Fabiola Garabay took my grandchildren without even investigating our situation. My grandson was my shadow. I promised him I would never leave him. She has caused me to break my promise. Ive never even held my granddaughter. My daughter was in an abusive relationship but she would always bring him to me. She is a good mother. She is suffering from post pardon depression her daughter was taken from the hospital she wont even let me visit. I feel as if Fabiola is only looking out to fill her quota and her bribe she isnt trying to reunify the family wont help my daughter with services and is listening to my daughters husband bad mouth me and my daughter even though he is not the father to either child she even allowed him to visit but not me.

Of course any experience with this organization is never pleasant. On the up side, as long as youre honest & willing to cooperate with whatever youre asked to do things are very well likely to go in your favor. If youre unwilling to do whatever it takes to get your children back, well then you deserve to be involved with CPS. Ultimately, the kids are what count here. From their safety to their well being, a safe and healthy child is a happy child. I dont agree its always in the best interest of the child to be removed from their home but if its necessary then its necessary.

Worker laughs at me when Im trying to talk to him and he has lied to be so many times I dont trust him to make good decisions for me and my son

They dont help family they just ripping family apart. Other people probably think that theyre helping but they dont understand that when the parents get separate from their kids is like theyre soul been swallowed by the devil. And and for people that have problem with their spouse please dont call child protective service. It was separate your kids away from you.

Fresno Child Protection Services is a joke! They accept any and all false reports. We have to investigate everything. They waste police time with the false reports that that Foster Care business (CPS) facilitates off of.

Cps is not always so bad Ive had two experiences with them that werent so bad they actually help me!!

Its never a good experience when your child is in the custody of CPS, but the 2 girls that worked with me to get my daughter back, after being taken from Moms during a visit, were the best. They explained things in a way that I could understand and always either answered my calls or returned my messages in a timely manner. As sad as the situation was they made it easy to deal with. Thank you Ruby and Mindy!!

Truly professional social work staff, over worked and underpaid by the Fresno County Board of Supervisors. If the people of the county knew the actual workload, sometimes dangerous, and legal requirements they would celebrate CPS social workers like other first responders. Other Counties do it.

Doing there job to protect the children and offer reunification to the kids to their families

Im sorry i dont agree with them, they take kids away then will not give them back no matter how hard you fight an do everything cps ask of you,, But the ones they should keep an need to keep they let them go back home then the kid or kids end up hurt or worse, an they stop the grandparents from getting there grand kids so they stay in foster homes where there treated wrong an neglected, (not all foster homes but alott of them) i just dont beleave cps helps kids sorry but i do not,,

They will help you or screw you. Depending on how serious you are in your case. Many children families dont truely need it. And many truely do. So some children are in the right hand. On the other hand social workers can be truely unfair and have no experience with the different life styles of many families and overlook the love in homes.

Not always good when they take your kids!They are in the Foster care business. They are unfair and not well trained. Workers have to many cases and dont give full diligence. A broken system!

NEVER trust them! They do not have the legal right to enter your home, even though they will tell you they do and they will intimidate you beyond belief. They think everyone is a latent criminal, even though the methods they use are worse than criminal.

So i came here December of 2018, (im 17)being taken away but home now thankfully and so when i was taken away it felt like the end, like im done, its over, so they had me go into this little kids visiting room with another person but for different reasons and it felt very uncomfortable and no Windows or communication with the outside world, felt like i was a criminal being interviewed for a crime that i was falsely accused of and so they had like 5 workers watching me, which was very uncomfortable and it was a long process but saddest thing was seeing a 3 year old girl with lice and being taken away and just seeing how we were treated and talked to was unprofessional and bad, so when i was taken to the group home they gave me a suit case and took me to the home and basically said here and go there bye bye and it was a terrifying experience

Ugh went for help and ... no. Very disappointed.Should be priority to keep children safe but what do you want us to do about it? Was a response from a worker there. I have few complains about the staff there 3 workers I personally tried working with. So rude and lairs smh.

No one likes coming here and some of the staff arent so positive but the security staff in the lobby are pretty great

Was a good team when the child was first taken however once the case was sent to regular worker it became awful as the worker doesnt like mom so is punishing the child.This is really sad as the child is the victim once again.These workers need much training on how to deal with children of who are so broken and sad and then the worker makes it even harder by denying contact with anyone who loves the child.

They did not follow up when I was in foster homes and was molested in a home took Bob Philip S word over mine and dropped it

I went to have my first visit with my kids and I was supposed to meet with foster parents which they call it an ice breaker which never happened . Also it took three months to actually get a visit with my kids due to a mistake my worker made . There aloud to make mistake but one little thing and our kids get taken
