I know what work I want dont to my car, called in and gentlemen was nice and took down my info and said he would call back with quote. Some other lady just called me back and asked who I was and if I had ever been there before. I tell her Im new and I just want to know a quote for a water pump on my make model. She told me there too busy to be dealing with people like me and if Im serious bring my car down to pay for a proper inspection first and then theyll talk to me about what it would cost.

Got a quote from Mikes radiator on blackstone for over 500 took my van to richards radiator for under 400 good work good price glad I went

If I could rate 0 stars I would their service sucks! They are super rude and it’s like they done want to help. I took my Luxury car their and they returned it with it all dirty and the inside had dirty oil black handprints! Would not recommend at all!

This place doesnt even deserve a star . PLEASE donot go to this place they do very poor work they lie about the work they have done and charge you for it. They didnt even renew their license I do not in any way recommend this place the lady behind the counter is very rude no customer service at all. We had to take our truck back 3 times because the truck kept leaking water avoid this place like the plague.

Whatever my car needs they’ve taken care of it they’ve given my car a tuneup did a great job somebody broke into my car and they replace the glass on the window did a great job highly recommend them, take all my car needs to them, they are very friendly and efficient and I appreciate the work they do .

The lady at the front was extremely rude. She was argumentative and contentious. I wanted To get a price on Installing a new radiator in my car. She would not give me a price unless I paid her $44 to look at my car. I explain to her I have already had another shop look at it and I know I need a radiator. She then reiterated that she would not give me a price and that I would have to pay her $44 for a technician to look at my car before she can quote me a price. This made no sense to me and she snapped back saying it doesnt make sense because youre not ready to buy in if you ready to buy your not ready to buy from us. I was speechless and walked away. If this is how they treat prospects I could imagine how horribly they treat their customers.

BAIT AND SWITCH!! So your calling to get a quote on a radiators for me 244 seamed like a good deal you get their you sign for the 244 agreed then they call me and say it was a lot of labor and we need to replace a thermostat the thermostat cost 18 then they added 134 labor cost then then bill is 400 and it needs to be paid before they release the car these people are crooks

Took them 2 trucks about 3 years ago. My 2003 Chevy Silverado and also a 1997 GMC Sierra. Both for transmission work. Work was not actually done by Richards Radiators and Automotive themselves. They sent both transmissions out to be done elsewhere. Was charged over $3,000 for both and was given only 6 months warranty and both transmissions failed at 9 months. I was very upset with this situation, but I guess its my fault for taking the vehicles to a non certified place in the first place. Never again took any of my business to them and will not any longer. Got Kevins Transmission to do all of our transmission work now. Very poor customer service from Richards Radiators And Automotive and theyre not even certified.
