You can get a good deal here or end up buying trash. They only take pictures of the good sides of the merch and leave out whats broken or ripped. Make sure you go to preview or you will be disappointed! Dont bid early on items as that drives the price up! Ive seen people over pay on stuff! Look up the item yourself. I would give them a better rating if they werent deceitful with their pictures. Loading guys are very nice and helpful.

All the guys at the auction house a very nice and helpful, who ever the woman is on the phone needs an attitude adjustment or to find a different job because customer service isnt her forte! She is super rude, doesnt know how to effectuvely communicate and she commits fraud, watch out for her charging your card unauthorized. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

The people that work the office area/phones there are horrible to deal with! They have no idea how to talk to their customers and treat customers like trash! I do not recommend this place at all and would give it zero starts if I could.

Complete scam. They use stock photos to fool you and wording to fool you into thinking the items are working and great condition. They leave out any info that would let you know the item is trash. Buyer be ware! Stay very far away from this place. There are many decent auction places out there and this is Not one of them.

Ordered a $1,000 item and was told when it was loaded that it was all in the sealed box. When I wanted to use the item, I opened the box, only to find out they failed to give me the other box with the other half of the unit. After calling repeatedly, they tried to blame me for only giving me 1/2 of the item. It is 100% unusable, and they wont respond in any way to return or refund it. It has become very clear that they have written their Conditions in a way that they can fail in about any way, and they will refer to their conditions as covering them. Very dishonest in how they run their business and correspond with their customers. Then, they will probably respond to this comment as they have to about every other comment and blame their customer again. In 20 years Ive never written a non-positive review, but I think 1 star is actually more credit than they deserve. Id stay clear.

I like this place, the owner was friendly to me, the loading guys/warehouse guys are always nice. I enjoy getting a good deal on things, and to anyone who complains items are broken, you have the opportunity to go look in person. If you don’t, then that’s on you. The only thing I had a problem with is I wish there was a button to emergency cancel your bid for 5-10 seconds or something. Humans make mistakes, all of us. I appreciated them helping me out in that situation. I do think the woman who answers the phone (“Ann”) could be at least a little bit friendly. She sounds like she hates her job. It doesn’t cost anything to be kind. Overall, I think it’s a great place to get things for a big discount. And yes, some items estimated retail is inflated, but google it yourself and see what it is going for. It’s a business, they’re gonna try to make a profit. Office staff are very rude and inpatient. They placed an authorization on my debit card and when questioned about it, instead of providing quality customer service they spoke down to me and denied even making the transaction. Stupidly I continued doing business for one more auction and when they over charged me for my purchase by not applying any of the deposit they took I was treated like trash for saying anything and spoken down to again. Good customer service would have been to take time to provide clarification for a new customer .. In a kind way, not by telling them they are out of luck and should have read the instructions first or flat out lying about charges they made. I will be making a report with the BBB and disputing all transactions with my bank. These guys are shady as hell ..

Ive gotten some good deals here before but overall I feel like this auction in particular is very dishonest. We bought a portable air conditioner that read factory sealed and some of the parts inside were broken. When we picked it up, the box was ruined. Yes, you are supposed to go preview the stuff but if it says factory sealed, its supposed to be sealed. We also bought a pressure washer that was new in open box and it doesnt work. Weve wasted so much money here and we feel they should be more transparent with their inventory and more honest overall.

Seems like with the new rules A&W have for picking up items, to me runs so much smoother.

You need to pay attention to what the header says . Most of the stuff is damagesd warn out or missing pieces or just dont work . Some stuff is new and ok . Its all return to store stuff or con as ighnment . . They will charge your credit card for whatever they can get off of it so if you pay late . Most likely youll pay twice . And the wont credit you .. stuff will be switched or missing by employees . Common .. the guys loading your stuff will damage it . They dont care and its your responsibility to make sure they dont . Thiers great stuff if you preview it and pay it on time you shouldve ok ...

Horrible customer service. The woman that answers the phone is very rude. Ive called 3 times and she always has a bad attitude. I bought 3 thing and 2 of them i cant use due to missing parts. I bought a bed new in box. When I picked up half the box was shredded, which was not shown in the picture. Once I was ready to build the bed,it was missing one of the main part. Now its garbage. I bought some jack stands that are missing the arms to hold up the car. What a waste of time amd money. When I wrote them an email to complain about the service they became defensive in their email.Horrible company.

Be very careful, you are going through a trash bin of stuff - electronics and mechanical items may not work or missing controls. The live website will get people to over bid on popular items with stock photos which make trash products appear like a great deal. If you buy a lot of stuff expect an hour long wait for your items, while many who came after you will get their things first. Finally dont trust the AWS auction claim of items being new or their highly inflated value of items. This place used to have good deals, but now too many people know about it. Give me a thumbs up, if you find this helpful.

Used to work for this company. Is definitely the most shady business Ive ever worked for. The owner treats his employees like garbage doesnt give them there breaks required by ca law. Alot of shady business practices and if your a customer and need to deal with the owner good luck he is the most rude and disrespectful person Ive ever known and worked for

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Ive been auctioning here for a few years and it is the best. Ive always had great experiences, Ive gotten stuff at killer prices, the owner has always been kind and helpful, and its just a thrill in general. They let you preview items before the auction. My sisters and I all have auction parties on Wednesdays now and we get together and bid. Pick up has been pretty quick lately too! My favorite surprise are the pallets. I buy one each year on my birthday because they are just fun mysteries that youre never quite sure what youre going to get! Im glad we found this auction. I like it a lot better than the other auctions Ive participated in around town.

We would never recommend this place to shop for anything mechanical, mostly if you cannot see the products,a open up boxes, and test them before bidding. We found that half our order was in working condition as stated by their staff which really meant that if you plug it in, it turned on but did not work. The other half was repackaged as new in box but with missing pieces or functions that did not allow us to resale or fix. Overall, avoid anything mechanical, or bulk, and dont believe what they write on their site. Even color description was off for some of the products. Actually, Id avoid them overall.

I havent bought from this place in years, and now I remember why. They will blantley lie about the working condition of an item. Most of the items seem to be Amazon returns (probably since we have an Amazon warehouse here now) so expect A LOT of it to not work or to be missing parts (they were returned for a reason). Not gonna bother trying to get a refund since Ive heard he likes to fight tooth and nail over it. 3 stars only because I got ONE ITEM that made my whole haul worth it.

Overall, a nifty, fast-paced place to jump on opportunities to significantly save on products of mass variety. These items can range from new, used, and for parts which is perfect for anyone who wants to have it ready to go or cheap fixer-upper . Viewing items in person really does help to ensure everything is in order as pictures cant tell everything.

Beware of the FALSE advertised pictures on their website during auction. I Bid on some fishing rods that were not complete! The posted picture and info made it seem like they were 3 complete fishing rods. Ended up paying $48 for 3 fishing rods that were missing the other half. The Manager from this place refused to refund me for the falsely advertised fishing poles. Very sketchy place thats out to rob you of your money with all their false advertisements and limited info on their posted products. Horrible customer service.

Worse auction!!!!!its all thrash we bought a pallet and all it contain was damage tvs and pieces of microwave not one single thing in there worked yes it was taged but all the tags were hidden so we wouldnt see it till we got it home.we also bought an electronic and system tester with printer for $70 and it didnt work they are thieves here DONT BID IN THIS AUCTION!!!!!!
