Melisa was very helpful in finding the chair my husband and I were looking for. Saying it was the last one in the warehouse we were so excited to get the chair. It was delivered. The delivery fellas had my husband sign that the chair was received in “good order”. They were anxious to move on. He took a quick look, felt around the packaging and said sure it was is good order. As he unwrapped the chair. All the way. We discovered the back of the chair was broken. The wood brace had a big crack in it. Like something had fallen on it. We love this chair. But we don’t want one that is broken. We want one that is not broken. She filed a claim with the delivery company. They said since my husband signed for the chair they were not liable. Who is then. Maybe the chair was damaged when they picked it up??? We want the exact same chair. That is not broken. Why would we break it if we wanted the exact same chair???

I couldn’t find any reviews for the website but after finding some background on Melisa and seeing positive reviews for the realty arm of the business we placed our order.We are incredibly happy that we took a chance on InteriorDesignsToGo. Melisa communicated immediately that the stools were back ordered and gave us an option of a refund. We decided to wait and when the stools finally arrived we noticed one stool was slightly damaged. Unprofessional people, unorganized, I called them for 3 work days straight with no answer. Jennifer fuglio is the worest agent to work with. I submitted an offer with an over asking price and a solid finances, when she said we were the best offer, she somehow got lazy to answer us until someone else took the house.I dont recommend anyone to work with these party girls, they only answer you after noon sounding like asleep.
