Ultimate Staffing Services is the best temp agency I’ve ever had. I have recommended them to many of my friends. I would not do that, if I didn’t like them. They were very good at helping me find work. All the way to my interview and to my first day of work. Checking on me to make sure I was ok and how things went. They are very careing. When I had a question about something, someone was always there to answer and help me. I will never go to any other agency but Ultimate!!!!!!

Ive had such a great experience with Ultimate Staffing. Natalie was so relentless in looking for a job for me. She quickly connected me with the right job specially its a temp to perm position. Ultimate staffing has been such a great experience!! They were very accommodating to my exact needs. I explained the location I wanted, the type of position that I preferred, and the salary I felt I deserved with all my years experience. Not once did they make me feel like I was asking for too much. They sent me different positions that were available and they were very quick to respond back to my questions and concerns. I tried searching for a job on my own with no success. (It wasnt that I was unable to search on my own, its just that I wasnt finding the right fit for me.) Sometimes you need that extra help, and Ultimate Staffing was my answer. Natalie found me the perfect job where I start next week! They offered me a very reasonable benefits package and a great salary! They have an app where you can put in your hours. Very hassle free and convenient way to find the job you want.

The team at Ultimate Staffing in Fremont do a fantastic job from picking up the phones to timely responses. They were able to find me a position within a couple of weeks. The position was a direct hire that pays over 50K and I seem to be very happy with it.Ruperto and Shoshanna stand out there as I have worked with both of them in the past. I worked for Ultimate Staffing about 12 years ago. Since then Ive been in touch with Ruperto Cuesta. He is the same professional, simpático man I first met. I would work for him again, should I move back to the area.
