Im 48, kids are grown and its time for me to practice more self love/care. Im feeling better about myself now.. I plan on having more services with Laser Away. Thank you 😊

From beginning to end the girls there are Super amazing Krystal is wonderful at what she does she really Goes above and beyond for the clients she worked with my schedule to accommodate me an appointments and she answered all my questions she is a great asset to this company . Chyna was very gentle she has a good hand I felt zero pain ! If I could give more than five stars I def would !

Staff was nice and friendly. Answered all my questions. All my concerns were addressed. My laser hair removal treatment Nurse assured I was comfortable the whole time. If you are interested in any laser hair removal or any services, I highly recommend giving them a call and scheduling.

Staff is great. Sometimes they are really busy though which may seem rude to some. I am currently in process for laser hair removal but have completed the clear and brilliant and am NOT SATISFIED. I still have sun spots and see ABSOLUTLEY NO DIFFERENCE :(. Hopefully, my laser hair removal is a different story. Don’t waste your money on the clear n brilliant...

I just got my 2nd treatment of laser tattoo removal and my first time was good but this time I got a different person who seemed like she did not know what she was doing at all. The experience was awkward, she kept slipping on the foot pump, she missed a lot of detailing on removing my tattoos (very sloppy) which is really upsetting since I paid a lot for these sessions... she also did not mix the Vaseline with hydro cream like the other lady and she applied it to the gauze instead of my wounded removal missing whole halves of the lasered tattoos leaving them dry and able to scab...she also forgot to mention not to let them touch water for 2 hours (I almost showered right away) considering I just got off work... very upsetting experience... I even mentioned I was gonna shower right away (the numb cream got on my clothes) to reassure her... Good thing I remembered for myself though... she also asked how the other lady did my tattoo removal..? It seemed like she just wanted to get me out of there ASAP..

Super rude staff. Attitude need to be changed. Staff needs more training. I had sessions for multiple services in the bay area and sacramento county and all of them were great but this location is just new and worst.

Very non compliant staff, attitude needs adjustment. They are not ready to listen or understand the client . This was my first appointment at fresno location . The staff really needs training for customer service and checked for their ability to have a communication. This was my 4th session I regret it having it in fresno, was traumatic . My first 3 sessions were in Sacramento and I always rated them 5 stars .

They are super rude and when asking about services they go straight for the needles instead of considering my age, and other factors as alternatives to something that I would be happy with and way to over priced thermage LX machine cost 3500 why would someone want to pay that much for a device on my face!?

Very bad that service should fire those ladies at the reception, they have a very bad attitude towards the person and there were two more clients in the same situation ... their appointments are delayed and then the people do not attend their scheduled appointments

Malísimo este lugar ….. no se lo recomiendo a nadie y que bueno que no soy el único que escribe esta clase de comentarios porque me imagino que han pasado el mismo tipo de problemas con el personal …. Aparte los resultados no son los mejores muy lentos los resultados mi calificación es 0. 😡😡😡😡😡
