This laundromat is one of the nicer ones Ive seen so far. Its always clean and an attendant is always there. They have 20, 30, 40 and 60 pound washers and 30, 50 and 80 pound express dryers. I love that they have cards to use the machines so I dont have to worry about getting enough quarters beforehand. Its a pretty big laundromat with lots of washers and dryers. I havent seen too many out of order signs and thats good cuz some other places Ive been to have almost half out of order. Their parking lot is pretty big and they have handicap parking right up front. The bathroom was clean and their vending machine was well stocked. They also have a sitting area and a big screen TV on the wall. They also offer free WiFi but you need to get the password from the attendant. I will be coming here more often to wash my clothes.

Very clean. One of the nicest laundromat I have used. It wasnt very crowded. The attendant was helpful. Lots of machines. The large dryer took longer than expected, and we had to separate the load. Washers are less than 30 minutes. The only issue is that we had to repeatedly insert the money card; it kept saying Retry, but eventually worked. Would go again!

Mammoth Laundromat have pro and con like other laundromats. PRO( it is clean, it is a get-in get-out place, and a big property). Con ( pricey and no coin only laundromat cards). If you want to finish fast and dont care what price you have to pay this is the place for you. It is a great place for people who have a month of laundry to do. If you only one to two small baskets you will have to pay the price. The laundromats here do cost one dollar more than all other laundromats I been to. It cost me twenty-two to do my small basket of laundry.

This is definitely one of my favorite spots...- Parking is wide and spacious- Cards instead of coins- Attendants are kind and available to always give change (even withdebit!)- Machines are very clean & functioning

The guys who work there now dont keep the floors swept during the evenings unless they are getting ready to close, but its still the cleanest laundry in town. It cost a little more than the filthy disgusting laundrys, but I think its worth it. I appreciate the swamp coolers when its hot outside too.

As laundromats go, this place is great. Remarkably clean, lots of washers and dryers, in good repair. If you use a laundromat, this is a good one.

Polite and helpful customer service. Safety measures in place. Masks must be worn at all times and preferred that customers wait outside in vehicles while wash and dry cycles are running. They ask that customers do not fold clothes until they are home to prevent more contact with others.

Its clean and quick, a little pricey but worth it.

This laundromat was everything you wanted in a laundromat.A very friendly and courteous staff was there to help me when there were no more dryer sheets in the dispenser.There are a lot of different size washers and dryers.The place was kept clean and not alot of children screaming and running every where.The bathroom was clean and they sanitized everything after a person used the carts and stuff.Top notch facility.

This place is the Greatest place to wash clothes. The place is enormous. One of the two most important reasons why I give this place 10 stars if I could. Its big plenty of machines but is THE CLEANEST LAUNDROMAT. THE CLEANEST. The second reason is its affordable. They have tumble 6 load washing machines for under 10 bucks. 60 lbs of clothes washed for under 10 bucks. They have two 80 lbs dryers under 1.00 for 10 minutes of drying time. They have multiple 50 lbs dryers and lower sizes. Same with the washers. You got one load of clothes or you have to wash everything, this place has you covered. The staff are all friendly and more then willing to help you out. Im wheelchair bound and have no problem washing and drying my clothes. I could talk on and on about how great this place is. Though it is not perfect. The one overwhelming but trivial problem I hate is the card readers on all the dryer machines you dont have to worry about the washers however you may have to try to insert the money card which is the only way to pay. To load up your money into their machine that puts it on a card that you insert into washers and the dryers. The washers all take what ever size washer you pick, there is a set price for size of washers. Takes the money right off the card one time. The dryers however, which work well but you have to insert the card into the machine for every 10 minutes of drying time. So if you want 50 min thats 5 times minimum. Probably going to take 8 tries to get 50 minutes because the dryer machine card reader SUCKS. So as long you dont mind that one problem I would suggest everyone in Fresno going there. If that wasnt enough and you dont have time to wait there for your laundry they will do it for you. You drop it of and pick it up. So do yourself a favor and try it out. You wont regret it

I’ve came here about 3 times to do my laundry. The place is clean and reasonable prices for washers. I always get frustrated when I have to keep adding more time to the dryers because they usually take more then an hour to dry the clothing. Sometimes I just take my damp clothes and just finish drying at my apts dryers since they work better.....

The attendant Lisa is a very nice person. She helped me and explained everything to me with a very pleasant attitude when I called. When arrived, she greeted with a smile and was truly professional. I used the drop off service. My laundry was ready, hours before the allotted time. Then when I received my clothes, they were perfect and smelled sooo good. The drop off service is a bit pricey for me, but Lisa is the reason I will be coming back.

I been doing my laundry there for a while but they just got so expensive lately its $0.85 to dry for 10 minutes and then you have to do it at least two more times so I wont be going there anymore

The biggest hours sign there clearly says last wash is at 9pm sharp we get there at 845 the so called employee said that he doesnt care what the sign says you cant wash, dude if you dont like your job then quit.

The people there are respectful. Its near and the dryers there are pretty hot. Prices there arent that bad and Im still going there every weekend to do laundry. Better than doing it at home.

They used the dumb money card system. The person who thinks its a good idea to not accept quarters is stupid and should be fired.

Its win, when you have a lot of laundry to wash. Staff is friendly and the facility and equipment is clean.

Love the fact that its nice and clean and the customer service was good as well. The only thing I didnt like was having to take money off my card to put on their card and ended up having more trouble trying to get the machines to read the card I had to literally bend the card on a machine or two to get it to read. It was a little annoying. Also they should have an updated vending machine no one is using coins or cash like that anymore especially during COVID debit/credit and mobile pay is what works best in this day and age lol.

It is nice. They have a pink notice up to follow during COVID-19. WHEN you wash and dry you are not suppose stay in the facility but NO ONE IS FOLLOWING THAT NOTE AT ALL. NO FOLDING EITHER. THIS NOTE IS NOT BEING ENFORCED BY THE STAFF!!!!!! HOPE I DO NOT GET THE VIRUS!!!!!!

Having gone to lower cost laundry facilities, I can say this one is worth the extra few bucks. There is always an attendant available, and they even have a full service laundry option, which has come in very handy for my elderly friend. Its convenient, and he says well worth the cost. The place is huge (hence the name), and kept clean. Quarters not necessary, but theyll happily exchange currency for use of their pay card system. Im a fan.

The only thing I didnt like was the prices they were very high for wash and unlike some of the other laundromats in the area they charge for drying. There were eight of us in town for two weeks for work. They were able to get my laundry and that of my co-workers done in just a few hours. Everything is clean and folded or hung up and smells AMAZING. Like seriously, what laundry products do they use? Ive gotta know so I can buy them for home use!And they accept credit cards! We drove to several other places, and while they claimed to accept cards and have drop off service, none of them actually did.Ill definitely use Mammoth again if Im back in the area!EDIT - Ive been back to Fresno several times since my initial review and used Mammoth every time. Its always been an excellent experience, with a quick turnaround.

Always clean, theres an attendant on duty, and no more having to use quarters. A wash card machine loads whatever amount you want.

This place deserves 5 stars. I first started coming in college...was one of the original customers when it first opened and had that purple roof! My washer broke and Im back years later . These girls work HARD to keep this place and the machines clean. Nice staff and safe, secluded location. #worthit

Its a great place to do laundry. We were passing through and it was quick and breezy. Clean and humongous. It seemed (during weekdays anyway) that it was a one-woman running place. The only thing that I didnt like (and because we were from out of town) was that they have this card system where people must load money to a card. People like us basically had to either lose the balance on the card or give it to somebody if theres any balance left on the card.

I love the super large capacity washers at a reasonable price. The wash and fold services are fantastic. The staff is friendly and the place is always clean.

The staff over charge me. They charge me $57, but when I came back the next day for my clean wash clothes, they apologize that they accidentally overcharge me when it should of been $49.50. They gave me a refund. There still good people in this world and this is one good example ❤️ Good job mammoth staff. Ill be coming back for your hard work services.

Its like a breath of fresh air. They are all polite. The atmosphere is great. We left our clothes in the 40 pound washer accidentally, and they had them dry and ready for pick up the next morning. This is a professional, well-kept, and immaculate Laundromat.

We experienced some of the best customer service ever in a long time!! We came in at 8pm to wash 7 loads of clothes. We tried to hurry as fast as we could because we knew that the last wash was at 845pm. One of our loads got stuck and kept washing and we didnt notice and by the time the attendant brought it to our attention it was too late to dry. Alex, was kind enough to offer to finish washing and dry the clothes and have it ready to be picked up the next day & then when he noticed we were still drying clothes and trying to leave by closing, he offered to stay a little after his shift and dry the clothes for us so we didnt have to come back the following day and he gave us waters and snacks for my daughter and put the tv on while we waited. He was just very kind to us and made our experience smooth. He definitely helped us out and he is great awesome worker. Very respectful!! I would go here again because of his customer service!

Big washers and dryers, but the prices are outrageous. Theres no toilet seat covers in the bathroom. But the TV and snack area makes an easier stay when you have children.

This is my second time here, I had my dog with me like the time before. This time the attendant told me that my dog wasnt allowed inside. My dog is well behaved and was next to me, I still had to take her out into the car. I will not be washing here again.

Really great they can fold clothes for you big machines fast was but the dryers didnt dry the clothes that well so we were stuck there for an hour or two but they have snacks tv one bathroom that smelled they had nice carts for clothes and bags to get for your clothes

Very clean facility. Plenty of machines staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Ive heard people complain that they are expensive but in reality its not that much more than other places...you get what you pay for. So if you are looking for a place that you are not skeptical about the cleansliness and want exceptional customer service if needed then this is the place to go for sure!

Mammoth Laundromat is privately owned and operated by wonderful people who care about their business and their customers. The machines are regularly maintained and the staff keep the place very clean. This place is huge so youll never have to wait to use a machine and they offer free Wi-Fi and cable tv.
