This was my first time ever getting a detail cleaning (I’ve had this car since 2016) and let me tell you, I was welcomed as soon as I walked in, easy to understand pricing. I told the owner what I needed and was charged for just that which was VERY reasonable.The finish was breath taking! They took pride in their work and really did the job right! My car was no easy challenge by any means. Down to the the detail! Im so impressed with the work and heart this company did for my car.They outdid themselves and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend! The owner is very respectful and patient with all my questions. I wish I had taken before pictures because the finish product doesn’t do justice. I’m so very happy. Great customer service, great place to get your vehicle washed. The owner Ricardo leads by example he gets down and dirty with his employees. No job is too big or small for them. Highly recommended.

Very nice place. Went there yesterday for the first time. I usually go to STAR WASH AND DETAIL on NASA and was anxious of this place. I saw how it looked and felt the environment was off but they did a great job on my car. It felt like I just bought it, they did a better job than the place I usually go to and for a cheaper price. I will be coming back. Just make sure they use clean rags on the car. 5 stars

Horrible customer service and long wait times. One guy washing all the cars there is ridiculous! Please save your time and money and go elsewhere.

It was my first time here. I normally go to the local machine car wash on Scarsdale. But nothing beats a hand car wash. More attention is taken in making sure the interior and the exterior look good. They have a pretty good setup for washing and waxing your vehicle. I only had a normal wash but Im thinking about getting it detailed next time. It had a clean restroom and a comfy waiting area. Overall, I had a great experience. Thanks

Amazing! Very first time here, 2 days ago. I read the reviews and decided to give them a try. I was very impressed. I have a 2019 Mustang and I only had it a week when I took it elsewhere and left disappointed. There were small scratches everywhere and one long deep scratch as well! So that left me searching for someone new. I explained this to Aqua Hand Wash and asked them to take care of my car. I was told it would take an hour for a wash, wax and detail and it was less then that. Very happy about that. I always inspect my car when I get home and I was super happy with the results. I finally found someone to take good care of my car! I WILL be returning! The starting price for my Mustang was $25. They have packages that will allow you to add 1,2 or 3 extra services. I paid much more to have my car scratched up so.....

They did an excellent job and delivered beyond my expectations. My car was pretty filthy and it looks incredible now!

My kid had an accident in my back seat! I came in early and they got everything out and cleaned the rest of my interior in less than an hour.

Beyond impressed with their customer service and what a great job they did. Long story short, a paint company got over spray white paint all over my entire gray explorer. I was freaking out because I didnt know how to get it off or where to go, based on reviews I called Aqua Hand Car Wash and the owner told me to come by and he would look at it. He demonstrated with a product that he has and it worked. No more white speckles on my gray paint. The owner was very nice and we will definitely be going back for future car washes.

Awesome service and an exceptional business man, Ricardo! I had the opportunity to help a friend who had fallen on hard times. I explained to the owner of Aqua that I wanted to have a van towed to his shop for a full service detailed package. The van evidently had been used as a dog house for five months, needless to say between the hair and the smell I cannot say which was worse. I fully expected him to turn me away when he saw the condition of this van, but he agreed to help. When he welcomed the van, I actually thought he would have to perform a miracle to salvage any part of the interior of the van. He told me that he would need a few days to work on it and would give it his best work. He also said in 20 years of business, this was the worst he had ever seen. But, he performed a miracle. I cant say enough about how good his best efforts were. He and his team finished with the vehicle ahead of time, and in a much shorter time than I expected. The smell was gone, the seats and interior were extremely clean, and the interior console was like a new car. I actually was happy to drive it at that point - only due to the outstanding job Aqua Hand Car Wash had done, and it was worth every penny. Thank you Ricardo and all the guys that engaged in creating the miracle for this van and this friend. If there were more stars to give I would give it the max. Thank you again.

I live nearby and never really paid attention to this place before. I found it on Google Reviews when I needed a detail and decided to give it a try. I came by right before Christmas and they were able to take me in same day. Dropped my car off and came back a few hours later. They did a good job and were even able my bike rack off for me, which I was having trouble with.Will definitely come again when I need another detailing in the area!

Ive been coming to this place for over 6years. They do a great job hand washing my car. Everytime i get in my car after they have cleaned it, it looks like a brand new car. They do a great job on the tires/wheels. The owners are very kind and treat you like a valued customer. I highly recommend this place.

When our son borrowed the car a friend of his got sick in the front seat. Couldnt get the smell out doing it ourselves. Took it to Aqua on FM 2351 in Friendswood. We had only asked that the area in and around the front seat be cleaned. When we picked it up the home dam car was spotless. I have never seen such a sparkling car. The owner was proud of his work and he has every right to be. I would recommend this business in a hear beat. Got a hard car to clean? Take it to Aqua.

Love this place! Close to my house, affordable, and dropped off my vehicle at house when it was finished.

I took my car last Friday to get it detailed for the second time. The first time I took it I had nothing to complain about whatever the previous reviews here said were true however that changed the second time I visited this place. I had the wax package that includes cleaning the car from the inside as well. Anyways, there is a scratch on my shifter and now my rear view mirror is not dimming. The car is brand new, I know every scratch and everything that is wrong with it and NOTHING was wrong with it before I took it. Im really disappointed that I trusted them with my car and now I have to figure out how much its going to cost to replace the sensor of my mirror and how Im going to deal with that scratch. Also, the car still had wax traces and they didnt vacuum the trunk of the car. They did a half ass job and messed up my car in the process.

Service is always great. When I pick up my vehicle it looks and smells like a new car.

Seemed like a decent place. Charged me $150 for a wash, vacuum, wipe down inside, clay bar and regular wax. (I have a 2004 4Runner that I want to keep for a while)Things they did/didnt do.-Wash Car. (Did well)-Clean Wheels. (Did well.)-Vacuum 80% of the car.-Wipe down 20% of the interior.-Did not use compressed air to clean small areas (Like the package says is included.)It feels as if it was waxed but Im not sure if they used the clay bar because I could not see them as this was done and I can still feel some rough spots on some spots that do not have paint/clear coat damage.It was completed in about 1hr 15min between two guys. If you know anything about clay bars and hand waxing a SUV, it takes about an hour and a half minimum to do each of these with one person. So maybe 1.5hrs for two people.Not 100% sure how they did all of these things in under 1:15 with just two guys.Id come back for a wash. I would not come back for anything else.

The prices can’t be beat. They did a great job on my car; even got up the white dog hair from my car’s dark interior. Even though there are closer car wash business closer to my home, I will only take my car here from now on. Can’t wait to go back for a detail and clay bar!!!

Very kind and professional. They absolutely know what they are doing. When i got my car back, it was so clean if they would have placed a Lexus sign out front, i would have believed i was getting a brand new car, that is how good of a job they did. I mean when i purchased my car, it was clean, but not as clean as these guys cleaned it. They did an Awesome job, and i will not take my car anywhere else. The best $$$ i have ever paid to get my car washed. I got the full detail, the wax and the clay treatment. Get it, you wont be disappointed.The waiting area is also really nice, cozy and spacious. They have wifi internet, which was great since i was able to bring my laptop and get a tone of work done while waiting. The owner and employers were all really nice and courteous Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!

Family owned spot thats easily the best place around town to get a hand wash and detail, and the price is amazing. I used to live inside the loop and frequented all the local places in River Oaks and Montrose to detail my car (they were expensive, too) so I was hesitant to expect the same results at this little spot off 2351. But the owner and his staff are wonderful. They really put their best work into every car, and theyre such nice people! I could go just to talk to his lovely wife, who frequently helps out inside. Hubby and I take the Mercedes and the Audi there (which, like us, after 2 kids and a baby look worn and disheveled on a regular basis)... but holy moly do they do a great job of restoring the cars so well, we would feel good about them again if we could ever get out and go anywhere lol. Highly recommend this place.

It was $100 for wash and detail. It took 2 hours and they did a decent job, but they didnt wipe the rear view window or clean under the rear window behind the seats.

My name is Tina Babineaux, I came to Aqua Hand Car Wash thru a referral. My car flooded during Hurricane Harvey. I did not know what to do because, the smell was bad and I was afraid mold, water, and mildew was going to damage my car. I thought I could handle the problem myself but, I could not. I went to Wal-mart, to purchase products to try and handle the flood damage to my car myself. A gentleman at Wal-mart told me to give Aqua Hand Car Wash a try. I called them and spoke to Ricardo. Ricardo helped me with my problem, and when he finished my car smelled great and it looked as good as new. He was very courteous and nice. Good and fast service open on Sunday so you can go and get the throw up smell removed when you get stuck taking someone elses friend home and they get sick. Good prices.

I went in for a car wash... i think the only time the car was this clean was when i drove off the dealership lot.Ill be back, and will probably get it waxed here as well.Also, i dont think its a walter white type front...

They werent what I was looking for but they did point me to an ole fashion car wash down the Street.

Dont get your cars interior cleaned here. I spent $60 and the inside of my car doesnt look any better. Also left a wet dog smell in my car. I dont recommend these guys
