Insurance appraiser here - confusing row layout. Vague lot numbers and cars are too close together to be able to photo properly, much less be able to inspect. However, the office staff is superb and very helpful.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! And that is not an exaggeration. The women at the front especially Jessica, are arrogant, rude and lie. They should not be at the front desk. Like another review mentioned if you don’t like your job quit! Stay away from this place.

Humble folks, front office incredible

I had to pick up some items, left behind in my car after an accident. I wasnt told I had to pickup during certain hours.It was shortly past time, but they made an exception. I appreciated it so much. As well as their concern for my safety. They had someone escort me out to the salvage yard. I was able to get my property and get a few pictures of my car. Then it was a short wait on paperwork. I was there probably a total of forty minutes. Which I am guessing is longer than average. It took some time to find my car. It had just been delivered, with no assigned space. Overall a friendly staff, safe environment, and efficient service.

The service was friendly and they helped us get some stuff out of our car. Highway 99 adjacent. Clean bathrooms as well.

Came to IAA in the Fresno location I was greeted by Jessica with a smile and great service offered me water and with her great customer service made my transaction easy and fast

This was my first time going here and it was a very unpleasant experience because the tellers were very unwelcoming and disrespectful. I have never had to write a review but this time because of the lack of respect and bad customer service they gave me no choice.

Be very Leary of buying from here. These people are very dishonest. .. they claim a car runs and drives but will not disclose if it has a engine problem even if it needs a full engine replacement

Very bad service. Place closes at 5:00pm but they dont release cars pass 4:15pm. What kind of service is that?

They are very rude at this place! Theres this lady in there named jessica I came and she was very rude from the start. If u dont like ur job Quit!!!! And also if u need something come earlier than the time stated because I did and they didnt even let me in.

Something cars here can be over price depend on the people auction the cars. There is also a fee after winning the auction on a car.

They put all my things from my truck In a plastic bag and put it in the bed of my truck in the rain all my documents were destroyed I asked why they did that and I was told thats standard procedure Im not happy because now I cant get Reimbursed for my tires
