State Farm has always provided us with reliable insurance at reasonable rates for our home and our automobiles.After a hurricane a few years ago there were not enough local insurance adjusters to handle claims in a timely manner and out of state adjusters were called in. We were unlucky enough to get one who didnt seem as experienced as regular State Farm guys.I called our agent Larry Holdorf at State Farm and dropped by the office. He listened to my complaint, called another office, told them he had an unhappy customer sitting in front of him and reviewed my complaint with them. He and they immediately resolved the issue to our satisfaction.We have referred many customers to them over the years.

I have had Home, Life and Auto insurance with dick daugird for over 29 years!!...he is NO LONGER my agent! I got tired of his office always telling me they ONLY “.....collect the premiums”!......the last straw is when Darla Winters, dick daugird’s daughter, yesterday handed me a note with my policy no and State farm’s No to call regarding My PIP benefits!!.....oh and by the way, over a week ago, I received a form from the state farm’s main office that I had NOT cashed a check back in 2015???......when I went to mr. Daugird’s office, Darla called the no on the form and it was for $$$ that SHOULD have been returned when they were “ordered” to pay us back for overcharging us!...how long ago??? She said that they don’t look for former customers’ addresses?...BUT, we have been with them for over twenty-nine (29) years at our SAME residence!!!!
