We rented a house that was for rent after a devastating fire at our home. They accommodated us and our fur babies! We were so grateful that we had a place to stay for the 14 months that it took to rebuild our home. Coronavirus didnt help. Thanks to them and the property owner for making a tough year a little bit better!

They definitely charged me a double deposit for the most horrible 3 bedroom 1 bath ever when I first moved in the wall paint Job was horrible the windows are so old they dont even feel safe ..they will come put and fix something right away but the service is poor and quick and will not last long, yes Laura is rude but garret is nice ..when I move I will never rent fromthem again lesson learned very cheap people property values are low and they charge expensive rent in thr most dirtiest areas ever

I am a homeowner who has lived next to one of their properties for 20 years. I have gone thru the gamit of renters. One stole my water for a year because they were section 8 and had their water shut off. Another was legal marijuana grower who stunk me out and would chase and beat wife with machete. Current tenants have become loud rude party people who dump their trash on my property. I spoke to one of the Realty people on Monday and he just called me back advising what they would be doing on their end. Very caring and professional. They are awesome with their handling of the situation. My heros

Moved out of one of their house and they are trying to overcharge us for the cleaning without specifically stating a detailed list of the deductions. A house that we have cleaned nicely before leaving! Do not make business with these people!

I have seen real improvements in Customer Service!🌟When we need things taken care of on the property--THEY ARE ON IT!🌟The gardener is lacking terribly. In addition to that, the sprinkler system is in place, but not working at all.👎They have convenient options to pay on line, through the mail or you can walk in to pay and deal with a real person!🌟There has also been improvements on new tenant procedures!🌟THATS 4 STARS!

Fantastic people to deal with. Anytime we need something taken care of, they send someone out within the week to fix whatever needs attention. Been renting the same house from them for the last 4 years and weve never had a problem. No matter who you speak with, whether it be Glenn, Garret or Laura, theyll take care of you.

Scam artist of a company, leaving houses smelly and unresolvable stains claiming we sent cleaners already. Not informing that the true landlords will spy on you and report whatever they dislike. Hides behind a wall of legal rights instead of addressing real problems as compassionate human beings. And dont even get me started on the crime rate of my area that they forgot to mention. There have been 2 gunshot incidents in the alley way behind the house already!! If you see a house, and this company is renting it, drop all papers and leave. They do not care for you or your family at all.

We wish we had found all of the negative reviews for this business before we had applied! They use a standard California rental form, including checking with previous landlords, and a credit and background check. We applied on a Tuesday. On mid-day Friday they informed us (by phone) that they had rented the property to someone else because our previous landlords had not sent them some reference forms back yet. They refused to refund our application fees. They were rude and unprofessional. We filed a formal complaint with the BBB. If you apply to rent with this company, expect to have a very unpleasant, exploitative experience!!

I have been renting a two-bedroom apartment in Fresno for almost 5 years. The way I have been treated my Realty Fresno is abhorrent and inexcusable. The day I moved in, I opened the front door and was greeted by the rank, wet-dog-like smell of ruined carpet that had not been cleaned. After investigating and speaking with the neighbors, I found out that this property was not cleaned or painted. Counters and linoleum floors were damage with burns and cracks etc.…It took two years and a call to the Fresno county building inspector before they replaced the linoleum in the bathroom only. Garrett, the property manager kept telling me that they do their best to provide a perfectly legal home for their tenants. Sorry, but for 800 dollars a month, I expect more than barely legal.Every maintenance issue, with precious few exceptions, was done cheaply and or wrong. In most cases, repairs had to be redone several times creating a huge hassle and. All of this while trying to use(apply) my monthling rent amount, for a balance due to a flooding that occurred in the first few months that I moved into the apartment, If you decide to do business with this rental management company know that most of the employees who work here are extremely nice and helpful, but my negative experiences far outweighed the positive., Laura and Garrett our property manager, was consistently rude, unsympathetic, and careless Unfortunately, my experience with Laura constantly cutting me off during phone conversations and being careless about our negative experience left a sour taste in my mouth and I will make sure that everyone I know are aware of what they may encounter when dealing with this company. One of the most unprofessional business I have run into ever. Their communication is vague, and not objective. They take a lot of things for granted and think it’s cool to overlook them thinking their customer will just know thats how it goes. They are without a doubt the worst property management company to rent from or to rent thru. Looking up and into legal avenues as I was told that I am not allowed to pay my rent with a check anymore, after one to two return checks.

Mean people. The moment i moved in she started threatened me with eviction. I have no problem since the owner of the property took his business to a diffrent reality. Ive got standing reputation, this reality acknowledges.

The houses and apartments are not at all move in ready but they tell tenants they are. Within a week everything is falling apart.

Horrible. They never answer their phones so we have to drive 30 minutes to talk to someone. The big blonde lady that sits in the front is so disrespectful in the way she talks to people. 2 seperate occasions while sitting there filling out applications and looking through rental forms, their phone just rings and rings and shes sitting right there! There are plenty of other people who can multitask with phone calls and computer work. I know because Ive done it for so many years. When we went to put a deposit on a house, she belittled us as if we were kids. Deposit was not done.. Took our business elsewhere. They dont even deserve one star.

Laura is a terrible terrible person. She is rude and hardly EVER applied my payment correctly. Just recently I was sent a 3 day notice saying I owed $425 which was incorrect. I emailed pictures of my payments for the last 3 months. AGAIN! Do not do business with this company. You will regret it.

I am going to be filing a discrimination suit against this company.. She is making the business look really bad.. Mr. Glenn needs to replace her or he is going to start losing business...

Looking to use FHA/EOC Voucher, declined our application, discriminatory practice. Not recommended for my needs.

I needed to forward a Credit application fee, they didnt have change for a $100 bill and the Blonde lady was extremely rude over the phone and in person. NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL BOOOOO
