I’m not satisfied with their service because I got 30 min late to my appointment and they didn’t let me in. They rescheduled it to next month. Instead, I asked for a refund and they said we can’t refund you. I live out of town and drove hours to make this appointment and asked if they could accommodate me just once, and they said no. I drove straight back, making an eight hour trip for no reason. Deeply dissatisfied with their service and wish I didn’t have to go back. The receptionist are always difficult to deal with. They need to train their staff properly. Dr. Cooley is amazing and I recommend him 1000%. He’s the only reason I’m even going to return back. I waited a month for this appointment and now I have to wait another month for my second micro-needling session when they are supposed to be 4-6 weeks apart and somehow the receptionists and his assistant couldn’t comprehend that. And if ever you need to speak with the doctor, good luck. You’ll most likely end up speaking to his assistant every time. If you’re considering this place, I’d think twice.

I loved my experience here. I called at 9 am wanting to get an appointment and they were able to book me in to be seen at 1:15 pm. I filled out new patient paperwork, and got to see Jason. The team was extremely caring and answered any skin related questions I had. The facility was very clean and modern. They had an on-site pharmacy so I didn’t have to make a stop at my home pharmacy. Very pleased with my experience!

Went twice to get treatment for eczema and was supposed to be contacted by some medical sales rep or something for a certain medication and no one ever reached out. I had to find another dermatologist to get some help.

I recently saw PA Jessi for two mole removals and cannot sing her praises loud enough! She took the time to listen to my story and expectations, evaluate me and discuss a plan with me. It was a discussion, rather than telling me what we would do. There was minimal pain and my treatment was expedited. If you want to see the physician, know you will always have a longer wait. Jessi is efficient, extremely knowledgable, well trained and caring that I would recommend her to everyone I know for your skin care needs.

Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!! Erin is truly amazing and just a doll!Ive been there 3 times and have never had a bad experience. I will continue to recommend as many people as i can. My sister actually has a first time appointment Monday!!

This was a terrible experience. My daughter had a mole removed. We were told there would be lab work to check the mole for cancer. Then we called in for the results and were told no news is good news but they made us come back for the results. Therefore, I thought the results were going to be pre-cancer. We went back for the second visit, waited for over an hour and literally the Dr. came out and said the results were benign and we would could go. Both this visits are now costing me over $250 with Insurance and I paid $100 in co-payments. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Terrible billing practice, totally taking advantage of the system.

Dr. Macias and his staff are some of the kindest people you will ever meet. I always feel welcome and like my concerns are heard. I cant recommend them enough.

My first time at a dermatologist to do a skin check. I developed a few spots I felt needed to be checked out. I scheduled a skin check that was covered by insurance. P.A. Jason conducted the examination and was patient, thorough and very pleasant. He made me feel comfortable and had a solution and recommendation for every area. Five star experience and looking forward to going back and having Jason as my provider for dermatology needs. The Macias office also has an extensive skin care practice and excited to explore that too. Thank you for a great experience!!!

NEVER GOING BACK!! I had visited a couple of times for different reasons and have always been self pay. The last time I had a procedure done, they explained the price and I agreed. Also, there was an assistant always present noting everything that was being said in her tablet. A month later, I received a $100 bill from a lab. It would have been reasonable if they had discussed it with me, but NOTHING was ever mentioned. I contacted them multiple times, and they would always say they would return my call. NEVER returned my calls. AGAIN, I called them Tuesday, and used COVID-19 as an excuse. What was their excuse before covid-19? They are still telling me that the lab is giving me the lowest possible price!! My issue is not with the lab, my issue is with Macias Dermatology. They cant expect for their clients to pay for a $100 bill that they were never aware of or agreed on, especially a self pay client!!! NEVER going back!!!

I was going to another Dr. for a skin problem! I did not have any good results from the treatment. I saw Steven a P.A. He suggested a treatment that Im having good results already. He was so nice and made me feel comfortable. I felt the staff was very friendly and helpful!

I was very disappointed . I paid almost $3;000 they took my money and left me the same. Money hungry people. Thats all they want, Im warning you dont go to Dr. MACIAS its all a scam.

I had made an appointment with Dr. Macias several months back. after arriving to my appointment i found out that there was a mix up with the scheduling and wouldt be seeing Dr. Macias, but rather one of NP in the office. i originally was scheduled to see Dr. Macias since several of my friends are patients of his. The office manager went above and beyond to after realizing that there had been a mistake. i was able to see him the very next day, and let me tell you it was worth the wait. Dr. Macias was amazing not only did he apologize for the miss understanding but he took the time to ask about what results i was wanting to see and to make sure i was happy. Dr. Macias was amazing along with his staff. everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming.

Unfriendly staff, couldn’t get a smile from anyone in the reception check-in. When the doctor came, he was very friendly, but stood at least 3-4 feet away to look at the spot on my back. He made me feel that he didn’t even want to touch me with gloves on. He gave me a prescription for an OTC prescription for an allergy medication and a $2. coupon for a medication that was very expensive. Like I was suppose to be impressed! The visit to this office seemed like a “cattle-call”! I felt that it was just another way of taking advantage of a senior.

I really appreciate Dr. Macias’s, attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and promptness. Very short wait time!

I love Macias! I went there almost a year ago for Botox and had a great experience. Recently recommended to return by my good friend Elia - now my Husband and I both have appts to get facials. I highly recommend this office! I have seen Dr. Macias directly for my skin issues and my skin has healed. I found him to be very kind, knowledgable, and patient with me. He took his time to make sure I understood everything and recommended a skin care regimen that has been very effective for me. I also recommend, Tammy Holland, the esthetician at the office. I have been a client of Tammy’s for many years and actually followed her to this office from the dermatologist she previously worked for. Tammy really knows her stuff and gives excellent treatments. She also really cares about her clients overall wellbeing and has gone above and beyond to help me with my skin care. I consider her a friend. I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Macias is a very warm & compassionate doctor who knows what he is doing. He made me feel that he has enough time for me--explaining about my illness and the best possible solution for it. His staff members are all courteous and friendly.

Long waits, surgeon who did cancer removal was all business & zero personality. He not only didnt answer several questions, he didnt even acknowledge Id spoken. Lady who stitched me up did an excellent job, 1 star is for her. Clean, nice decore, lrg waiting room. Not enough parking for busy complex, only 2 handicap spots. Staff is nice.

Great staff and doctors get my laser hair done here lasts a long time and they are always so nice!! Very clean and organized and they have a great variety of products!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Macias since he took over the practice from Dr. Tashjian. From the beginning, he was very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and took a vested interest to ensure that I received the best care. You are always able to ask questions and receive very clear instructions to follow after your appointment. In addition, both of my children have seen him as well and he interacted with them at a level that provided a great experience. Specifically, he was able to provide a diagnosis and treatment immediately for a rash when others werent able too. I would highly recommend him.

My Dr. Maria Lascuna referred me to a Dermatologist I started seeing him in April because I had a rash on my legs it kept on spreading & it was very itchy. The Doctor that was assigned for me that day was Dr. Jason Sanchez. first he took a scrapping of flakes from my legs and put them under a microscope and said yes you have fungus.So this time he prescribed me Fluconazole Tablets & Ketoconazole 2% cream and Tada it works do the bear dance...my skin is clearing up yay...I give this place five stars Very clean environment, Friendly Receptionists, Dr. Assistants very helpful.And u can get candy on the way out how Cool is that... They have a big see through vase that has chocolate kisses candy in it,??? I always grab a handful and take off...

Dr. Macias and his staff are excellent. My husband has had skin cancer issues, so each time we have an appointment theres a bit of apprehension. However, once were in the exam room, the assistant is easy to communicate with, and the doctor is professional, yet warm. Bob likes to joke and tease in order to bring anxiety levels down, and the staff and Dr. Macias joke right back with him. We highly recommend them.

Macias Dermatology is overpriced, vague about their total pricing, and does not pay close attention to your need. As a first time patient, I did not know what to expect. I was charged for a 20 min new patient fee but the doctor spent less than 5 min with me. I spent the rest of the time (15-20 min) waiting for the doctor to find the correct billing code. I find this unacceptable and very disorganized. At the end of the visit, the docs assistant was supposed to provide me with after care instruction for my procedure but she did not spend any time with me. Instead, she handed me instructions on a piece of paper for me to go over it by myself. Even my ear piercer provides me with more instruction about after care. I finally understand what the other reviewers mean when they said unfriendly staff. The docs assistant did not smile even once when I was there. She looked like she was miserable. I know the miserable look since Ive worked in places I do not like before. Overall, I spent close to $400 for ONE mole removal (including biopsy). To my surprised, two weeks letter, I received another bill from a different provider for my pathology exam. I called Macias and an associate explained they sent my specimen to a path lab (not assciated with Macias) to get the results, thus, the reason why I received a seperate bill. I wished Macias wouldve been clear and explained this upfornt. I must admit its a bit shady. It appears that no one in the office takes time to explain anything unless you request them to. Due to the lack of attention and care, I will not be returning.

My acne is practically gone. Minus a few acne scars from the past, and occasional breakouts. But my face is so perfect. Like Im so thankful for knowing Dr.Macias. Kind hearted and always willing to help. His office gets REALLY busy And appointments get delayed hours. But hes great.

Customer service is bad.not friendly at all.Becarful when you shop product.everything at least $50 more than other dr offices?!I purchase a latisse that I always get for $135 and they charged me for $179!Honesly O thought is for the larger size but it was the same size that I always get.I went back 30 minutes later and talked to the manager and she didn’t return or price match even with the company?! Sorry Dr Macias you are very nice but I’m so done with your office staff and the amount you charge ?! Same product double the money ?!Thank you

The staff makes fun of you and your condition in the hallways and they cant seem to pinpoint their prices. One time its 46 bucks next its 76 bucks next its 112. For the same visit. No explanation. Billing staff is rude and unsympathetic, unwilling to help. The faciltiy looks nice and the front staff is nice but good luck ppl.

I have no idea why this office has so many stars, Im a person thats huge on reviews and I decided to call and make an appt, staff was VERY rude, didnt care to hear me out once I said I was going to be doing Self-Pay she told me they dont take that nor medical and I have to have a certain type of Insurance in order to be seen!? ill take my money elsewhere.

Friendly staff, clean office, they get to your problem quick! Recommend them with 5 stars.
