Person doing interior was caughing.In my car and trunk. With covid going around hmmm. I did call and complain they just brushed it off.Do they require vaccinations and temperature checks before the employees start working. I was very disappointed about them not listening to my complaint.

I love this place! They pay attention to detail and were so sweet about how gross my car was. Kids and grandkids made a mess and Jacks made my girl pretty again! ❤ Price is higher than some car washes but well worth the value!!!

Service there was always good, but it really needs to be tightened up a little bit with the workers the process cleaner, I think they need to repain that area and replace the netting on top, Tidy up the place a little bit so it looks like a first rate car wash that its known for, Ive been getting my car washed here for at least 15 years, The supervisor Needs to be more recognizable Talking And meeting the clients who get their cars washed there, Things need to run a lot cleaner rags picked up all the time trash I noticed all of these things not to pick on you but to help you continue To look The 1st rate car wash that you are.

They did an amazing job on my car wash. Yet I am giving a 1 star review due to the fact that the cashiers were not wearing masks when I entered the building to purchase something. State law still requires people to wear masks inside businesses in California. I will not support a business that does not follow the law and also does not care about the the safety of others. I will no longer support this business.

Its a good enough car wash. There were some stains left over that I had to clean off by hand. It wasnt anything tough either, a quick pass with a towel and it was good. Besides that, for 20 bucks, they clean the inside and outside fairly well.

Great place to get you car washed. Just try and beat the crowds if you can, they are always super busy.

Went through the car wash, and paid for the interior care with tire black. Car was done in record time. There were also bugs left all over the front of my car, as well as the side view mirrors. The back hatch area of my SUV was not vacuumed, and the passenger front mat was full of water in the grooves. There was no tire black done. I walked around my car and was able to easily rub off remaining debris with my finger. I did not leave until the bugs were gone from the front, but the young men in charge of my car were obviously displeased with my requests. Would not recommend this car wash if you want a reasonably clean car.

Save your money and go to red carpet where they actually detail your car with care and make your car look nice

1st time here and had a bad experience. Friday March 26 around 5 pm. After the car wash, several employees directed me to another area, then here comes one employee almost yelling what I was doing there. I told him I was directed there by other employees, he looked mad and almost yelling told me, you have a green ticket, you need to get out now from here, this is for full service. Very bad attitude and customer service by this employee.

I really enjoyed my visit at Jacks Carlas on Cedar. I highly recommend the full detail. There are plenty of food options near by so you can grab lunch and get your car cleaned at the same time! Very accommodating!

That place used to be the best car wash in town. For $20 they would do hand wash inside and out. Over last year the quality has declined. Even with the more expensive option I keep finding places that havent been washed properly. One time they actually damaged the interior with some cleaning chemicals.

I went for the best package because it included the wax however after they were finished the interior was still pretty dusty. Paying $40 for this car wash was definitely not worth it. I would stick with the basic package that includes the interior and just double check before you drive off. On the plus side they were very friendly.

I will never visit this location ever again and will definitely not recommend it to others. I will actually ensure family and friends stay away. They need to have better managers/staff that can handle issues properly versus blowing off the customer and basically saying oops wasnt me. Today my partner took in our car for a routine car wash. He visited the one on Cedar (listen to the Yelp reviews it will save you a headache). Our front plate snapped off and according to them it was because of the blowers. I do not believe that to be the case since a lot of force has to be used to make it break off and this has never occurred through any of the other car washes. To make matters worse there appears to be damaged in the area where the plate was forcefully pushed to make actual contact with the front body. The bracket holds the plate in place and makes it so the back of the plate never actually touches the paint/body. The workers tried to somewhat help, but when guided to a female who they said could help...she simply said she had never seen something like this happen or heard of it and blew it off Well I dont handle these things... Supposedly an employee named Manuel may be able to assist on Friday, the problem is no one took this seriously, no photos or information was taken. I have very clear photos of the bracket being broken and the car is white but now it has dark gray/black spots where the plate was pushed/rubbed against the body. Just because you havent seen it before, it doesnt mean it doesnt exist and that it didnt happen. Customer service was a joke. Now we have to see if we can see Manuel on Friday and if he can even help. We both work so lets see if we can visit and hope he is around to actually provide some helpful assistance with this issue caused by their own employees/car wash.

Clean the car very well, but you have to tell them if you want a certain scent in the car, and it does it busy here but I dont mind waiting.

This place is amazing! They took such great care of my car. (Inside as well as outside) Ive been to a few car washes in different cities, and by far this was the best one. I will be returning here even though its an hour drive for me from work. Well worth it. It was my first time there, and if they take such great care of my car as they did the first time Ill be a customer for a long time.

There is no other place to clean ur vehicle and not worry @ machines ripping off ur mirrors, etc. Theyre quick and clean. Detailing crew is just that.

Dont get me wrong, I do like Jacks, weve had the annual pass where you agree to pay a monthly fee & you can get full inside and outside car cleaning as many times as you want. At a little more than $30 it was great but the longer you have it the more it goes up! Theyre now asking for over$50/month! Im not sure exactly how they calculate this but they just priced us right out of their services. Still the workers and attendants are some of the very best doing their jobs especially when dealing with some of the rude customers weve seen them face.

A few bad seeds can really ruin a good service. The last two gentlemen who dry the car do an absolutely horrible job!! In fact the elder man on the left side gets paid for doing nothing! I have been there numerous times hoping to see someone different drying the cars. One positive thing I can say is that he’s consistent. (Always there, and doing nothing) He should quit if he doesn’t like his job or maybe management should just do there job!

This is a great place to go for an inexpensive cleaning of your car inside and out. Its right around $20. Just keep in mind that they are usually busy and the average time Ive had to wait for my car to be done is about an hour so plan accordingly. They usually always do a good job though. I havent had any issues yet besides the wait sometimes.

Website says they are open until 11pm. Went out of my way to find it closed.With an exterior wash only, the car never leaves completely dry.They stopped the conveyor belt to clean the bugs off a Land Rover... I must not have had the right car.

IMPECCABLE work! I’ve tried many car washes in the area and have not found one that compares or even comes close. I’m super picky about the inside of my car and normally I have to ask for a towel to wipe down and clean an area missed, but not at Jack’s - my car is super clean. I drive out of my way to come get my car cleaned here. The wash I get is the “Works”.

They refused to vacuum my car because there was dog fur. I asked if they could vacuum it and the man took a towel and slapped it around my car to make the fur fly everywhere before handing me my keys. Ive been a customer for many years and ive noticed the customer service and quality has declined.

Great cash wash. One of the few hand car wash places around. Highly recommend doing a hand wash since its better on your car paint. Great staff. It can get busy, so if your getting a full wash and wax, come with plenty of time.

Some employees are better at cleaning than others. I dont like to complain, but I also shouldnt have to clean my vehicle again once I get home.

The hand wash staff is great! I gave only 2 stars because the towel dry process is mediocre for the Express Wash. There is an older gentleman that is in that position who is slow and am lucky if he dries my windows. Its frustrating to watch all the cars in front of me (especially the darker cars) get only half their car wiped down knowing mine would be no different. If Jacks insists on keeping this man, they need to slow the line so the other dry person has time to do the older mans job. I had 3 club memberships for my cars, but decided to cancel them. I have since changed to the Bubble Clean at the Chevron down the road which does a better dry job even though its just blower machines.

This place is a joke. The time you are waiting for your car is ridiculous. They do not go in order. They pick & choose which car they want to work on. The guy that was supposed to be working on my cousins car did more walking around than he did anything. Missed a lot on the inside of the car. When he was pulling the car out of the vacuuming area he yanked the air hose off. This guy was just a jerk. There was only one young man I saw working that Id love to have work on my car. I didnt get his name to recommend. He is 20ish with shoulder length light brown hair. This young man puts so much detail into what he is doing!! He would be the only reason Id ever go back.

The car wash is NOT open until 11:00pm. The WEBSITE gives the proper operating hours... GOOGLE says the business is open from 5:30-11:00. This also is incorrect! The car wash is open from 7:00am-6:00pm, Mon-Sat, 7:30am-6:00pm Sun. from 5:30am-12:00mudnight, EXACTLY as is stated on the company’s website!!! Learn to read people!!!

I have been going to Jacks since Ive had my Ford Flex March of 2011. They do excellent work always conscience of the small details about my car. Very friendly staff from the cashier to the car wash crew. Havent really gone anywhere else and Ill continue to go there and I do highly recommend to anyone else if you want the finest wash in town youll get it at Jacks in Fresno at Cedar and Shepherd.

Just moved cross country to Fresno. Took my beat up, 14 year old Highlander to Jacks. I was amazed that they worked extremely hard to make my SUV sparkle inside and out. And it was a grimy mess when they started. That car never looked so good. They treated it like a Mercedes.

Buy most of my gas here. Then a car wash occasionally. Clean, fairly good service and close and convenient.

This is a quick personal treatment. our cars are washed here often. We have never had the interior side done but it appears that several do well as well.

The wash doesnt get the entire car clean and the entrance can be hard to see to get into when the sun is directly pointed at you and with the entry being an awkward curve, I completely got my rims on my brand new car scratched up.

I could lie and write a bad review, but I doubt even that would make you get off your lazy caboose and do it yourself! Haha!These people work hard and do a great job!
