WOW! From the first call to how easy payment options are, I found this cleaning service awesome!! My brothers family is coming into town this week, and Leah (who answers the phones) was able to fit me in when I really needed it done and made sure from start to finish that everything met my expectations. Hopefully I can talk my husband into having a maid service more often now that we found the best :)

Very happy with the service. Sofia has showed up on time both times Ive booked, which is something that normally hasnt happened with other people Ive tried to hire. And she comes on Saturday, which is great for those of us who work during the week and cant be home. Shes very friendly and does a great job keeping everything clean!

She explained that her team would arrive between a 2 hour window and would perform a move out cleaning on my house I just sold. Her pricing was really fair and her cleaning ladies did a great job. Sunshine maid services are LEGIT! I’ve been using their services for about 2 years now and I’ll never use anybody else. Their prices are fair and the maid always does a great job. My house smells and looks fresh. Usually after the job is done and the maid leaves, I get in my socks and slide around like a cool guy! I wear my pants though haha.

The worst experience I ever had. I ordered a move out service last week and they sent just one person for a two story 3200 sqft house. She was totally exhausted as she had another job that morning before she came to clean our house. I wouldnt really blame her. She did not do cob webs, forgot cleaning the closet and did not clean the grease in kitchen. Looking at how tired she was, I started Cleaning the cob webs. The house did not smell fresh after all that. When asked to clean the oven, she said she did not have special liquids to clean it. Bottom line, we had so many complaints from the tenants and we are getting our house cleaned again this week. What a waste of money???? I will not recommend them at all.

Cleaning crew did not show up at appt time. After 45 minutes I contacted Jennifer (who did y answer 3 times and called back when I left message) and she laughed and said “Oh I JUST found out the cleaning lady had a doctor appt today!” Since I didn’t join in on the laughter she apologized and asked if she could find out what was happening and call me back. My Mother In Law was flying in that afternoon and I had depended on a good thorough cleaning, so I reluctantly said “ok”...well, I started cleaning my house anyway with the help of my 8 year old boys and my husband who had just had shoulder surgery. Did I ever get a call back from Jennifer? Nope. I have a HARD time believing these reviews here. Their Yelp profile has a BUNCH of 1 ⭐️ reviews that seem more appropriate to the experience I had with them.

Jennifer quickly provided me with a quote and scheduled me in over email. She was very friendly and answered all my questions. She told me the maid would arrive in a two hour window. I live in a gated community and was a little worried about how the maid would get in and find my apartment, but Mily had no problems and arrived within the time window.Mily walked with me through my apartment and told me what shed be doing. I told her I had a lot of cat hair build-up and she said she would get that. She told me it would be about two hours. I left the house to get out of her way and came back in and 2.5 hours. The house smelled SO good and she was so detailed in her cleaning! All the blinds and fans were clean. I wish I had taken before and after photos of our tub because it looks like an entirely new tub! Mily is one skilled lady.There was still a bit of pet hair on the couch, but for 2 hours and the low price, Im extremely pleased. Plus, we really had some bad pet hair build up. I will definitely be hiring them again!
