Very Dirty! Also the handles on washers, dryers & coin dispenser is covered in black from being not wiped down! Mold is also on inside of lids if washers. The employee that is around is rude and literally sits in his car with his dog all day smh DO NOT RECOMMEND there’s plenty of places to go to in Fresno!

There was a mouse in my clothes, the attendant said it was my mouse but yet went with his bare hands and took it out himself said it never happens. I just wanted to rewash my clothes but they refused a rewash.

The man working there this evening refused to give me the number to the boss because there was “no problem” yet he didn’t let me wash because “all the dryers were occupied”. All I had was one load to wash. This is not the first something like this happens before. Previously my clothes didn’t dry well enough and it was getting “too late”. He proceeded to shut everything down while my boyfriend and I were still inside. He threaten us saying he was going to call the police. Horrible laundry and someone needs to address this issue with him.

Washing machines are ok. Smallest size is a double load washer. But at least its free to dry. The guy working there is extremely rude. No towels or soap in the restroom.

The laundromat attendant was very rudeI went in to dry clothes. He stated I couldnt dry if I wasnt washing. I wasnt trying to dry for free I was paying to dry I understand if u wash there u can use the free drying. There was 2 other customers in the laundromat it just made no sence its a laundromat and I cant dry and that wasnt the first time he was rude. He blamed it on the owners now why would the owners refuse a paying customer. Go to Suds on Clinton and Fruit much cleaner.

I had a terrible experience here today I washed clothes here and later when I had already transferred my clothes to the dryer I was checking my clothes when the owner actually accused me of using the dryers here to just dry my clothes I told him I washed my clothes here in the laundry building I even pointed out the washer I used but he didnt believe me. I dont recommend this place to wash clothes to my family or friends the service here is terrible the person that is in charge here at the happy wash and dry is never in the building to catch the real people that are drying their clothes for FREE only there to wrongly accuse actual customers.

Great Laundromat. Clean machines even later in the day. Free dry with wash.
