If I could give negative stars I would. They must be deleting reviews because there is no way they have a rating that high. Everything about this service is a scam. The internet constantly cuts out, the service cuts out and customer care sucks. I paid 50 dollars for unlimited screen protectors for my iphone and it turns out it’s unlimited because you have to repurchase them every time after. They charged us three months for a phone THEY could not get to work. They never have all the information in store instead the make you wait hours on a call center. They don’t provide any services in store other than things they can charge you more for. All a scam.

I was shopping around for a new phone and service came across Sally at the counter! She was absolutely great! Very knowledgeable about the product and service. I became an at&t customer and purchased my iPhone 12. The reps at this location are outstanding! Sylvia also very helpful! Thanks again ladies . Keep up the great service.

What seems like a great deal is actually not! I am still trying to remedy a situation that is over a year old. There have been many broken promises and dead end texts and phone calls between my husband and the manager of the kiosk. For those of you who have a choice, do not purchase anything here! Go to a more qualified and knowledgeable AT&T store.

At first I was skeptical about going and getting set up through a kiosk but actually it went very well I got set up with DirecTV which I love and even got to walk out Watching the DIRECTV on my two free tablets they went above and beyond to try and save me the most money as possible Great customer service best experience Ive had with AT&T

They include insurance without asking if you want it. Then say you can’t cancel until 3 months but if you go in there att app. You can remove it there. Not honest people.
