The car, the kid and I love this place. My son loves the JJ’s symbol that gets projected onto the car as you drive through. Staff are always super friendly and their unlimited wash package is a godsend with a black vehicle. I love how clean my car always looks and it even does the wet tire stuff on the wheels. There’s vacuums, microfiber cloths, pressurized air and even free air fresheners to use. Haven’t had any issues with scratching the paint or leaving swirls, seems like they take care of the equipment.

The most respectful business and team I have ever had the pleasure of working with.. I had an issue occur and instead of what seems to be common business practice with these businesses by dismissing and simply denying responsibility, they have stepped up in every way to make it right. Even though my first experience with JJs Car Wash had a major setback, the management team has gone above and beyond too insure that this mistake will never happen again. Not only will I remain a customer for life but I will use them for all of my familys vehicles and recommend them to every neighbor and friend. The amount of dignity and respect that this business has shown is second to none. I love my car sometimes more than my own children 😉, and I trust my BMW in their hands.. I will definitely recommend JJs to ALL my family, friends and neighbours. JJs car wash is the only car wash for me and my BMW, we are customers for life.

Adam and the rest of the team are the most respectful group of people I have ever worked with. An issue occurred with my vehicle during the carwash and I was taken care of immediately. They were honest and I cannot give enough kudos to them especially when other businesses try to divert blame. I have told everyone I know of the great experience I have had and I will continue to have all of our cars washed at JJs.

Great car wash, clean, free towels to wipe down car or truck. Vacuums work grwat and they have high pressure air to get that hard to get water. Good value.

I was very impressed with the attention the staff at JJ took to my vehicle. I drive a jeep Wrangler Rubicon and not only were they cautious and removed the brushes to not hurt my soft top, they tapped on my window to let me know that if it wasn’t completely clean to come back through for another round. The gentleman, I presume to be the manager, came out to take a look while I was vacuuming and asked me to come back through to do a more thorough job. I really appreciated the service they gave!

I love this car wash!! The owner is awesome too. Hes a genuinely nice guy. The machines do a superb job of washing and all of the staff is very helpful and accommodating. I have a membership so I go as often as I can.

One of the best car washes around! I drive from 1462 area in Alvin just because they have the best carwashes, vacuums/blowers and towels!

I absolutely love the job they do inside and out. Very satisfied bought a month as many washes as I want please dont forget to tip. They are just as nice if you tip or not. Hard workers!

I needed a car wash really bad and recently saw the JJ’s was newly opened. I decided to get the basic car wash for $8 and was fairly impressed with the results. For $8 this is a fairly good deal and I like how they do not limit your time for the vacuums unlike other places. I would get the unlimited car washes if I lived closer, but I will definitely be coming back in the future.

JJ’s is a well kept and locally owned car wash. They take pride in keeping up their equipment and the employees are always hard working and helpful. I have a monthly membership and come several times a week.

Well spent 28$ dollars............. dont get all those extra upgrades if you have a 1/2 truck or biggerOnly works for smaller vehicles

Went here for the first time. It was a smooth process from start to finish but I wasnt given a towel to wipe down my dashboard and it didnt get my car very clean. I paid $2.00 extra for the tire clean and all it did was squirt a few spots on the tire to where it looked shiny. Im not sure if I was supposed to bring my own towel to wipe it across my entire tire at the end or not but I would have been better off buying a bottle of tire shine and spraying it on myself. It would have looked a whole lot better. If I go back, I definitely wont pay extra for that.

I think this is one of the better automatic washes. It does a good job for the price, in my opinion. In and out quickly if need be and they provide free vacuums if you want to spend some time getting your care clean on the inside.

I was a bit skeptical and like others concerned about the high prices. This is my second time returning to JJs and if things stay they way they are this will be my new location to wash. $8 regular wash was bit pricy but oh man they wash the car real good and detailed compared to most. JJ listen to customers and adjust the car wash according to local needs. Its a new place so it takes time to adjust to everything. Dont even compare this place to any other local wash. Im super anal when cleaning my car and wont let no one touch or clean it. Soft brushes was easy on my paint and clean good. Only complain is dryers. Compared to last time I was here they have been turned up. Little too much if you ask me. Have it medium setting for longer duration. Both time I wash the car I have to shammy it off real good. It was still wet. My friends complained about not having interior cleaning service. Something yall can add for hot summer days. Also rocket upgrade $8, I wanna try but give us a price break and get us hooked. Dont make sense it cost same as regular wash. Thanks for opening a good car wash for the area.

So I have had memberships for a while at both Blue Wave on 646 and Zoom on Bay Area. Both were decent. Neither particularly bad. But with the traffic and construction on 45, I decided to give this place a try. It is a bit more expensive than the others but worth every penny! Car comes out spotless the FIRST time. Always free towels and air fresheners are awesome. The air gun at every terminal to blast off the dust in your car is amazing. Love that. Would highly recommend you give them a try. Their customer service is also top notch. Everyone is polite and helpful, even after a busy hot day.

Bought a membership a month or so ago and have been taking my car here a couple times a week. My brand new car (literally brand new, less than 5k miles) is now covered in so many scratches from the car wash and I’m beyond upset about it. I would post pictures on here if I knew how to. Cancelling membership ASAP and will not be back. I do not recommend.

Stopped by for a quick wash before a meeting and it was the best $10 car wash Ive ever had. I have a sports car with wheels so I was worried about the automatic wash but it looked great. We need one of these inside the loop!

There car wash does a great job and love how they have compressed air to clean perforated seats, thats awesome!! They also give you free towels to dry off and wipe down anything that was missed.

This place is great. Some people shy away from car wash places where the vacuuming and drying are self serve, but I am not one of those people. This place is clean, and affordable. The vacuums do a good job and each station has compressed air to blow out dirt from all the nooks and crannys. There are even high-pressure air chucks for keeping the tires at the right pressure. I like the monthly subscriptions that includes a clean towel each time. I highly recommend this place.

I have a membership to JJ’s and I go several times a week. My truck is always clean on the outside and thanks to the new conditioned towel they give you each visit my truck stays clean on the inside. Another added bonus is that JJ’s is owned by an amazing family that gives back to the community. I can’t recommend them enough.

I just went though because they were giving out free washes before their opening. I loved it!! Their soap smelled amazing and I loved the colors. It got my car very clean and dry. Did a really great job on my rims!!

I appreciate the fact that this place has free vacuums! Other places make you pay for a limited use, and when you have a big SUV, its nice to be able to take your time instead of having to rush

Car wash is great but wish the shop vac section would stay open instead of closing when the car wash does. Im not sure why that part has to close when the car wash part does. It is truly frustrating as I dont have the time to get car over there before it closes. I doubt this will have any kind of impact, so why bother writing it??

I went there recently and they were very disrespectful!!! Manager was extremely rude and had a very bad attitude! Car wash was awful and left water stains on my new car! I will never go back! The employees didn’t help at all! They only messed around. So glad i didn’t buy a memebership! I’m going to go back to i shine! Y’all need to take notes on their car wash!

Didnt give me my change. Paid $18 for car wash gave a 20, they never gave me my 2 dollars. Had to go get after work today., as I washed it this morning 8:30 am. It rained today, so asked if give 24 her rain rehash, dont even do that with the ultimate wash purchase. Very disappointed with this place.

Beware. Brushes were way too rough and shook my truck. so bad I wanted out then a brush ripped part of my bug visor Loose and I was stuck there to watch the last brush Rip a big piece of it off. This was a fairly new accessory and was firmly secured to my hood.Very disappointed!! they were making adjustments to the machines so they gave me a free wash to help them test it out. The woman I spoke with was very kind but went straight into the disclaimer that aftermarket accessories could be damaged. I didn’t raise a stink and give them plenty of opportunity to DO THE RIGHT THING. That never happened. This should’ve never happened to an accessory that regularly withstand 80 mile an hour winds.To be fair it was a free car wash and it did a pretty good job but in the long run that free car wash is going to cost me $140 for the repair. #veryDisappointed!

This is a drive thru wash where you vacuum and dry yourself. You can pay per wash and they have monthly plans with options for upgrades. They provide towels and an air hose. I believe they also give you free air freshener.

Good customer service and they wouldnt let me leave until I was satisfied. My vehicle wasnt completely cleaned and they glady allowed me to run it back through again. Ive purchased many washes in the past with no issues and it was nice to know they stood behind their services today.

Went here when the site first opened, seemed like a nice place but I was NOT happy. I took my 2012 Ford Escape that i had bought 3 months earlier, and just got a basic wash. The water pressure was so high that the water came through my sun roof!! I was SOAKED and had water all on the inside of my car. Took it to the vacuums and got all the water out and luckily I have no damage done to any of the electrical on the inside and my seats are leather. Not to mention, my car was not completely clean. I have never had this problem with any other car wash.Very disappointed

I have been a member of a few car washes...However, NONE has compared to JJs..NOT TO MENTION, His staff is awesome, ESPECIALLY, ADAM & JUSTIN..OWNER: JJ is a AWESOME as well...I have had a couple if instances there...They were handled within that business day or the following morning. None of which were MAJOR or NEEDED IMMEDIATE ATTENTION..If you havent had the opportunity to try them out yet..You should..As far as their price reviews I have read on here...This is an high end car wash as a business owner myself, it cost more money than one could possibly IMAGINE to operate a FACILITY such as this.As far as the review about lowering prices for you to try the product, perhaps you didnt know JJs ran for FREE for potential CUSTOMERS to try it out..

Had nornally been satisfied with the wash. Come several times/month. Last 3 I have had to go home and rewash the tailgate/bumber and wheels.. If I have to continually rewash parts at home there is no point in paying. Also Ill be removing the tire shine from my monthly package. Wierd driving around with tires only half shinny. Used to work good.Mar 2021 editSorry I dont email. This years the same if not worse. Sometimes theres two ppl there to pre wash tough areas (wheels/grill/tailgate) but still, this year, today in particular, no ones even touched the tailgate/bumper or the right side rims so when the wash is done, half the tires are cleaned cause the tunnel tire cleaner works sometimes and Ive got highly visible dirt covering my tailgate and bumper because only one person is there and today the bumper didnt get a prescrub like every other time. I have the 2nd most pricey membership but get the lowest price wash. Ill be trying The New wash down the street.

Took my brand new 2018 Civic through here. First time its needed to be washed since I bought it, and decided to pay for the Ultimate $23 wash. Complete waste of money, could have got an equivalent wash for a fraction of the price basically anywhere else. Tons of dirt spots still left on the car all over, would have had better results just doing it myself. The vacuums are free which is nice, but dont have a ton of pressure so I worked better for me to just remove the mats and shake them out myself and try to get what I could in the floor underneath them. Wont be coming back and dont recommend bothering. Its a bummer because its a brand new place and I had high hopes for itEDIT: To respond to owners comments, I did not alert a staff member of my issues. They were friendly in the brief interaction I had with them to use the restroom, but it was getting dark and I didnt want to make trouble for them before what seemed to be closing time. I also didnt think there was much they could do, such as increase vacuum suction or make changes to how the wash system worked, but I apologize for not giving feedback directly.

My truck was surprisingly clean and polished considering it was a drive thru. I had some fresh scratches but my truck was very dirty before and I cant contribute it to the wash. Its a little pricey for me but a good wash nonetheless

13.00 for just a wash and no tire shine. Ridiculous that you have to pay an extra 4.00 for tire shine. The Alvin wash come with tire shine, a person to wipe your car off at the end and free vacuum and it’s only 5.00, I will not be returning

Most expensive drive thru car wash in the area, and worst! Theres soap and brush streaks and water marks all over the truck! The quick dry solution only got the front hood and window. My vehicle is still dirty as hell. We were so excited to finally have a nice carwash by the house and are so disappointed. Specially for $23?!?! Come on!

For the price of the Best Wash I was not very happy with the service. It was like any other car wash where the car goes thru the wash but you have to dry, clean the windows & inside of the car and vacuum the car yourself. I will probably never go back since I can to a car wash closer to me where I pay and all of the drying, vacuum,, windows clean, and the inside is done for me.
