Coinless. You buy a cash card for $1 first. You have to have a $1 bill. It wont take a $5 for this part. And I couldnt get the card reader to read my debit card. Once you buy the cash card, then the machine will accept a $5 to charge the card. I did 2 big loads for just under $10. Reasonably clean and maintained.

Theres no employee here to help if the machine doesnt work and you already paid for the service, if you call the manager number no one answers, most of the machines dont work, they dont turn on the ac in the summer time.

Its serves it purpose, place is kind of dirty as we showed up at opening (9:15am) and the floors were never swept from the night prior. You will need a wash card ($1), bring cash as it would not take my debit or credit card to add money.

This place is very dirty. Floor is all dirty and wet. This place should be shut down. Washer machines are not working. When i was going to use dryer, they were also not working. I had to change dryer 3 times. They were not working at all. They took money from my card but machines never started. I recommend not to go at this place for ur laundry cleaning. We tried calling on those 2 numbers which were posted above the VTM machines but they were not responding to us at all.

This place is a complete joke! Theres always something wrong with either the washer and/or drier. Id call the service number 1 night because a machine ate my card that still had $15 in it. No one ever called back or came to check on the drier. Another day, a washer charged my card, locked the door, but never washed my clothes!! I had to wait during the whole wash time to get my clothes out! I called the service number again and still no one answered or returned my calls! This place should be shut down!

Machine old only have to really big dryers also need to make it more up to date and it need new flooring and someone there because homeless be sneaking in .

Manager is never on site when I go wash. The bathrooms are locked, my washing card got stuck in the washer machine. The machine to get a new card had a card stuck. Horrible experience wont return back.

A little pricy but they have 2+ load washers here. Uses a card system ($1 bill required to purchase a reloadable card) & you get a free wash every so often. Owners used to clean it all the time; since covid era started it can get pretty filthy.

Its already an hassle when you have to go to the laundry mat to wash or dry, but its an extremely inconvenience when you go and half the washers And dryers dont work there are no signs stating that the are not in service but they still take your money.
