We drop trailers here regularly. The check in process is generally quick and easy. The drop yard is very tight for a condo semi but doable. The employees I’ve intersected with have always been professional and friendly.

Fast unloading, got there 1 hour before my appointment and they still received me

Been here since 1300 and its now 1600 and i still havent DROPPED my trailer. They make you wait parked on the street till they call you.. ill never come here again

Park on the curb and walk up to check in between the building and the fence. Call a phone number on the door and leave bills in the mailbox on the fence. Wait for a phone call and youll pull up to the gate for them to open. Once open pull up to the yellow poles and mirror where they cut the seal and give you a door. There is plenty of room to back into a dock when the day drivers arent returning and trying to fight each other to get fuel first. Friendly staff and I was unloaded within an hour of my appointment time.

Stay away ... do not pick for them any load.. I’m here 5 hours and still they don’t have a plan for unloading my truck. Unacceptable. Please stay away from them. Rubbish

Very bad place. I dropped my trailer at Saturday and they unloaded at Thursday. Unfriendly staff. Never come again.

Great place!! Usually drop and go or drop and get an empty and go. Dropped trailers can be dropped up to 10 hrs early!!

Fast unload

Good morning America how are yall? It is March 18 2020,appointment to unload is 11:00 arrived 08:00 backup to doc # 10 out thee gate at 09:00 dated and signed Bills of Lading. 5 gold stars for Marten Bowers, thank you, God bless you all.

Would not let in to the property, even tho we had a scheduled appointment. Wanted me to illegally park, taking up the whole city street out side of their property for an indeterminate amount of time. They had not unloaded any previous drops, so my drop and hook should have been a live unload, however, they also did not have any one to unload, so had to spend 4 hours hunting another empty somewhere else.

I had 8AM appointment. Checked in 7:09 am. They say will call you your appointment time. None call plus very rude yard spotter.

Yard is too full of drop trailer. They need to be like all others plants live unloading only. They told me if you dont have a drop trailer to pick up, you cant drop the loaded trailer before your appointment time, last time I come here, they will not work with you.

So far not impressed, checked in at 6 for an 8 appointment, not even in a dock yet at 9. I get the feeling Ill be here all day.

Very weird place. We drop and pick up here nothing live. Receiving or shipping you have to park on the street outside the gate then walk to receiving.. one guy was real nice and professional but the the lady on the box could definitely learn some respect. If you hate your job, change it. Overall not too bad, just a lot of attitudes..

Will not take you early but have overnight parking

Place is a joke. Been sitting on the road for almost 6 hours now and see no end in sight.

Usually nice people sometimes they get you unloaded instantly sometimes they take a very long time their lot is very tight lots and lots of trailers not much room so be careful when you arrive park on the street do not pull up to the gate go to the receiving office door press the button the buzz you in check in and then theyll tell you when you can come through the gate receiving opens at 6 a.m. however unless youre a drop and hook they will not unload you early usually

We were their 1 hour 35 mins great.

I had an appointment of 07:00, checked at 06:00 get a dock at 12:00 get released at 14:35.They very rude especially the woman at the receiving, try to avoid these monsters otherwise be prepared to spend you valuable time

Most of my drop + hook are in and out. A little tightly parked. The empty trailer yard is also tightly packed at times.

Worst place i ever been. Receiving is closed, so u need to put paperwork and wait. I came at 10 pm, and I just asked if they can take off 2 pallets or when they can unload me. Didnt tell me anything, and I was waiting 7 hours for the call.

Just a ridiculous place to deliver. If you drop and hook good luck getting an empty. And the clown at desk thinks hes top dog.

Great place to work. Weekends required but Lottza hours available !! Delivering strictly for McDonalds.

Extremely slow unload. Been here 2.5 hours and only had 18 pallets of straws. They take a pallet off about every 15 minutes or so. I have places to be. Dont have time for this crap.
