Their attention to detail is outstanding. They listen to your needs and do their best to meet them. They graciously fix anything that is not quite right. They treat your vehicle to the best of their ability which is the best Ive seen.

Service was very fast they find a way to wash any vehicle the even wash may 34 foot RV and never complain about how dirty my Can Am is when I bring it there, if you are nice to them they are nice to you but that works everywhere

Took a long time to do my car and i paid for the 38.00 package and alot was missed on the car, i had to redo the car over in sone spots that wasnt done or wiped down good enough. I guess its whos doing the work because i have went there quite a bit and by far this was the worst!!

These guys usually do a fabulous job. Today, purchased their platinum wash - and am disappointed. Windows streaked and spotted, water spots left on door. 😤

They scratch my window on my 2 week old car noticed something on window on drive home tried to wipe it off found out it was a scratch and the kid says I washed your car it was there I would have noticed it because it was by my side mirror then wanted to argue and curse wont be back

Good car wash

Googled nearest hand car wash from my doctor office and Piccadilly came so I decided to try it offered the cheapest price I found for water spot removal so tried it. They did a excellent job on the wash and water spot removal the rest was “average “ other prices are a bit high . Recommend for water sports but that’s about.

This is an excellent car wash. This particular car wash does take a little longer than most but its worth it because they make sure your car is spotless!

Have been in here multiple times, they do a good job most of the time. Only thing I dont like is the owner keeps charging different prices everytime I come in. Brought my wifes car in as well an they were suppose to put dressing on the outside of the car an was done very sloppy. Back of the car was still dirty.

Ive been going here for years and used to only take my car here. Over the years theyve gone down from what they used to be. The attention to detail and getting my car as clean as is expected has not taken place. This is the last time I will take my vehicle to them. There are to many good options out there for a quality wash to have to go home and finish the job that Piccadilly hand wash fell short of doing.

When were in town thats our go to hand Carwash they do a decent job and are reasonably priced

I paid for the most expensive package they offered, I even paided extra for a polish. The car was streaked, they didnt clean my rims, my trunk was still dirty, they brought the car to me still dripping water, my grill still had bugs on it. What a joke. Young man who I think was some sort of assistant manager didnt even apologize. It took well over an hour. Ill never go back. If you still feel so inclined to try them, walk around your car, check the trunk if you paid for that package, open your doors and check inside the hinges, especially check your rims, and the grill of your car before you leave.

Be careful. They do a good job but the owner who takes the order will change the price when you are not paying attention. A clever crook shop

Horrible customer service, had my car all day 8 hours when I went to pick it up my car seats,carpets and floor mats were all soaking wet. When asked why the shampooing wasnt done in the morning to allow the car to dry was told it was too cold to dry because its winter. The manager or owner and his manager or son told me repeatedly they were doing me a favor doing my detail on a Saturday and I needed to leave my windows down overnight to allow the carpets and seats to dry out. Did nothing to dry my carpets like using towels because they were closing.

Got a wash and wax for a very reasonable amount, it was quicker than the estimate quoted, and my Miata is as shiny as when I had it repainted. The staff were also very friendly. Also of note; The bathroom is much bigger and nicer than I was expecting.

Ive been bringing my truck to picadilly Hand Carwash since March of this year. I am always pleased with how good my truck looks after it has been washed!!👍No streaks, no drippy water and a very clean interior!Their attendants do a great job!!!Sometimes it can get a little busy and you may have to wait just a bit (there is a comfortable lounge) but the results are well worth it!!😊Prices are very reasonable too.

I went and ask if they can clean my passenger seat of my 2014 corolla, the gentlemen stated yes no problem (customer service is 4 stars) for a very good price (cheap), the shampooing is 2 stars on the end I got what I paid, a cheap poor shampooing and the car interior was left all messy and my driver seat now have a black spot and it was the clean one!!! the back seat that was the only thing that got clean (random spots here and there... )

This is the only place I trust with my car. They do a great job inside and out.

To start off. Customer service was awful. It was my first time being there, guy was rude when asking about pricing. At the end off the wash, they claimed to be finish. There was multiple dirty spots i ask the to wipe it off, the moment i seen them using the same rag they were cleaning the wheels to dry off and wipe dirty spots i said to my self never coming back here. So unprofessional!! I get home and still have to spend another 1 hour cleaning the front grill. It look like they never washed it with soap there was still water/dirt stains from the rain. It came off easy when i cleaned it, so it is clearly they didnt wash the front.

Ive been going to piccadilly car wash for 5 years and i will take it for another 5 years good work, good price!

Got a regular wash. Was supposed to include interior dusting which they didnt do as well as a sealer wax which clearly didnt happen either. Im fine with the price for the work that they did do, but their ads misrepresent the actual work being done.

The guy who took my order was rude said he was lame and called me the n word because of it and after the wash I still needed to dry water spots

Great service & great attention to detail. Door jambs, trunk and hood jambs, grille, rims, & tires are all clean and in good order. My 2013 Camaro SS/RS is my baby, and these folks treat my baby as if it is their own. Will definitely return & would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a premium HAND car wash. Some might say expensive, I say you get what you pay for. This place is worth every penny. Not a paid endorsement, just a super satisfied customer. 5 stars, 10/10, 2 thumbs up.Its behind the strip mall, so go down one of the the side streets and turn in just south of Shaw Ave, Ull see it back there. Probably be a line of other satisfied customers.Lots to check out in the area while ur waiting....food, salon, barber shop, and many other small businesses. (Personally, I prefer to spend my $ locally to support small business owners.)

This is the only place I get my car washed at!! Ive tried other places in town and no one pays attention to detail like Piccadilly Car Wash.

So my dirty car was washed & looked a little cleaner, but the owner is a jerk & verbally down grades his staff! When I pulled up he told me my SUV would be more because its bigger, where was that posted! Wont be back here, Ill wash it myself
