Two days later I called Jesse, I was having a problem and he sent Mark out after hours to fix the problem. Jesse has asked that I share my experience with Epson Printers in my photography business. I can unequivocally state they are as perfect as a product can be. They are simple to operate, trouble free, and produce stunning images that sell well. I currently use the Epson Stylus Pro 3880 for small prints and the Epson P6000 for large images. Since A+ is one of the few authorized Epson dealers in the Central Valley, I am currently looking to upgrade in the future to a newer model and will be working with Jesse.

Talk about customer service, I didnt think it was necessary but actually helped make the best decision, & didnt stop with the care & service until all was installed & connected. Didnt nickel & dime either as most companies do. Would highly recommend, beyond fair & honest company!

Horrible!!!! Machines are terrible and the tech is incapable of fixing anything correctly and the owner, Jesse, doesn’t care. He’s just about money. The downtime you have to wait to get your machine repaired is unprofessional and unfair. I do NOT recommend this business.

Great customer service!

I was looking for a copier, Jesse came by my office and offered a machine at a price point that I liked. Only I didnt want a desk top machine. I told him what I was looking for, and he asked if he could find something similar for the same price if I would buy it. He came back with a different machine, roughly double the price point I originally asked for, and then he argues with me about how I made him do work to look for this machine and was upset I wasnt going to buy from him. I didnt appriciate the guilt trip, if you want my business you have to sell me something I want, not try to pressure me into something that I dont.I would recommend going somewhere else, this is not an experience I want again, I wont even bother calling for a quote next time. Id skip this company all together.

I got my first office copier here, It lasted for years, then I got my second. Its still going, but its time for my 3rd. Great service, and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
