Dan was very efficient, informative, and skilled at repairing my 10 year old jetted bathroom tub. Although Kohler said the motor/pump was no longer available, Dan installed a new one and works like new. Very pleased with repair!

Never had a chance to experience their workmanship due to their upfront fee for an appointment policy. I exchanged texts with Arnold regarding my shower pan repair needs and advice on the best solution. He was very helpful and responsive. So I decided to go with the patch repair option and set an appointment for a few days out. A few minutes after we set the appointment I received a text with a link asking me to pay $129 in order to confirm our appointment. The amount does get credited against the work done, however, this did not sit well with me. As a customer, Im not paying you for an appointment confirmation. Ill be paying you based on the job we agreed to once it is properly completed. Im a very easy person to do business with and my word is my bond. I cant bring myself to pay for something in advance that hasnt been done. I cant imagine anyone else doing the same. I wish this policy was explained to me upfront. I would not have wasted your and my time. Not a great way to earn someones business and trust.

Our house is about a year old. One day, while chasing a fly(I hate flies), I fell and my heel punctured my built in bath tub. Man that sucks and I didnt get the fly. Now, I need to spend $3K-$5K to fix this. Found Happy Tubs by a search and the owner CLEARLY explained my repair. Actually, turned out better than expected. There is a slight wave to the touch, but to the eye, you DO NOT SEE the repair. AMAZING. Also cost about 1/10th of replacing the tub. So, I am good. I hope to never need them again! I will use another method to kill flies.
