Aram was top notch! Firstly, he actually answers his phone unlike all the other companies I called when my washing machine started leaking water. He answered his phone late evening on a Friday and was at my home by noon on Saturday. My washing machine ended up being beyond repair. Arman informed me that he could fix it but was probably not worth it to fix. He did not charge me anything for his time - he refused to accept payment. I went and bought a new washing machine later that day and had my husband install it. My husband did not know what he did wrong so I called Arman and he walked my husband through the process! Best in class for appliance repair. It is rare to find someone so professional, reliable and honest.

Aram came in August to fix my refrigerator. I called that morning and he was here in 2 hours and was very skilled and did a great job. My unit is very old and it has been freezing my wine so I called him today and he was back out in 2 hours and trouble shot the refrigerator and figured out I need 2 parts. He did not charge me for the service call and is trying to locate the parts for me... I highly recommend him!!!

We have required Arams professional attention three times now. The first time he fixed our freezer, the second our oven and today we needed his help with our microwave. My fridge was not cooling properly. Aram came out, was on time and very professional. He identified two potential problems, one was a maintenance issue and the other was possibly a bad part. Rather than spend the money to replace the part, he cleaned the cooling coils under the unit and voila! It worked!! It is cycling on and off and cooling as it should. I appreciate that he started with the simplest and cheapest solution. I already have in my calendar to call him for maintenance in 6 months. Ive learned my lesson, a little preventative maintenance goes a long way to prevent future problems!! I definitely recommend Express Appliance Services.

We had an urgent situation because our Sears washer had froze into an “F-24” error indicator and would no longer operate. We tried more than once to contact Sears about scheduling a repair appointment, but each time we tried we were held on the line for over a half hour with constant annoying announcements that someone would be with us “in just a few seconds.” We tried to call Sears corporate, but again we were held on the line with a message that Informed us there were an excessive “number of calls today” so we would have to expect a delay in responsiveness. We got so tired of this we hung up the phone and looked on Google for a highly rated appliance service company - and the name of “Express Appliance Services” in Fresno came up first. We spoke to Aram about the problem and not only did he immediately diagnosed the problem, but they were also able to come out to my house and resolve the problem with my washer in the same day. Great professional service and affordable price for the repair that would otherwise have cost us over $2000 for a new washer/dryer system. We will certainly use them time and time again when needed for appliance repair, and we have already given our other family members their contact information as well.

Oh my goodness!!!... If you need any appliances repaired, Id like to give this man, Aram, an A+++ for his work.He came out to fix my broken dryer today and was outstanding in every way....eg: He was here when he said he would be, he wore gloves and a mask and was very neat, clean and organized with everything he did. When we called Aram we had already spent a lot of money trying to get our dishwasher fixed. Aram would not give up when figuring out the problem proved to challenging. Our fridge/freezer went out. We asked friends for recommendations, and everyone we called did not call back--except Aram. He made time for us and showed up same day. He repaired the wiring in my freezer and got the fan spinning again. My unit is at least 11yrs old (came with our house), so I was preparing to have to buy a new unit, but Aram was able to reassure me that I had a good unit that will last. Friday before Memorial Day weekend, dead fridge. Called another repair service, confirmed service call, serviceman cancelled the call because I did not respond immediately to his call an hour later than the appt.Called Aram about 4pm Friday, he was on site within an hour. Returned on Monday, Memorial Day, to replace the compressor ( we had a 2nd fridge to get us by). Followed up with a phone call 3 hours later to check on fridge, and insisted I call him at 8 pm to report progress. Perfect repair. BTW, this was a Kenmore Elite, Sears said their earliest appt was one week.

It was the day before Thanksgiving and my new dishwasher was sitting in my living room. After the company who was scheduled to come out by 3pm didnt show up and would not answer the phone I was starting to panic. Express Appliance Services came to my rescue! I have been having issues with my washing machine for almost 6 months now. I had used another company who had come out 4 separate times to “repair” my machine each time charging me a service fee and making me wait around for hours for them to show up. When it stopped working again I found Express Appliance Services, I called them and they came out the same day. He explained to me what was wrong with the machine and gave me a quote to fix it. I was going to be working for the next 7 days straight so he said he would go get the part needed and come back and fix it so I wouldn’t have to be without my machine for that long. Impressed with ‘Express’. We had problem with our 10-year old ‘Liebherr’ Refrigirator made in Germany. After calling 4 or 5 appliance repair companies with all of them either not being available for over a week or being super expensive, I contact Aram to fix our fridge. He came out the next day and quickly knew what the problem was and how to repair it, once the part was in he let me know and came out shortly thereafter and fixed it within 30 minutes. Id definitely use Aram again to fix any repairs- hes knowledgable, professional, friendly and didnt try to upsell or tack on extra charges.
