Fantastic delivery from start to finish. Excellent communication and continuous updates via phone, text, and email. A delivery date and a 4 hour window was set 2 days before. I received courtesy phone call telling me they were 20 minutes away. Truck was on time. The delivery team was cordial, professional, and took great care in handling the LG dryer pedestal. They were even prepared to set it up, but I was not ready for for that and asked them to leave it on a dolly so I could install myself.This company has a great business model that puts the customer first. I really appreciate the professional service they provide and wish other delivery companies would take note..

XPO Logistics did a great job delivering my 200 lb. portable generator that was purchased through Amazon. I have a driveway that is too narrow for a large truck. I met the guys out on the street and the two delivery fellows loaded the unit on to my pickup truck and then helped me unload off of my truck and place the unit in my garage.

My husband and I are very pleased with the professionalism and excellent communication. They called ahead as they said and showed up right on time! They were quick as they worked together as a team. Definitely satisfied and grateful for their work ethic!

Delivery gentleman called about 20 minutes before arrival and was there right in time. They were very professional and placed the bed where it should go and then placed the mattress perfectly. They checked to make sure I was happy with the placement. They cleaned up the packaging materials and took it with them. I was very happy!

This was the company Costco used to deliver my new oven. Had very good communication before the delivery and the day of the delivery. They were there right when they said they would be. My order was delayed a week when they arrived finally and Lee 2 men get off the truck one of them smoking a cigarette I asked him politely to please shut off the cigarette they did not set up my furniture they left them in the garage and said that they were not setting it up they were just there to drop it off very unprofessional great unprofessional wont buy for them again

The two men who delivered our Peloton were extremely fast and efficient. They gave us a call when they were 20-30 min away to let us know they were close. They also put together our Peloton outside then brought it inside and installed it within 10 minutes. They were also very friendly and professional!

XPO delivery was fine with a Costco mattress delivery however scheduling the hualaway of old mattress which is clearly stated as a service is impossible to schedule. Calls to XPO send me back to the original # I called and after 3 tries the new # they provided to connect with Costco is not answered, not in service. Costco owns XPO so youd think theyd have figured this out.

Great service called me 30mins out to make sure info was correct and give me a heads up. They worked fast and professional. Did great even with my tricky upstairs apartment.

They called about 20 minutes before arriving, brought up the new appliance and had it installed and tested very quickly. They were friendly and professional, and made sure everything was ready before they left.

I loved my delivery people-both times! the first time they let me know the box was damaged, showed me that it was that way when they picked it up and thanks to their information i was told I didnt have to accept it which was very helpful info I wouldnt have know and would have been stuck working through red tape of returns if they hadnt told me that-I sooooo appreciated that. Then the next two people who delivered were so sweet and had it up and assembled in no time! I just wish I could have tipped them more but only had a limited amount of cash on hand. which I could have venmoed them a tip!

From the phone support to the delivery driver and installer - all were professional & friendly. I had to change delivery dates and had a few issues on my side everything was taken care of and I was assured if I had any additional need they’d be back to help! Other then forgetting to properly install my drain hose to my drain pipe and flooding my laudary room and hallway they did a pretty good job.

Awesome, my refrigerator was delivered yesterday. The guys took their time to install it & even with challenges getting refrigerator in (size), they figure a way out by removing my front door, etc.

Phone support was sub par. My delivery date was scheduled for yesterday and I received email updates including the delivery window. I called the support line about 30 minutes before my delivery window closed (4-7pm), after not receiving any communication. They stated it would delivered closer to 8:30pm...meaning they would be installing until almost 9pm. Phone rep *tries* to reach out to the “hub” and got no answer. I asked if they couldn’t come last night, if they would just come today, and they phone rep told me they would. I never received any contact via phone, email or text. Now it’s the next morning, still no contact. I reached out again just now to be told that I didn’t have a delivery schedule and that the “hub” would be contacting me. After much frustration, the rep tells me that my delivery is scheduled for Monday, and that the truck was broken so they couldn’t deliver to me today. I asked if I could go pick up my order, due to not having the ability to be home Monday to wait. They stated no due to covid. She then tells me that she noticed my delivery was supposed to be yesterday...thought we already discussed that...and that the trucks already went out today, BUT SHE TOLD ME THE TRUCK WAS BROKEN. I’m so confused and asked for a manager, of course, one wasn’t available. Peloton needs to outsource a different company.

I ordered a queen mattress from Costco and XPO is the company they are partnered with to do the deliveries. I’m a nurse with a really busy scheduled. Long story short is that they kept rescheduling my delivery and I just couldn’t keep up with them and asking for days off. I don’t recommend this delivery place. Lack of communication very disorganized.
