Courtesy and Professionalism of on-site technician, Experience with our on-site technician (listening, understanding problem), Condition of your equipment upon completion of service visit.Ive used RMCs services at my work place for the last 5 years and they have always been wonderful in responding to all of our printer, copier and scanner issues. The technicians are very professional and exceptionally knowledgeable with the machinery as well as how to quickly resolve problems and issues.They check in before coming on site as well as check out after their work is done. I highly rate working with this company.

The service and technicians are excellent. They are responsive, professional, friendly, they know their work, and they follow up to make sure everything is working well. I give our technicians the highest recommendation. The service personnel or those that answer the phone are very helpful and quick to respond as well.

We really appreciated the quick response. We called that morning around 10am and by 1pm our copier was being serviced. Those copies are essential with hybrid teaching because we need to hand out assignments to kids who are not going to be at school the next day. Much appreciated.

From calling the Help Desk to the technician that arrives on site-every person has been very courteous and professional. Always arriving in a timely manner and fixes the issue the same day-unless a part needs to be ordered. Always keeps me informed of the process and follows up to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Santos the Service Tech with RMC was sent to our place(Anlin Windows & Doors) to check on a system error that appeared on the printer. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in trying to solve the issue. He needed to order a part, so he will be back to replace that part. I run a service department, and having good customer service is key, you should be proud to have Santos representing your company.

Lousy service. Ours is a physician office that they service. We had a fax machine malfunction that they were to service. Multiple phone calls, and emails went unanswered, or if answered, they would blame us for using the machine too much. There was a lot of finger pointing within their organization, and apparently, they have a sales person called Dwayne who was to blame for not being responsive. Finally, after multiple phone calls, 4 weeks later, they fixed the problem.
