HelloI had issue with Target delivery receipt.Called shipping receiving department. Unprofessional, complete lack of thorough training, communication, inclusivity, or team cohesion. I do not recommend working here.

Easy check-in. They have you drop the trailer so the hostler can dock it. Unloading may take awhile (2+ hrs) and it is a long walk to/from receiving office.

I wish I had read the reviews of other drivers. Typical DC. Sit and wait for hours for unload. People here have been friendly all around but thanks to hours of service rules, avoid if possible unless you are being paid very well to come here and dont schedule a load until done here. My load was brokered through XPO. Never again! The rate paid to the truck 2.38 (not enough to sit for hours with detention after 4 hours) and the only reason I took it was to get home on a Friday. They did let me sleep on site because of HOS and they said I could come back up to the gaurd shack to check in 1 hour before my appointment time (new rule). Not sure others will have the same experience Ive had. Out of 23 years of driving I now know why Ive never come here before. Good luck drivers

Its affordable and good place to work

Great place to work with great pay. Got paid weekly making $20+ except their quick to try and fire you. I only had one write up, had a safety accident and they fired me, no 3rd and final write ups, nothing, and they red flagged me so im ineligible for rehire, i can never work for Target again. I was making $800-$1,000 a week with OT. Im upset i lost such a good job during a pandemic.

Worst place to deliver, no compassion for drivers, got late to deliver due to bad weather, highways closed, did my best to deliver in the morning but turned away that the load was canceled since I didnt show up on time. So if you got their load & bad weather has been forecasted, stay away.

Very slow dont they dont care about your time. And if you are late need to reschedule they dont care about the snow storm and bad weather. They want their load on time. SoY NO TO THEIR LOAD!

I was on time and live unloaded in about 1 hour.Be careful of google map directions: the hwy address will send you to a small park behind the distribution center.I parked at the Walmart in New Richmond WI. I couldnt find parking nearby.

5 stars to the guard shack but in recieving???they dont deserve a star.8hrs of unloading not even a full trl...its only half a trl.

Got empty within an hour

It normally takes a few hours and you have to drop and hook your trailer and the bobtail parking lot is about 500 ft from where you have to take your paperwork to which is kind of crazy but they cant just leave it in the trailer and not make you walk back and forth twice and will absolutely not let you in the gate more than 2 hours before your appointment.

It’s not too bad of a place. I worked here a few years back as a packer and now came back as a warehouse worker. I’ll admit it’s a lot of work for a weekend shift that’s 12 hour days but as long as you work and get the job done, time flies by. Everyone is very nice and does their job. My manager is fantastic too. I think the only down fall is you have to wait so long in order to get a change to your scheduled shifts. I’ve heard people waited years to get what they wanted but who knows maybe it’ll get better down the road.

You guys are the slowest place to unload trucks I hope my husbands company does not go with you guys know more or they dont go with the broker . Sat 5 hours to get unloaded not cool

Drivers stay away from this useless place if you are live unload. You will run out of hours and there are no truck stop near by. Useless place avoid it like covid19

2.5 hours of wait to unload. Not great by any standard but Ive had a lot worse. Gate guy was 😎 cool. Dont come more than 30min early and you have to drop your trailer. Hostler will put it in the door and take it out of the door.

I was informed to apply here from a few employees from pride, after applying. i checked my email, no respond, I called the warehouse, the phone hung up on me after a while. So honestly I have no opinion on this place other then lack of communication. And their ad about We are hiring when I wasnt given an I review or anything.

You can only arrive 30 minutes early. They make you drop your trailer here and give you a gate pass to leave because it takes around 3 hours to unload. Im the only live unload tonight so it may go quicker.

Horrible Place Of Business. Unprofessional managers, you can be an outstanding worker and get fired right along with your whole shift coming right behind you out the door. Not even having proof of any reasons for calling off will save your place in position. You should consider working at a different warehouse. Their system is 100% backwards! I was only able to comment if I gave them a star. They don’t even deserve a half of a star!

4hrs to unload 4 skids! Mean old battle axe behind the counter. Asked her for a time estimate when I came in she said she couldnt give one. Then she calls me after Im out of hours and tells me my trailer is empty. I tell her I cant leave she says I dont know what to tell you but you cant stay here. I had to call the main line to get the guard shack and was informed I can park right outside on the frontage road. Why couldnt the lady tell me that? Dont come here if you dont have to.

Do not take your next load until you done here.. strict appointments,but 2.5 hours unloading 6 pallets and still waiting

Overall experience good. In and out in about 2 hours . Dry van . Load- starlight, 529 boxes hand loaded no pallets. I thought for sure I would be here for a min. People here are nice and they do ask you to drop your trailer just like at lowes and Walmart. I guess it depends on what you have on how long it will take but I had no issues today

Well I hate to be the bearer of bad news but spite all the bad reviews this place has had on there unbelievable slow unloading the company has not done anything to improve themselves in this aspect. If you are delivering here make sure you dont need to go anywhere else because your e log will be out of hours by the time these lazy p.o.ss get you unloaded so truckers beware of your time!!!

Best place to work in Minnesota . Managers are very knowledgeble . And are very willing to help employer to do their best. Also employer are very down to earth and friendly .

Was supposed to be a drop and hook but even though they have had our dropped trailer for OVER 24 hours the couldnt manage to get off there butts and unload it. Now there going to screw me on my live reload back to house and the following load thats set up. With being on electronic logs this is lovely. Complete idiots!

Is there a ZERO star? They have placed a hold on my money and I havent been able to get my money back, they took money from my account twice I never received a second shipment nor did I order 2 of the same dressers. Lack of communication on targets end. I cant understand anyone in the customer service department and they never transferred me to a manager they kept giving me the run around! Very unhappy customer! Never doing on-line shopping with them again.

Looks like Ryder is the company loading/unloading hence why it takes so long.The security guard will tell you average is 4 - 6 hours. Been here twice now, only worth it if you charge them plenty. Really hard to get detention approved here, make sure you get the ladies name when you sign in/out. Shell probably refuse to sign anything for detention. Need to get ahold of Target corporate and let them know how much money theyre wasting on labor here. No reason it should take 20 - 45 minutes to load a trailer elsewhere and takes 6 hours to unload same trailer here. Well, unless its an hourly union...Min charge from Chicago/Minooka $5/mile.I use to like shopping at Target vs Walmart but after the few experiences I had delivering here, no Target for me.FYI, no overnight parking anywhere close.

At least they are honest. They told me here upfront that I will run out of hours without asking how many I have left. Ditch slow unloading companies. Maybe that will change something. Avoid this place like the plague.

Unhook the trailer and go home or truck stop

Just as bad as the Target Distribution Center at Woodbury, super bad management and Human Resources never return calls. Not to mention that you can call 100 times or more in one day and I bet you won’t have anyone in HR that will pick up. But this target has some really bad expectations as well. You will probably get fired for no good reasons and they’ll say you didn’t meet the requirements.

If they asked u to drop your trailer don’t do it, they will hold it for 3 days worst target DC

Dysfunctional and dangerous !!! You are required to park 50 plus doors away from receiving and walk through all that backing traffic, wait wile they talk, then walk back through to your truck, drive back to where you started, do a u turn, back in. Then unhook before walk your paperwork in for the second time to an unmanned door and wait to be noticed by someone unloading another truck. Then drive back to your original parking spot and wait to be called. Horrible situation !!! But the help are kinda friendly .

Take forever to unload. However.... You drop your trailer in a door and the you can leave to go get a meal, see a movie, etc. About 5 hours but at least they let you do that. The yard dog even parks your trailer for you after its done!

Worse receiver, my driver been there since 6:20 PM today and its 11:05 now, we were scheduled to pick up another load by 9pm and we lost that load because of them. They are very rude as well, they will hand up the phone when you call. BE WARNED SEMI DRIVERS!!!!!
