Dropped my rating due to the price increase on washes. Mona is really nice though.

Had not been to a laundromat in years so really didnt know what to expect. Fairly clean, all types of washers (1 - 8 loads). Some dryers are free, however over half of them were out of service and the ones that were working, people were breaking their necks use them. Better off paying to use the dryers that people arent fighting over!! Every now and then transients will wander in and ask for money. Other than that, I would say it was an average experience.

To many small washing machines off work and dryer plus to hot inside they dont but the air conditioner on

Very clean and all the dryers worked today. Just wish you still had the machine for soap and other items. And a vending machine water etc...

Washers are good but there are many bad dryers . In the lther hand drying is free. So overall its a good place to get laundry done.

Besides of the location being the way it is. Me and my wife had a wonderful experience, wasnt to many people, washers was available and worked well, the lady who worked there had great customer service. #FamoousLeeDetail

I appreciate the free dryers, however the number if non working dryers out number the working dryers. And if they do work, they either have gum in them or your clothes get caught up in the door or they dont get hot.

Not very clean, radio is always blasting away and its super hot despite all the fans blowing. You do get free dry but it doesnt leave your clothes very nice. Your clothes SMELL like you took them to a laundromat. Maybe its the water or filters in the dryers that arent very clean.

Been going to dirty Bird laundry since it opened up on Divisadero and Blackstone I give it a thumbs up when the the workers are there

Never again. They offer free use of the dryers if you wash there and that’s the reason I came here. So many of the dryers or “out of use” that it defeats the purpose of even coming here. The wait time to use dryers was too long and I won’t make the mistake of coming here again.

Clean and safe not too many people just hanging out. Plenty of machines only a few out of service.

The laundry in itself is clean most of the washers and dryers work, the washers are priced right for the size and for the availability, though some of the drivers dont work theyre free so thats not a complaint. The one, on call staff seem to be wound up a little too tight, yet I scribe that behavior to the Coronavirus Corvid 19 situation. I would refer to anybody to Dirty Bird Laundry on Divisadero.

I go there every week theyre very polite equipment always working in and out service very convenient clothes nearby my house

Some of the free dryers do NOT work other than that issue its okay

They say they close at 10:00PM, but they wont let you use the washers after 9:00PM, because thats when they start cleaning the washers so they can leave at 10:00PM, instead of cleaning up at 10:00PM.

No one to refund my money from voucher they gave yesterday .when they did not tell me about waxing floors closing early before i put $ in. Dirty people dirty store dirty trick with voucher only they will honor!

Worst laundromat ever first of all both change machines were out of order, the place was so disgusting there was so much trash on the floor it was ridiculous I cant believe this place is still in business..I called the number to report the quarter machines were out an it send me straight to voice mail, Never again will I step foot in this place .

Three of our sweaters were ripped in the $4.50 washers. Im done with this place !!! No attend on duty. Lots of people said they wouldnt go back to it.

No, just no. Visiting from out of town and needed a washer, Google maps sent me here and no, just no. New, but run down roaches in the washer control. Employee on sight but didnt seem to care about being there or the patrons.
