One of their garbage can delivery gentlemen dropped off our recycling bin, he did not have the flier with him to give us to tell us more information on the recycling service. He made sure to call us back the next day to provide us the information we needed. We have also been very impressed with how polite and courteous the collectors have been.

If one could give zero stars I would. Trash and recyclables are never picked up when they are supposed to ever since this company bought out Papillion and premier sanitation....then want to charge 3 times the original rate for service. We found someone cheaper for less than half of the price....good riddance.....

After being with this company for 3 years and paying in full every year so that I can get a free month which I never received I decided to cancel their service. When canceling their service I paid my account just to be done with their horrible billing. Theyve picked up their canister and now Ive received an invoice for 3 months of service that I canceled. Now I have to waste even more of my time talking to their horrible billing department just to get them to remove the balance. If you can avoid this company do so at all cost!

There have been numerous times when I have forgotten to take the can to the curb & they have always came back to pick it up.

Competitors in the area claim you can save with their temporary offers, but buyer beware....You dont get something for nothing! We have enjoyed our service with Waste Connections for years. The rates are very competitive and the Customer Service is Outstanding! Thank You Mike W. for always being reliable with pick up Every Week...:) I Will and have recommended Waste Connections to others.

They usually take the trash well. Understandable that they leave some trash bags by the can when overfilled. Im sure they expect us to leave trash inside our homes till the next week. The problem is when they take our trash and it falls on the ground and they just leave it there. We arrive home and we have a bag of open trash in and through out the yard. Then our land lord or manager whatever complains we have trash in our yard. :)

Great service! I have a great route driver who has gone out of his way to help. My neighbor has the competition and has to constantly call while paying increased rates. Keep up the good work...

Very poor service at least once a month they wouldnt show up to pick up trash. Then cancelled service with no notification. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Worst Trash Service ever!! We have been long time customers and we constantly have to call them in order to get our trash picked up. As of Today it has been 1 month since they picked up our Trash. Its supposed to every other Wednesday. Oh and to mention....I prepay my account for several months in advance. So they have collected my money with no service provided. I left several messages for one of the managers and I have had no return call.

Always dumping my trash on the floor and never picks it up not just me to other people as well who live in meadowbrooks mobile home

Trash is always picked up on the day its supposed to. The drivers are even nice enough to come up the driveway to get the recycling bin if we forget it. 10/10

Poor customer service, district manager was very unprofessional, and showed little interest in resolving our reoccurring pick-up issues.

Very poor service, our route driver always had an attitude. save yourself a headache and go with a service that actually cares about its customers.

Dissatisfied. They do listen to your concerns but nothing is done about it.

They have recycle bins and a place for all other waste needs...your trash is their treasure LOL
