I am sure they do good work. But sales as very laid back and never really followed up after the initial reach out. I wanted to get a complete remodel of a bathroom

Elite Remodeling was a very easy company to work with. Our designer, Kelli, came up with an unique layout to fit the flow of our kitchen. Every effort was made to finish the project on time. Our project manager, Blake, was receptive to calls and concerns and took care of questions and problems in a very timely manner. Staci, our decorator, helped a lot with choosing coordinating colors and bringing the project together. Overall, Elite Remodeling was organized, knowledgeable and provided a high quality of workmanship. I will use them again in the future.

John Todd with Elite Remodeling took the time and effort to call me back. Why does this rate five stars? Not only did he call me back in a timely manner to let me know that his business does not work in my area But he actually offered to help me find a trustworthy company that could help me. I thought that was nice. Texas does not require licensing for contractors/remodelers which makes it difficult for consumers. I have been “burned” in the past by dishonest contractors and remodelers that did poor work. John Todd made me feel that my wellbeing was important to me. Sorry that I cannot say anything about his company’s remodeling. Looking forward to his company servicing my area,

Several years ago we had our master bathroom remodeled.Elite Remodeling did an excellent job. They are wonderful people to work with. So, when I needed to have the wood trim on the outside of the house repainted I called John Todd and asked him to recommend a painter. He gladly gave me a name and I am very happy with the results. We updated our kitchen and some had some new custom cabinets built in our family room. While the open concept floor plan is fantastic for living, it can be a nightmare for updating. We needed tons of guidance, and Elite was with us every step of the way. Theyre wonderful to work with, and we are so pleased with our home. Well definitely call them again when its time to update our bathroom. You wont go wrong with Elite.

We are currently on our third bathroom remodel. The Elite employees were friendly and professional from the initial consultation with Staci to working with our project manager Chris and his team.The design and selection meetings were held on the weekends due to work schedules and Staci was excellent in understanding our style and offering alternatives for us to consider.The quality of the work was outstanding, completed as designed, and on schedule. The use of the Red Book to communicate was excellent. We would recommend Elite to our family and friends.

We are so happy with Elite Remodeling and their entire team of professionals. Our work involved a total kitchen remodel with windows moved (necessitating brick work on the outside wall), walls opened, updates to the living area with a built-in entertainment center and new stone fireplace, all floors, moving our laundry facility to another part of the house, and updating electrical/plumbing. When our garage door gave out just because of its age, they arranged for it to be replaced without me having to do anything. They brought to us a wonderful design and it far exceeded our expectations. We moved out of our home during the work, but every day it was left clean and orderly. Upon completion of the work, we were told to call with any issues that may arise and they would take care of them. True to their word, the project manager has responded immediately and professionally. Communication is key and there was never a problem getting through to them, always getting a prompt reply. Once the project began, there were weekly updates on the status of the work, and we were notified of any possible costs that may not have been in the original plan. Now everyone who comes into our 1953 ranch home tells us how beautiful it is and that although you know there has been a lot of work done, it doesn’t scream out “remodel” and is so welcoming. Elite Remodeling provided a wonderful experience and we will not hesitate to call on them in the future.

I never expect remodeling to go smoothly but Elites group of contractors were very professional, were very courteous, respectful of my home, neat and tidy everyday! Their project managers stay in close touch with you to keep you in the loop every step of the way. When there is an issue that arises, their management and ownership steps right up to make it right. The quality of workmanship that they expect from their subs is extremely high. No shortcuts are taken or allowed! Highly recommend Elite Remodeling.

Elite was great every step of the way. They helped pick out counter tops, sinks, faucets, etc. All worked together perfectly and look great.They were flexible in performing the work as I added things such as a pocket door part-way into the remodeling. Prices, documentation, and timing for all changes were very fair.I fully expect to use them again and have already recommended them multiple times.

They literally took an empty space that needed a lot of of TLC and created a warm and inviting hospitality room that is now everyones favorite spot! After four years, I had an issue with shower grout needing to be replaced as well as a loose fixture. After notifying Elite, I had a repairman at my house within the week. Service after the initial remodel work is extremely important. This company is there for you. It gives me great peace of mind.

Elite Remodeling remodeled my master bathroom several years ago. They came out and fixed a shower problem superbly. We were so happy with our bathroom that we had them totally redo our kitchen. One of the things that I had my heart set on was an island. I was told by others that my kitchen was not wide enough for an island. Elite found a way to do a fabulous island in my kitchen. There are no words to express what an absolutely fantastic kitchen with island that Elite put in my home. It is a total dream. The job was done with wonderful people who really understood how to do a great job.

Two stars only for quick response.disappointed. Can’t review service or quality- but can say I was highly recommended this company only to be told I was out of their location. When I compare distance with this business and the areas they say they service it’s the exact same distance. Yet I’m out of area. Says they work little elm and far eastern Denton which I’m closer than those areas.asked me to provide some details and I did- not knowing much about contracting I guess I don’t know cost (and I am flexible with cost) Instead of recommending a contracting company that could help. I was told to use a handy man!! A handy man!! 😳This company does not accommodate providence village or prosper HOA! Look elsewhere!

A complex project completed promptly and beautifully! I run a private school. The stucco on our building was deteriorating and stained. Plano Elite Remodeling covered the building with fresh stucco, installed new gutters, repainted the doors, replaced the hardware on the doors and repaired and replaced a car port roof that looked atrocious before they started. Everything now looks fresh and beautiful. Bob Moradi was on the job daily ensuring that only high quality work was done. A structural problem was uncovered during the construction, and this was handled rapidly. This is a great company.

My kitchen remodel turned out perfect, I worked with Kelli and Chris at Elite and they did an amazing job.

Elite provided the best remodeling job for the conversion of the guest bath into a full ADA bathroom. They minimized the inconvenience of remodeling and the result was super. I will recommend for Elite for any remodeling jobs.

Elite Remodeling did an outstanding job remodeling our break room/kitchenette at Frisco Family Services! Every detail of the work completed was top notch, and the materials used top quality.

I have met with three companies for the remodel of my master bathroom and a guest bathroom. I read some great reviews for Elite and was very excited for my appointment that I had with Kavindra a few weeks back. I was asked to send current pictures of my bathroom and then a few pictures of ideas I like for the remodel. I sent all items requested. Kavindra was nice but seemed to be else where during our meeting. Our meeting was at 12:00pm. She asked me what my budget was when we were about 10 minutes into the meeting. (Side note: I don’t believe she needs to know that. That’s what a bid is for. However, I told her 20-30k knowing full well it’d be more. It’s called negotiating). She immediately tells me that it will cost 60-70k to redo my bathroom and thank you for coming in. No drawings were done and no selections were made. I was shocked. I had 3 other bids, cad drawings were done by all companies but one. I had chosen countertops, tile, paint color, faucets, everything and the bids came in between 32-47k. That’s usually how remodeling companies work and it takes about 2-4 weeks for the bid depending on how busy the company is. We’ve bought 6 homes throughout the US and remodeled all. Every contractor has worked the same way. Kavindra and I hadn’t gone through anything. She didn’t even ask what type of countertops or flooring I was considering and she throws out an absurd number. I feel like she completely wasted my time. The meeting was over by 12:12pm. And she didn’t even go over the guest bathroom. I honestly felt like she could care less for business. Which may be the case but it would’ve been better if she just mentioned that over the phone. Elite was almost $20,000 more than 3 other bids. How can one estimate a remodel if they haven’t asked what my selections are? Not impressed.

Elite Remodeling stands by its customers. I know first hand, if you are not completely 100% satisfied, John Todd will make it right.
