Worst staffing agency Ive ever worked with. I wont name names but, the woman I worked with was impossible to get a return phone call from even after leaving dozens of voice messages. They placed me in a position that was completely different than the job description. If I ever need a staffing agency again I will go back to Robert Half.

This company has a very poor track record about returning phone calls and emails. I have a friend who had to quarantine due to someone in the house this person lived in being exposed to COVID. My friend called in right away. The COVID hot line told my friend to quarantine for 14 days and to submit a negative test result. The agency also told my friend about qualifying for COVID pay. My friend never received the promised COVID pay, and was released from contract of employment with a very prominent company. This company nor agency will return any phone calls or emails. This is a very devastating situation.

Communication sucks. No one ever answers. If your lucky they’ll probably answer one time and that’s it. Basically wastes your time.

Completely un professional company and poor communication between Nelson and potential candidates. They email you to show up for work but give you no location and no name of the supervisor in charge so you have no idea who to report to.

They won’t even answer the phone it goes straight to voicemail in the middle of the day and somebody made me drive all the way to Fremont for no reason one day

Got hired to a company under them, no one answers. I’ve been employed and working three weeks and they haven’t given me a single dollar. (We are suppose to get paid weekly) no one answers the phone. They don’t ask you for your schedule or let you know who your supervisor is. They literally don’t do anything.

One of the worst Temp Agencies ever. They made me go through 3 different interviews just to find out that theyre going to let me know about a start date. Which never happened. It seems like the recruiters care more about how many people they bring in rather than helping them out with a job. If you are trying to get in Tesla I suggest you pick a different temp agency to go through. This was a complete waste of my time and gas. Im surprised this spot is still even open.

First of all, Prasios, her name is not Sandra, its Lasandra, and she is actually very nice. She may be firm, direct, but PROFESSIONAL staffing agencies do not have to be sweet and nice and kind. Theyre only there to make sure YOU get a job.Strange. Tesla is a known company, and they helped me get a job there. Just waiting for the background check to clear.Overall, a wonderful, wonderful experience. If this place calls you for an interview, you are fortunate indeed.

Worst agency service ever, they take FOREVER to get a simple task done. You have to constantly insist them to do something for you. Highly recommend dealing with the people from Bascom in San jose at least they are way more professional and get things done IMMEDIATELY.

The manager here that goes by the name of Sandra is cold, rude & sarcastic. Ive been to agencies before that took a warm approach & quick placement of assignments. This particular agency rushed me through the process, took my private information, gave unprofessional comments, commanded orders & never gave me an assignment/job placement. Now I have the feeling that they had let their 3rd party partners known my existence since Ive been receiving a lot of junk mail only after going to this office in Fremont.Got a job from a different agency which I went to the same day. Called me back the same week & got me started on a known company. If the one in Fremont calls you dont bother going there, its a waste of time & space.

WORST STAFFING AGENCY IVE EVER BEEN TO. FIRST they beg me and blow my phone up to ask if I wanted to work as a production associate $17/hr (out of my sleep) I politely turned them down. However I changed my mind when I found out it was for Tesla. SECONDLY the process is rediculously long it took a whole month hiring process and that was because the hiring lady gave me my interview time @ midnight before my interview. Which prolonged my hiring process I had to wait a whole week ON HER TECHNICALITY. THIRD The payroll guy is rude and disrespectful. Bottom line is NELSON STAFFING COMPANY is very unprofessional and not a profitable agency to look for work. They can make mistake be late, but you cant ! You will waste your time here ....TESLA I would seriously reconsider this staffing agency ! COMPLETE WASTE OF 2 months

ALL THEY DO IS USE PEOPLE THEY DONT ACTUALLY HELP YOU GET HIRED ON WITH THE COMPANY THEY CONTRACT YOU WITH TERRIBLE SERVICE .. THEY WILL HANG UP IN YOUR FACE AND ACT LIKE YOU ARE A NOBODY AFTER THEY ARE DONE USING YOU WE ARE JUST BODIES AND DOLLAR SIGNS TO THEM
