Ron Goodmon does not pay his bills. Delayed fixing my car for a year with lame excuses. Forces many of his customers cars to get towed, and forced to re key. Hes opening new shop. Going to find out where and file claim, and post on all sites until he is OUT OF BUSINESS!

Great service here! Ron is very friendly and quick to answer any questions or concerns you have. I got my front CV axle replaced on my Honda Accord at a fair price. Definitely recommended this auto repair shop if you need anything done to your vehicle from standard maintenance to major repairs!

Ron to the rescue again. Ron and his team fixed our 2007 Trailblazer this week. We had an odd trouble light turn on. As always he and his team were awesome. Excellent service! They fixed an issue caused by another mechanic a full $300 less than the lowest estimate from other mechanics. Fit me into the schedule right away, and were in more of a hurry to fix it for me than I was to get my car back. This will be my go-to shop from now on. Highly recommend.

We personally have been with him over 15 years.Not sure why anyone who had a bad experience with Ron or anyone else would play the race card. If you are not satisfied---Goodmons Auto Repair is able to handled criticism like any other good repair shop.Give them a second chance and leave the other stuff behind. You will be glad you did.

Ron at Goodmons Auto Repair has served our family for well over 5 years. We have had nothing but outstanding and timely service paired with integrity and fair pricing. He just repaired the sliding door on our Honda Odyssey. Getting the part was a nightmare from the dealerships but he stuck with it and got the job done like he always does. Hes also been straightforward about work to avoid. He took a look at a 1976 car I had and his honest input was some of the work needed was beyond what the car was worth. We highly recommend their services.

Pretty sure I got robbed for a simple break job. That they charged me about 2400$ for. Told some of my other mechanic buddies and they said that’s nearly impossible for just breaks. Also very unfriendly customer service, (had trouble even getting them to work on it). Wouldn’t recommend to anyone I know. ALSO DONT BE FOOLED . All the 5 star reviews they have are probably personal friends they had write the reviews.

They had our car for over 7-months and charged us $3000. Finally was able to bring it home, and it ran great! Last time it ran though, it hasn’t started since. I called him twice, he says he’s sending someone out...then nothing. Very dissatisfied customer!

Had my car towed to this shop because of a weird noise I was hearing when I would turn my wheel. They figured out the problem, had it fixed same day for a very reasonable price. Will be taking my car there from now on!!

Mr. Goodman is a rude and disrespectful man. I understand I am not the only one to experience his actions as my research shows that many people have been witness this behavior in his place of business. I questioned the need for a new thermostat and he said I dont need this, get your car towed out of here and he hung up on me. This man should not be in business with this type of rude customer service. There are a lot of other auto repair businesses that treat customers with the respect that they deserve. DO NOT due business here.

I have read some of the negative reviews on this site and can only say that if you dont want to have a bad experience dont quibble when a auto tech recommends a particular service and dont have the tech tell you whats wrong and then you decide to do the work yourself. Ron is the rudest auto mechanic Ive ever met. I asked the receptionist if they had started working on the car after 20 minutes and the owner Ron came to the waiting room and started yelling at me for asking the question. An absolute jerk to the max and I would NEVER recommend this shop. It is the worst experience Ive ever encountered. NEVER ever go there its that bad! I’m so glad I didn’t do business with them and WOULD NEVER EVER recommend this place. Just horrible.

Learned my lesson taking my vehicle to other places. Goodmons was recommended to me from a good friend and im glad he did. Excellent customer service, great prices, and the most important thing is they know what they are doing! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate Mr. Goodmons honesty and fairness. I have sent many people to Goodmons and they have also been happy.

I was an employee for only a week. And not because I got fired. From day 1 Ron wouldnt tell me my starting hourly wage or give me any specifics, he hired me to help the mechanics and he never let me help anybody, his PROBLEM with me was that I TRY TO HARD, and verbally abusive off the jump of starting, did everything the man wanted including building a house for all the stray cats, but he wouldnt let me lift or do a single thing. I called today to quit and drop off my w4 and I couldnt go in so I sent my mother in for me and she asks everyone how they feel about me, no problems, she asks Ron and he immediately blows up and his small man syndrome shows, starts blowing up on my mother, and then tries to start an issue with the mechanics for speaking to my mother, definitely a complete loser. Not to mention he clocked me out every day and didnt give us not one 15 minute break. Complete joke. Feel sorry for the next guy in my position

Ive read what others have said so I guess others got treated descently. Thats maybe the norm for most customers but they were VERY rude to my wife a few yrs ago and for no good reason. So they will never get my business!!

Ron was the worst. Always had great expierience and he turned on me faster than the blink of an eye. He quoted me a price on a repair and I said to save money I could do the repair cause it was extremely easy but id order the part thru him, pay the diognistic, ..he responded nope, Im not playing this game, come get your car. I didnt know what to say. So when I went in, I was going to try to talk with him to understand why he got mad. He pretended to get on the phone when he saw me walk in, and never acknowleged me. I will never go back and if your a customer there.....be warned! I was never rude, just wanted to save some money cause of hard times.
