This shop is pretty nice. The staff is very friendly, laid back and honest. Their service is fast and they look at other things your car needs to be serviced for free. They’ll take a look at your check engine light if their computer can scan it! I recommend this place to anyone.

Very fast and professional. I will definitely be coming back here to get my oil change done. They also offer many other services for all around your vehicle. The prices are great and they have a nice waiting area that you can enjoy during the short time youre there.

These guys are kind and keep it honest with you. If you’re a regular they’ll make your life easy, and if you’re new they’ll offer to check everything for you. Oil changes are pretty fast and convenient as well as most services. Brakes usually take about an hour or so depending on the car but regardless they don’t stop until the job is done!

They were super friendly and helpful. They only cary synthetic. I have a 2002 Bmw 325i, I thought I needed 20/50 (according to the mechanic I bought the car from) so since they didn’t have it I left, but I came back and got myself a $98 oil change. Little steep but whaddya gonna do🤷🏻‍♀️ he even told me I had an oil leak & took a picture of it for me.

I went in early around 9:15am and one gentleman said it would be 15-20 min, the whole process of waiting and getting my oil change took over an hr and the man who took my info and my keys said it would be 50$ flat. Then when it was time to pay he said it came out to 66$ and gave be a bunch of excuses why it came out to 66$ and I told him the other guy explained it would only be 50$ in total and all of a sudden the other guys wasnt around and theres nothing he could do.... I clearly asked and made sure before the oil change was done that it wasnt going to take long and it was going to be 50$ as I was first quoted. For a (10 min) oil change place they have horrible customer service and dont live up to their 10min oil change. Waste of time and money. Go somewhere else where they care about their customers cars and time.

I took my vehicle for chnaging oil after arrived my house noticed my rear tires were not the same after contacting the guy he very mean to me . Not trust worth shop

Fast service. This is the perfect place to get in and out in 10 minutes without having to deal with employees trying to sell stuff you do not need.

This oil change place gets the job done very fast, as others have mentioned. You used to not have to get out of the car, but evidently it isnt that way anymore.

Ive gone here because they can be quick, if they want to. My last visit, after pulling up, he said it would be 20-25 minutes. When I offered to come back later, he said he could get it done now.Additionally, the time before this, they offered to change my air filter, showing me how dirty my current filter was, bringing into the waiting room. Instead of paying $25 for them to replace it, I went down the street to get a new one at the auto parts store. Lo and behold, as I pulled out the old filter, it looked _nothing_ like the filter Lube Boys showed me.It did need replacing, but wasnt nearly as bad as the one he showed me to convince me to get a change.I went back after that event just to see if they were going to do the same thing. I suspect, because I was in a hurry, they didnt want to delay me this time.

Not a bad experience, similar to a place I would go to all the time in Palo Alto. When I pulled up, guy said it would be 15-20 minutes, though there was only one person getting worked on when I pulled up and there was no line behind or ahead of me. But whatever, I had 20 minutes, and it is still faster than traditional oil change shops.

I came in for a $29 basic oil change, and when I went (3pm, sunday) there was no line. It was done, quick and easy, no hassle or strong up-sell. All in all a pleasant and basic experience.
