Not good. I noticed they added a new driver (completely unknown name to us) to our policy without confirming with us. We had been paying an increased premium for a non-existent person for 9 months and they only agreed to refund 2 months for their mistake. They said they added this random person to the policy because they had information someone was living at my address? Ive owned my house for years and have lived here alone. I do not know how they can just add a person to our policy without confirming with the policy holder because some name dropped out of the sky for them. I suspect fraud.

Allstate VanMeter Agency is always very helpful and knowledgeable. After switching over to them with my auto insurance I have not had any problems and know I can always call them if I ever have any questions.

Friendswood TX is my Insurance location with Alex. Always helpful, she stays focused on my account each time I have worked with her Over the last few years, until I am taken care of with all my needs. Appreciate that she follows back up with me as time does get away throughout the day for me, and I have moved all my coverages to a multi policy. Customer service is not a priority for many places now days and I am glad to say this location has not forgot that.

This is a great place to do business with.

They have failed to give me a call back every single time that they’ve promised they would. It always leads to me having to call back and some very lame excuse from them. They cancelled my policy in the beginning bc of a lack of paperwork that THEY were telling me wasn’t necessary and then they never even notified me that they had cancelled my policy. so if I would’ve got into a wreck within the week or two that I was uninsured, I would’ve been totally liable. Also if my lender had found out about that, I would’ve lost my car. After finally dealing with all this, their manager Brent(I think his name is) tried to place the blame on me and say that “maybe if you were more pleasant, they would call you back”. I loved hearing that, implying that the $290 that I pay them every single month doesn’t entitle me to agents that will do the job they’re paid to do, unless I’m sunshine and rainbows.Edit-12/17/18Update: After discussing my rate with an agent, they told me that even after being insured with them for 6 months that my premium would continue to be $290 a month(for a 2016 car) and there would be no change. After talking with Geico for less than ten minutes, I was insured immediately for $200 a month and with even more coverage(including personal injury coverage!). Bottom line is that I will never ever insure with these clowns again and I hope to steer as many people away from their business as possible.
