They were supposed to deliver my Peloton today. I was to receive a 30 minute heads up. The driver called and was super impatient and put out. I told the driver I would be home soon and I was home in 17 minutes. They left the $3000 bike in the 102 degree sun in the rocks on the side of my house and didn’t say a word. Did not answer the phone again either. Peloton agreed that is definitely not supposed to happen. Service was terrible

This place is terrible. They re-scheduled a delivery to me four times, without notice. This last time, I just got an email to schedule, without any notification that they had cancelled my delivery date. When I called, the woman was short and unhelpful. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she argued and told me that wasn’t possible and then hung up on me. When asked why my delivery was cancelled without notice, the story kept changing.I cancelled my delivery after the last time. I’ll buy somewhere else that doesn’t use this place as their delivery company.

This place treats their employees very poorly. Rachel Gamez from HR instead of helping, she actually attacks individuals, falsely claiming to know when someone is sick, or getting upset for attending medical appointments. I really hope corporate addresses the hostility and toxicity from this lady.Thank you,

I was received by a security personnel who took my documentation of the load and my data. Then, in the office, a dispach gave me the door and during service hours I was downloaded without problems.
