If I can give this place 10 Stars I would;I have been a resident here for the past year and will be relocating in August due to wanting a house. But seriously if you are looking for an apartment look no further than here, and let me tell you why. I had relocated to the Grayson from Baybrook village apartments due to some safety concerns and from the very first day I moved in here I knew I picked a great spot, the entire property is gated and I know a lot of places say they are gated but these gates are actually maintained and checked and not broken! Guest are only allowed in with a code to the certain apartment theyre visiting, giving more security. On any given day you can find kids outside playing, people outside exercising or just enjoying an evening walk. Its a great atmosphere the office staff are some of the nicest people I have encountered. They definitely go above and beyond to make this feel like home, and the maintenance is hands down the absolute BEST I have EVER seen!! I have had little to no maintenance issues but for the few times I have had to call them they are quick, on time, super professional, clean up after themselves and keep you informed on whats going on. They never try to take the easy way out and just do a quick fix- things are fixed right the first time.. for anybody thats had a bad experience with maintenance and apartments, you will know why I appreciate this so much. Anyways, the apartments themselves are beautiful- tall ceilings, beautiful finishes, and they keep the grounds looking spectacular( the community does a pretty good job at cleaning up after their pets as well ) If you like the gym we have a great one with lots of machines/weights, & the pool is open until 10:00 so people that work late can still enjoy it!! The price may seem high but it comes in handy because theres is not a lot of kids renting here so theres not a lot of noise or issues. Overall I have just enjoyed absolutely every second of living here, thank you so much to the Grayson apartments and all of their staff for giving me a wonderful home for the past year!
I have enjoyed my experience here at The Grayson. When there has been an issue, the office worked with me to correct immediately.
My wife and I downsized from a rent house, and moved into a one bedroom at the Grayson. We absolutely love it. The rent is super reasonable, the space is clean, and perfect for the two of us. All of our neighbors in the surrounding one bedrooms are quiet after hours and super respectful. The amenities are great and we are a short ride / Uber to all the Baybrook area attractions. And the best part is I don’t even have to mow the yard anymore. The complex also welcomes many young families.I would recommend the Grayson to anyone looking to build a larger life rather than a larger lifestyle.
My now fiancé and I have been here for a little over a year and have had an overall great experience! Management and all leasing agents are great with communication and seem to genuinely care about the complex and renters! Maintenance is always willing to help promptly, and all our neighbors are really friendly! Our only complaint is that the gym equipment seems to be the lowest on the list of maintenance, along with the gates always being broken.Disclaimer: they get fixed, but somebody always seems to never know how an automatic gate works.
I came by this complex to tour and I must say the complex itself is beautiful. The prices are reasonable for the luxury style living that they promote. The gym looks impressive and the pool is pretty as well. The only downside I saw, for prospective residents calling or walking in for a tour, is the staff isnt friendly. Dry conversation and definitely dont seem to have motivation/ knowledge to sell the property or floor plans. The property however speaks for itself esthetically. The leasing agent who assisted me stated she had been working at the property for a year. The management company is KnightVest. This leasing agent I worked with didnt seem to want me there, which is fine because I wont be living there anyways. Hopefully after this review shes a little friendly/more motivated. :)
I’m a new resident (2 months) My unit was completely remodeled before I moved in and it’s lovely I’m amazed at all the nice upgrades they have. The pool and the gym are a plus. They also do nice giveaways and Covid friendly activities for the residents. The office staff has always been nice and responsive. I did have to put in some maintenance requests in the first week due to the apartment was redone and things started to come up, but Kendric was awesome took care of it right away he really seem to know his stuff and work efficiently. So far so good. Oh and I Love the location.
I lived here for a year and management is horrible. From what I heard it was good before they got bought by a big company, now all they care about is a bottom line. The price is way too high for what you get. My car got broke into here and management shrugged it off, for the price and area this shouldn’t be a common occurrence. Definitely pass on these.
I know that no apartment complex is perfect by any means. But it’s a pleasure to live at The Grayson at Baybrook and is highly recommended for your consideration when thinking of somewhere to move in this area. They host wonderful events that’s are great for kids and families and seem to constantly be striving to make improvements on things.
The Grayson at Baybrook is a phenomenal living space for anyone who’s single or has a family unit. The administrative staff is not only professional and courteous, but kind and very friendly. Their maintenance personnel is efficient and complete all service request promptly. I must emphasize that maintenance goes far and beyond to keep its residents and living areas including equipment in the unit safe and operational. They are a great staff! The amenities are exceptional and the ambience is superb. In my eight years, this is by far the best living space ever. I highly recommend them!
Apartment living is not always perfect. A lot of people give bad/dishonest reviews because theyre either mad they did not get their way in the office or are really just being annoying. The location of this property is great, its not surrounded by other apartment complexes, everything is literally 5 min away, and the ladies in the office are always helpful. I love living here the only down side is there is never any poop bags in the doggy stations and people leave their trash out before valet pick up time.
I’ve been here for about 2 years, great property! Samantha and Kendric are the best!
Poor Management! Stay away guys.. me and my husband came from New York and this apartment was in our list to go see, and they didnt even let us see the property, just because my ID was recently renewed so I only had the paper receipt of the renewal, along with the expired picture ID and my husband with his valid ID.One of the worse texan experience
I’ve been here for 2 weeks and my experience thus far has been great! Samantha in the office assisted me with the application process and was extremely patient with me. She answered all of my questions and concerns and provided over the top customer service. Additionally, I had a service request the next day and Samantha ensured it was taken care of the day of! Kendric whom was the maintenance personnel who took care of my issue was so nice and polite! His work was flawless and he ensured the work was to my liking and standard. I definitely recommend this apartment complex!!!!
Activities put on for residents are great. Great location. Trash dumpster and trash on property a huge issue.
These literally are the BEST apartments to live in, the ladies in the front are phenomenal, the office staff is absolutely AMAZING, the maintenance also. If you have any issues they will take care of you as soon as possible! The location is perfect, the amenities are also a huge plus. These apartments just feel like home and just make you feel good. I have no complaints. I will miss living here. 10/10 recommend.
Inexperienced leasing agents who don’t have the decency or don’t care to communicate with there customers. As a customer who I consider myself a hardworking American who has paid my dues to society got denied with an application fee for $250.00 because I had something that came up on my record 35 years ago when I was 19 yrs. old it wasn’t even aggravated or something harsh I have than been married put kids through school and I have three state licenses bottom line the Grayson apartments are a rip-off they kept my $250.00 deposit they actually told me it is non-refundable so make sure before putting an application in don’t spend your money if you know you have something that is old and is non-violence. It would have been nice they can tell you these things obviously they don’t or else they would. Now I know why this country has become polarized.
I moved in right after Harvey, and all fees were waived. I wasnt able to view a model which made me hesitant, but I applied and got approved almost immediately. When i received my keys and walked in the unit, I realized I made a great decision.During the last two years, Ive only had to call maintenance twice, and my issues were resolved FAST. When they transitioned to The Grayson at Baybrook, the new staff were really nice. Then all the changes began. The complex has always looked nice, but the new paint made it look so much better. The gym is AMAZING, the new package service is great, the valet trash guy is VERY friendly. The location is perfect...right between WalMart and Target, Baybrook mall traffic isnt as bad as you think, even during Christmas season! They have community events periodically, its a great way to get to know your neighbors. The community is a quiet community, I rarely hear any parties, havent been aware of any break-ins. The pool is fun, make sure you get there early to get a good spot.I really cant say anything negative about this place. Parking can be a pain if you live in the front of the complex, only if you go home late.Im moving in September, so I truly am going to miss this place. I definitely recommend this complex to anyone who is looking in this area!
I have lived at The Grayson at Baybrook (formerly The Lodge at Baybrook) for over 4 years. This experience has been amazing. Whenever I have had a maintenance issue, it has been fixed and resolved quickly. Anytime I have been to the office or spoke with anyone, they have always been friendly and helpful. The new improvements to the property will be awesome. The new lighting has been amazing and I look forward to seeing all the other changes take place. My wife and I plan to call The Grayson at Baybrook home for a long time.
Just a bad experience, neighbors are too loud and they office does not do anything about it, They towed my car an i am a resident, they also made me payed for it. Just horrible.
I visited the property this past week with my children and we were very pleased with our experience. We stopped by many properties and were not satisfied mostly because of the customer service we received, but at your property we were treated as if it were our new home already and I greatly appreciated that. The consultant that helped us was awesome! Thank you all so much and great looking property!
Do not live here. It is over priced but my unit was nice, no issues with that. THE ISSUE IS THE STAFF..... IF you talk to anyone for help I seriously highly recommend ONLY speaking with GRACIE!!!! she is the only caring, nice one. (and bless her heart for having to deal with the others) the other office staff.... they are just rude. Before new management, EVERYTHING was great.. but after they came in... it was just constant and I mean CONSTANT letters on your door, construction everywhere, no accommodations for the residents requests. Seriously do not move in here just because the apartments are nice... I wrote a few emails detailing my complaints and pest control requests.. somehow they were NEVER answered and pest control never had a key that worked on my apartment... hmm? DO NOT LIVE HERE.
Moving in was super easy thanks to Lashauna! Don’t see why there are so many negative reviews. I love my apartment. Only have had a couple of issues and they were taken care of very quickly. My one and only complaint is the parking situation but other than that my husband and I really love our place. Also to add the gym is super nice and the newly upgraded pool is gorgeous!
The Grayson staff have always been supportive in my time of need for repairs which is not that often. Maintenance specialist Mr. Kendrick provided the support I needed in getting the repairs done in my apartment. He gave me a date the work order would be honored and he kept his word. Keep up the good work.
Im so impressed with the new direction that the Grayson at Baybrook is going in! I was able to move in to my apartment quickly and without issues. Both Oscar and Grace were so kind as to expedite my move-in and make sure everything was ready for me as quickly as possible. I was a little nervous that because I moved in so quickly, I would not be able to get the small things that Id noticed with the apartment fixed as soon. But this was not the case at all! Maintenance was out the very next business day to fix a rattling a/c unit and wobbly cabinet knob. Now everything is as good as new!! Im really impressed with the efficiency and kindness from the staff, even after they had already secured me as a resident. You can tell that this complex is in the process of undergoing a whole new look. New paint and fixtures on the outside and updated apartment units on the inside (so nice! Beautiful countertops, crown molding, laminate wood floors and new appliances!). Even the office is getting renovated. I cant wait to see it when its all done. Im glad to call this place home.
I went to look for an apartment here and really liked these apartments. Grace was great and later on in the week I received a call from the Manager Oscar I believe to follow up with me. Ive never had a Manager reach back out so I thought that was neat. Unfortunately my job transfer did not go through so I wont be able to lease here but will keep them in mind for the future.
I toured The Grayson at Baybrook. The property was so nice as well as the staff. I was greeted by Hector Garcia, in maintenance, who offered me refreshments and let me look at floor plans while the leasing agent was busy showing. Also, I have a friend that lives here and they mentioned that Hector has taken care of all their work orders. When my current lease is up, I will be moving to The Grayson at Baybrook. The staff, property and location are amazing.
I give 5 stars to the place. The gym and the pool are very nice; however, the managers and the staff do not deserve even one star. Before I wanted to move here I was told that this is a luxury place. When I replied that all the luxury apartments provide at least two computers and two printers, the manager smiled and said: Dont worry sir just email your documents and we will have it ready for you. Short story, they just give you promises and bow to you before signing the contract. Once its done they forget everything. This morning, I sent them 5 pages to print, and the staff Heather Lee said that we do not print at all. When I told her that what the manager printing policy was, she rolled her eyes and said: Ill do this for you just time. After waiting for 30 minutes for only five pages, she came back with one page printed 4 times and stated that their printed was broken. But I dont know how in the world the printer worked for the next customer to print the floor plans and the prices for the following customer standing next to me.Moreover, the trash has never been picked on time. I have seen some trash on the hallway and never picked up for days. Besides, they randomly dont pick open boxes such as Amazon and Walmart cartons. This is a very nice place but its in the wrong hands to manage.
I have lived her for over two years. I love the location and I love the size of my one bedroom apt. I have had great success with the maintenance dept whenever I have had a problem. Jose and Jesus are always willing to go the extra mile to help. I appreciate that the new owners are working hard to get our grounds in good shape and adding more lights around the property for safety.
Ive lived at the Grayson (formerly the Lodge at Baybrook) three months short of 9 years. Maintenance has always been top notch and their response times have always been by end of day. Since the purchase by the new owners, a massive improvement effort is on the way. Many of the issues that should have been resolved over the years are now being addressed. Office staff are more accommodating, lighting has been improved, making for brighter more secure entryways, outer hallways and balconies. Vacant apartments are being remodeled with state of the art appliances and granite counter tops, buildings and catwalks are being pressure washed and repainted. The improvements are non-stop. If youre looking for a good place to live, conveniently located near supermarkets, restaurants, loads of shopping and reasonably priced, you neednt look any further than The Grayson at Baybrook.
My dog and I lived there for almost 5 years (moved for work) and it is a nice quiet place to live. Lots of families, a few dogs, some young couples. The office and property staff were extremely friendly and kind. Jamie in the office and Jesus and the other property workers were outstanding and friendly. The property is nice - pool & grill especially, well kept, and a great location except for the 2-3 weeks around Christmas when mall traffic makes it better to go south out of the complex even if you you want to go north. The new/refurbished Baybrook mall across the road is great.
Just finish helping my family move in over here. The inside was beautiful the parking lot was clean. Broderick was very help on rolling the bags in for us. Looking forward to visiting these again. #beautiful
Neighbors are loud. A lot of people that do not have permits park inside the gates and they do not allow us the tenants to park inside and then our vehicles are forced of the property into a tow lot where we have to pay money to get it out. And they do not do anything about it.
I lived at the Lodge for over 2 years, moved away and came back because I loved it so much. The only reason I moved the second time was because I had a house built. The office staff is super friendly, kind and helpful. Maintenance is quick and thorough. If you are looking for a new home do yourself a favor and fill out the application, I promise you won’t regret it.
Awesome improvement! Ive lived here 2 years & this is the third management company, but the FIRST signs of improvement. New lights, new paint, new garage doors & friendlier staff. Im excited to see what they have in store, so far so good. 😊👍🏽
If I could give them zero stars I would. The new management is TRASH. There isnt any parking, if you do the paid parking youll find other vehicles in your spot ALL THE TIME. When they do the final walk through theyll complain about things that were there prior to move in. Throughout the course of my stay there I put in work orders that the management and staff just choose not to complete but they will file paperwork with your lease saying the work is completed. I have NEVER dealt with a trashier unprofessional apartment complex. Save yourself the money and move to a different gated community. Definitely would not recommend this complex to anyone.
I LOVE IT HERE SO MUCH. It is very quiet, unless of course it is the weekend and people are out having fun at the pool or at the volleyball court, which might I say is ALWAYS clean and full of sand. (last place I lived had a sand volleyball court and they didnt keep up with it so it was NASTY) Pet friendly and amazing staff!I would tell anyone and everyone to live here because it is so nice to not stress getting home at a late hour, or carrying in groceries, etc.
I really enjoy living here 😊 The manager Oscar and the rest of the staff are super friendly. They constantly do events for us to enjoy. I can go on and on...
Ive enjoyed living here . Working people live here and great staff. I can say, I will be here until I get my house. I actually love it. You really dont know how good something is until there is a problem. I had a problem that unfortunately took 2 months to fix, I can say the staff remained friendly and adamant about getting it fixed. While an obvious disposition, I believe the staff and Proper manager along with the maintenance crew have not only resolved the problem but have gained my confidence that this is the best place for me and my family. I would like to point out Gracie in the front office, Hector/ Jose/ Broderick for being completely awesome!!!!!!!
1. Location of apartments is ideal. All facilities and job opportunities is available nearby.2. Cost is fine.3. Office workers are too helpful. I got Will from maintainance department and his service was excellent.4. Cleaning and pests facilities need improvement.
First off, on moving in, there were several things we had to have fixed in the first week. It took at least three weeks to finish getting all our extra repairs done. Several times we had to re-open a maintenance issue. Then we started noticing just about every dog owner had their dogs off leash and they werent cleaning up after them. Management said theyd keep an eye out but even on our last day I still saw it.The lady below us left her dogs on her patio all day and night so all we ever heard was shrill barking. Management said theyd talk to her. No change.A teenager at the pool was harassing people. Office staff told me theyd had other complaints about this kid, yet nothing had been done. When we were leaving, they FINALLY chose to contact the kids parent.*Edited to add : Our last day, today, I noticed ONE tenant had their dog on a leash. And finally, mold in the vents. We noticed it as we were cleaning in late August, early September. I went to the office to tell them and both times the office was closed/locked. I didnt send an email because I had sent two in a week already bringing up the teen harassing people and the dogs off leash, and I was concerned sending more would make them less likely to address the issues. A week later they sent out an email that the office would be closed while they did work. A little late for that. But I wasnt trying to push the issue because I was already fed up.When we went in to return our keys, they told us since we didnt alert them to the mold, they werent going to accept our reasons for leaving. How the hell was I supposed to alert them to the mold if the office was closed?
We were looking for the nice apartment to move in, the staff there(might be the manager) lady with long black hair, she was really rude. She refused to show us the complex and the model.
Price for the amenities is a little high. Parking sucks. Outsiders use the pool more than the residents that are paying 1300-1400 a month. Have seen people take their dogs in the pool. If you have a package coming no one from the office will tell you its here, checked with the office and they said no we dont have it, then the package is magically found in the office. Maintenance guys are great, they usually show up really quick, even on the weekends.
Visited these apartments recently. They look well maintained and are under new management. Hector and his crew are doing a great job in keeping up with these units.
I would not recommend this place to anyone! Its way overpriced. I was there 1.5 years and dealt with a major bug infestation for the past 8 months. They bombed the affected apartment but not mine. Just horribly disgusting. It was so bad that I had to leave 1 month early. They still made me pay the reletting fee! This also is a great place if you like sleepless nights to loud parties and police activities. My car was bumped into and received numerous door dings. If you like all that then this is your place! The clubhouse, pool, and location is the only thing nice about this place. Sorry but health and safety takes precedence!
Just toured the community, and was very impressed.Sparkling white quartz countertops, and beautiful garden tub.Oscar and Grace were so friendly, it already feels like home. The Grayson is a gem.
Overpriced rooms. hidden mold in most units. neighors on top level keep dogs out so porch is full of feces, then rain it down on everyone below when cleaning. maintenance doesnt get done. gates always broken. manager is a childish jerk. dont move here. they charge too much for too little
Excellent service. They were in and out real quick and solved the problem smoothly. Reliable maitence. Trustful work.
Unprofessional. Dishonorable. Lease Was Signed And Deposits Were Paid, Two weeks before move in date was told my move in date was going to be pushed out MONTHS! Do not do business here you’ll end up homeless.
Too many negatives to mention with this so-called luxury apartment complex!!!!! Drugs everywhere, every day!!!!!!! Worse than pathetic so-called Management!!!!! Will rent to anyone who is able to walk into their office!!! Losing power happens whenever a big puff of wind blows in. Kids constantly riding bicycles with parents who dont watch them! Could go on and on and on. HEED THIS ADVICE - Dont enter this Management office!!!!!!
I am so happy at the grayson! The staff is very friendly and Oscar is so helpful. The maintenance staff gets things done. I enjoy all the updates the management is doing.-Burge William
Since the beginning moving here to the Grayson feels like home. I’ve lived at a couple of different apartments in my life but they have never made me feel like I was home. Mrs Lashana was our leasing agent who went above and beyond in fitting us into the right place. She was very patient with us through the process and made us feel at home before even moving in. My husband and I knew from the start it would be a great place. When my husband and I moved here we only had one issue which was with our tub leaking from the bottom. Understandably, it’s apartment living and the new management is doing all that they can to fix what the past management didn’t fix. Hector was our main maintenance guy who came and fixed our tub. He definitely showed he cared and was patient with the process of getting our tub fixed. This is our third year with a Knightvest property and we love it!
Your entire staff is an Asset to your establishment......the team work is amazing and I am happy to become a part of this community......Thank you so much for such wonderful Customer Service as well as such a Beautiful Property.😊🌷
Just eh. Pretty nice place. Neighbors seem like they sell drugs to afford the places (overly expensive for nothing!) we work hard at good jobs and barely scrape by. Kids screaming and shouting at all hours, ready to move out for something better pricedEdit 08/16 just moved somewhere closer to UHCL, bugs everywhere and no place for dogs.. Laundry center sucks. I miss the Lodge!!
I should lead with the fact that Ive only thought it necessary to write two other reviews prior to this. One for repeatedly outstanding customer service and shopping experience, and one for an utterly disappointing dining experience. I think its necessary to review The Grayson at Baybrook. There are a few things which I dont like about living here, but which I can deal with. One issue makes it terrible.First the issue, then the response from the management company. My air conditioner is not able to cool my apartment. It runs from around noon everyday until late in the evening, but it cannot cool my apartment below 79° (sometimes 80° or 81° on really hot days). Once the sun has gone down (around 8 or 9 pm) it will slowly bring the temperature down over a few hours. For a one bedroom, one occupant apartment, my electricity bill has gone from $60-$70 a month in April to about $120 in May (June isnt in yet). What makes it worse is that I spend so little time at home. I set the thermostat to 80°, but the air conditioner still struggles to maintain the 80°. Its come to the point where, on the weekends, I avoid using the oven or cooktop before 8pm, and I go to the theater or a coffee shop all day to get air conditioning (like its the Great Depression or something). My attempt to deal with the issue:Ive placed three maintenance requests. I wasnt around for the first two since Im at work. The first time they said the compressor needed to be reset, and the second time it was an issue with the capacitor (you never get statement detailing the work performed, just an email saying maintenance is complete). Lets assume this is all true. My apartment still sits at 80° all day. On the third visit, the maintenance guy walked into my apartment, pointed a digital temperature reader at the vent, said it says 67°, and I received a maintenance completed email 2 days later. It seems clear that the management company, Knightvest, is satisfied with their service, and doesnt intend to take any further action. This might be a reasonable trade-off if I was paying $600 for rent. But my rent is $900. Even more galling is that the management company remodeled their office the minute they purchased the complex, raised the rent, and keeps the office briskly cool. I mean, they did buy us two Peloton bikes. I guess that explains the rise in rent.I gave two stars, because, it seems like they are trying to do good things and I want to give them the benefit of the doubt. But please remember, the above is not my only reason for disliking this apartment, its just the one I think is the most significant and the one most within the owners power to have set right.Ive lived in a few apartments that I didnt quite like and I chose to move out of those apartments at the end of my lease. However, I wouldnt say those apartments were bad or recommend people not live there. They just werent to my liking.I recommend apartment seekers look somewhere other than The Grayson at Baybrook.
Had a couple of issues in my apartment, I put in a request and my issues were resolved by the time I returned home. Thank you Will very a good job! 😀
I am happy with the new management and maintenance staff. I had a few minor maintenance issues that were quickly resolved by Hector and his crew.
If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. The staff isn’t friendly or welcoming whatsoever. After deciding not to pursue this particular apartment complex, I discovered that many of friends and their acquaintances had similar encounters. After seeing so many positive reviews I had assumed maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but that’s not true, perhaps management changed. DON’T DO IT!
I have lived here for almost two years. I have never had a maintenance issue that was not addressed and taken care of the same day or first thing in the morning on the next day. There are normal issues as far as parking and such goes or just apartment life in general. However, peoples reviews about bugs or bad maintenance is just not true in my time here. I would agree with maybe having a better communication system and updates with residents during the revamping of the complex. Our notices and time frames were too vague. Other than that... I am more than happy with my time living here.
We were looking into renting here but they are strict on pets if you have any of “aggressive” breed dogs don’t even bother coming.
DO NOT RENT HERE.......This place is begging residents to post good reviews but there is nothing good to review about this place. Our apartment was roach infested when we moved in, we had to fight to get new carpet put in and to get it painted before we moved in. Since we moved in they started a remodel and have been pressure washing or painting etc constantly so we can’t keep our back patio set up as they may come to paint any day but yet we’ve waited for weeks and they haven’t come to paint ours yet. Now we have had multiple days without water as they are constantly repairing other buildings. They swear that they give you notification but when you get email notices every few days about the water going to be shut off you start to get overwhelmed and not notice them. Sometimes they give you paper notices other times only email. Our parking spots are constantly wet and have a mix of mud and mildew/algae growing. I’ve made multiple requests for small fixes and have had Sabrina take the work order then no one shows up and I have to make the request again.
I was judged as someone who couldnt afford an apartment as soon as I walked in the door of the office. When I asked to view apartments I was told they were out of my price range before I had actually told Brandy my price range. The apartment that they showed was riddled with live and dead wasps and looked as if it was hardly ever cleaned. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to lease. Look past the facade of the nicely decorated front office to see the low quality apartments they try to persuade you to lease.
Nice area, but very disorganized company. Bills never printed properly my entire stay... extra charges... I moved out months ago, but have yet to receive back my security deposit. I was told to contact property owner Adams LaSalle for complaint, so we shall see how long this battle ensues.
Since the new company came in, Hector and the maintenance have been awesome. Im excited for the renovations.
Super friendly staff...good location. They really do a great job keeping the property looking tidy. Pool/palapa area is fantastic.
Toured the apartment. Not worth all the hype. The location is nice but the staff is rude. Dog poop was all over the lawns
Worst place Ive ever stayed, constantly had to call for maintenance even after they said they fixed the problem. Even after I had told them about the mold in the problem it was left untreatesd for months as you can see in the picture, roaches are a big problem as well. Terrible management they deserve 0 stars please do not stay here
Nothing but a drug haven. Management is by far the worst you will ever encounter. Very overpriced and large appliances always breaking. Absolutely no parking. But, by far the worst incompetent management needs to be fired and replaced by someone who is kinder and more understanding and not judgmental, except if the potential lesser is of dark color!!!!!!!! I would advise you to just drive on by and keep driving.
Excellent place to leave, the maintenance guys ( Jose and Juan ) are awesome, always there for us!..
I enjoy the new renovation they are making, the maintance team is very friendly and knowledgeable .
Our electric was double for years due a 20 yr old air-conditioning unit. It took them months to replace it. They made us move all of our patio furniture so the could repair a crack in the cement that could have waited until we moved out. The maintenance guy violated TAA contract by barbecuing on the patio.Water was shut off for days. New owners, Knightvest are greedy. They are pricing themselves out of the market. The Apts. Are old and the updates purely cosmetic and not beneficial to present tenants. Be advised. We found a much nicer place for less rent.
Was visiting my girlfriend and had a problem w/ the a/c, she called in the work order and Will was there within to minutes and the a/c was fixed immediately. Great place.
Had an opportunity to visit and tour the property, I was immediately greeted by Will who offered me refreshments & assistance until Grace was able to attend to me. Look forward to moving in.
Atrocious stench coming through the vents. Smells almost like sulfur. It gets extremely cold at night too. Sometimes I hear incoherent whispers. I’ve woken up with unexplainable scratches and markings on my body as well. This place is haunted fosho. Oh yeah, management sucks btw... STAY AWAY!
How much for a one bedroom I really love these?
Where do I begin... lived here for two years. Management is awful - you are constantly ignored and when issues arise they do absolutely nothing to help. We lived in an 800 square foot apartment and paid $400 monthly for electricity (meter and electric company both found not at fault) - mgr would not help us find a solution AND consistently ignored my emails and messages for help. This is the main reason why we left. Apartment was always infested with roaches - only thing that worked were the roach bombs I bought. I am an OCD person, so the apartment was not dirty. Mgmt told me repeatedly that their pest control took care of it and clearly that was untrue. Someone was murdered, drugs constantly in use, cars and trucks always up on cinder blocks from tires stolen, cars and trucks broken into (mine included). Beware - looks absolutely NOTHING like the model which is the definition of a bait-and-switch. The biggest issue is that mgmt will completely ignore you if you have problems - I have several pieces of documentation of issues where I was ignored. Spent two days cleaning before I moved out - mgr did not even show for the final walkthrough and just sent us a $460 balance for cleaning/random miscellaneous charges ($25 to reconnect a smoke detector???). DO NOT MOVE HERE. The $460 balance was after being credited $50 from our initial deposit. This doesn’t make sense considering we paid a $350 deposit when moving into this dump. The best experience I had at this place was when I moved out and they are STILL trying to get more money.
Since new management has taken over I see many updates as they said they were gonna do, its the most Ive ever paid for a one bedroom but well worth it with the amenities. Yall just need to make ur online pay more user friendly, but grace is amazing as well as hailey and jesus, in maintence .. Great job !!
Great place if you like shootings, slashed tires, and your car burglarized. Lots of drug users on site. Staff is friendly but NO security Stay away.
The team here at the Maintenance team here at the Greyson are super awesome! Thanks!
Hate to leave but we are being transferred. Love the location. Management does not bother you. Been here over 2 years. There are many long term residents.
Very good place I recommend it
Great staff Jaime was great the tour was great clean apartments great location for food and drinks
Worst parking EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! These apartments have potential, but only if they made some serious changes. Lets start small, none of the bathrooms have medicine cabinets and an extremely small amount of space for bathroom products and towels. Next they have a room in each apartment called a desk room where there is a giant shelf that is meant for a desk top that really just takes up space and is a waste if you ask me. Next the water heater for these apartments is too small. 2 people would never be able to take a shower at the same time without both people running out of hot water. Or think you want to put your child in the bath while you go take a bath to ensure tranquility, you can kiss that idea goodbye because your only getting 6 inches of water before it goes ice cold. Next is the German roaches. Let me tell you people I am a very clean person and somewhat OCD and no matter how well I clean or try to seal holes to the inside wall with caulk they always come back. Usually in waves, you wont see them for days, then you go in the kitchen for a drink when you wake up in the middle of the night and you see 30! And then you see a couple everytime you go in there and I kill every single one I see. Next is the parking and let me tell you people this is the serious down fall of these apartments, if you get here past 8pm good luck finding a parking spot in the front 3/4 of the apartments. And you might say but cant you rent a covered spot or a garage. And yes you can, if there were any available. Every single one is rented out! And there is a waiting list to get one. It is there biggest downfall! Not to mention people who dont live here constantly come to this pool to swim and play volleyball. They need to switch to a key card system or something to fix this problem. We have people who come here and constantly use our propane grills that dont live here and guess who pays for that propane? You guessed it the lovely parkingless residents of the Roachnest at Bay Brook. Although these apartments do have many and unbearable problems, the staff is friendly and helpful. I just wish they could convince their corporate management to make some severe changes! Not to mention there towing ppls cars for various reasons tonight like inspection out and what not! This is allowed and warranted by the apartments. Tons of people will awake tomorrow to find that there car has disappear
Don’t bother moving here. New management sucks. Stay away. They add so many hidden fees at move out. HUGE RIP OFF
Worst apparentmente ever. Do not live here. You’d rather live in a cardboard box
Great help by office staff!
Meh ok place kind of small for the price. The guy in 1136 do drugs and yells at his lady friend which I have reported but nothing changed...
This place is the worst. Save yourself time and money and live somewhere else!
I have friend that lives in this complex! I like how they’re renovating the whole place! When my lease is up I’m moving here.Whoever is putting these negative comments they must be spam!
