They were cleaned my fans which took my high ceilings from a 6 to a 10. They left all 6 bathrooms spotless and the showers all look amazing. The 9 bedrooms were each done with time and dedication. The kitchen appliances were left shiny and amazing. The ladys were very friendly and respectful. I had contracted another local company to clean my one bedroom every two weeks. These ladies from before would never let me know what time they were coming, would leave spots uncleaned, would cancel on the same day always with a different excuse, and even took some of my own cleaning supplies after their last visit. So on my first call with Carlos I explained these things that I didn’t want to go through again, especially the last minute cancelling because I have a dog that I take to day camp on cleaning days so it doesn’t bother them while they clean everything properly, meaning last minute cancellations would cost me unnecessary day camp money.Carlos was very pleasant, and explained all their services thoroughly. They had a good system in place, were insured, and promised to let me know estimated time of arrival and when they finished their visit. We agreed to scheduling the service every three weeks. On their first visit, the house was spotless. I had scheduled the regular cleaning, but they ended up doing a deep clean given the state the other ladies had left my house in. I was a little bothered by the fact that they didn’t tell me they were going to need to deep clean before they did it and found out when the invoice was higher than expected, but since the other service hadn’t done a good job, I figured the deep clean was necessary and we could just move on to the agreed rate every three weeks starting on the next visit. When Carlos sent me his invoice, he asked me for a Google review if I was pleased, to which I agreed as they did a good job, and decided I would leave them a very nice review after our second or third visit once I knew they were consistent.Im glad I waited. We scheduled the next visit for December 27th. The time I proposed wasn’t convenient, so I rescheduled things on my side to fit into their 3:30 time slot, even though I was flying out for New Years that same day at 8pm. I figured it was worth it to come back to a clean house after, right? On the day of, I prepared for our flight early and took my dog to the doggy park to entertain her while the house got cleaned. I texted Carlos to confirm they were already at the apartment since they never called for me to buzz them in, and was surprised by his reply: So we’re not (coming) today. Can be on Monday.” First of all, bit informal, no? And why didn’t they let me know they weren’t coming? I thought, maybe something happened? So I asked why they didn’t let me know and I’m still waiting for his reply. (Attached conversation)What bothered me the most was not only that I was left hanging, but that when I first chose the service, I was very clear that reliability on the scheduling was my #1 non-negotiable, and still only on their second visit this happened.I don’t know if they really had a scheduling issue, if they just didn’t want to service me after their first visit, or if they were mad I didn’t immediately give them a review because they never got back to me. Whatever it was, a professional service would’ve let me know. That is all I asked of them and they couldn’t deliver.I do my best to leave objective reviews for you to reach your own conclusions, so I hope this helps you establish if this is the best company for you. They will clean your house very well, but if you need reliability then maybe get a second option.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had been using FHC on a regular basis, however when I reported that my stainless steel cooktop had been severely scratched and damage was done to a shutter, Carlos the owner, ignored my communication about the damage. Several texts and calls were unreturned. While, eventually, he did offer a free clean, the damages exceeded that amount. He then informed me, via text, that they would no longer clean my house. Carlos has ignored all my attempts to recover the remaining balance for repairs. His daughter, Emily, who also works with him, stood in my home, looked at the damages, told me I would get a call back and I was still ignored. The severe lack of professionalism is outrageous!

Frisco Hills was the cleaning company for a Property I worked for last year. My husband and I were moving and upon our arrival the apartment had not been cleaned. We had a moving truck in the way and it was a stressful situation. I took a chance and called Carlos. I asked if there was any way he could possibly help. Better than that! Carlos showed up along with 2 others within 15 mins and they thoroughly cleaned the apartment for us. He saved the day. He and his team are Awesome!!! They take pride in their work and it shows.
