Cant deny that help people the people they help need to help themselves by picking up the trash or stop littering in the area its sad to look at because of all the trash I think poverello should be held responsible for trash that is produced by the people they help by making Fresno special downtown I prettier and cleaner place

Not very aware of surrounding, POV has a illness going around, heavy mucus and cough. Seem unaware, for those who have seeked treatment, little done.
